an upscale KFC & food is always fresh. i usually order the 1/4 white, which is always tender & tasty. their sweet potato is amazing, however, it's got competition with the sweet potato that Lourdes C and i made this thanksgiving.

i had posted a bad review earlier b/c of some communication problems in the drive thru but i want to give boston market a good review because i am actually a very big fan of the food. I go every time i want some yummy home-cooking. I usually order the quarter dark meal. Recently I began ordering the squash casserole side and I LOVE it. sooo good. i balance it out with a side of steamed veggies or green beans.

My family was craving Boston Market. So we decided to walk in to the Doral location. Most of the employees where already cleaning to close mind you it was only 9:30pm and they close at 11:00pm. So I ordered my food the employee on the other side of the counter had no energy, didn't welcome the quest nothing compared to the Coral Gables Location! The lady tells they didn't have chicken.. Really Boston Market.. Really disappointing

Worst BM ever. The "manager" Scott is rude.

This is the place for lunch if you are working and need quick service or in a time crunch. I'm usually eating at this location when have work around the area. I can say that the chicken here is the best! I love ordering the quarter dark chicken with my two sides macaroni and cheese and mash potatoes, the corn bread is always included with your meal. The drinks are separate from your food. Some people think is a little pricey for the food but I disagree. You can always go to Pollo Tropical for less, however the quality and taste could never be compare at same level. Boston also gives you good coupons with your order to come back another day and buy one meal and get the other for half price. Also if you go on their website they usually have good coupons to use for lunch if you ever have a budget or don't want to break bank. Not to forget the staff, they are always courteous and provide quality customer service. At times they have carried my order of food to my table and come around to check on me and if I liked my food. They are great about providing you with the best of services and for you to enjoy your dining experience. Give this place a try if you want go quality food on the go, reasonable prices, and excellent a customer service.

Funny how I'm such a big fan of Boston Market and then this happens to me. I look down at my meal and there staring at me is a foreign blue object wrapped around the wing part of my chicken. In the scope of things, is it a big deal? maybe- maybe not. My first initial thought was that someone's hair tie was on my chicken! I pulled the blue elastic off and stretched it sure enough thinking some chonga forgot to wear her hair net. Immediately this set me back and I was a little grossed out about eating that part of my chicken. The meal now lacked luster and taste and it kind of ruined my experience. The whole time while i dabbled into my macaroni I kept thinking over and over about my blue chicken hairtie and realized it was probably used to tie my chicken's legs while he struggled to stay alive and then this thought traumatized me and I decided I'm not eating chicken anymore. Maybe it's a drastic thought, maybe it does belong to someone's ponytail, but both thoughts disturbed me. On a positive note, this Boston Market has excellent customer service despite being one of the busiest Boston Markets ever! Although I had taken my meal to go, I distinctly remember thinking how I was going to rate their awesome service when reviewing and decided today would be the day. Sadly though, my food experience did not concur but I couldn't bare to give them a two star rating just because service here is always so pleasant. So saddened by my discovery but no more chicken for me for a while!

So sad. I really wanted a piece of chicken today with 1 side. I came here and waited in line. Then I was told that I couldn't buy 1 piece of chicken. Wtf, don't you guys sell chicken ? I don't want a whole chicken! Or minimum 3 pieces! I just wanted one

I usually don't bother reviewing large chains or fast food, but my last experience here left me impressed with the chances since my last visit to a Boston Market. It's been some time and yes the food hasn't changed much as they still offer their usual rotisserie chicken, meatloaf, turkey, etc. What has changed is the way it's served. Gone are the plastic plates and utensils, replaced with real plates and utensils! It sound silly but it does give you more of a feeling of a home cooked meal, which was always the mission of Boston Market in the first place. I also noticed the sides were larger because the cups they came in were pretty big, much improved over the compartmentalized plate that barely kept your food from mixed into one big mess. I had half a chicken with 2 sides and a cornbread, total cost $8.49 I almost spend that at a McDonalds on an Angus burger or chicken sandwich. You certainly get a lot for the money.

Solid..a basic functional workday lunch. This particular Boston Market is located right next to NW 36 Street at the entrance of Doral's business area. Probably given it's location, the drive thru line can get crowded at lunch time, to the point it took me about 30 minutes the other day to get to even ordering. I ate in today, and had to some maneuvers worthy of Knight Rider to park, as the line extended to the entrance. However, both the drive thru and dine in staff were friendly! Portions today were about average, and the chicken could have stood to be juicier. Still, the cinnamon apples get an honorable mention in the Dessert Snob's book.

I visited for lunch with a few work colleagues. My previous employer had catered from Boston Market years ago and the meal was ok. It reminds me of traditional American thanksgiving food. I also found it a bit pricey, at close to $9-10 for lunch with water as drink option. Rotisserie Chicken was exceptionally moist (especially the breast). This really surprised me. Accompanied with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. The potatoes were soft and creamy. The veggies were delicious and seasoned just right. I did not care for the gravy; asked for it on the side and didn't like it--kind of oily/buttery for my taste. The cornbread is a classic apparently, and flavor was great. Can't ever go wrong with cornbread!

Boston Market is convenient and ubiquitous, a good place to get a decent lunch and not terribly unhealthy. They have some good choices, I particularly favor their turkey and sweet potato. It is a fast food place, so as long as you understand that service will be marginal and keep your expectations low, you will have an acceptable experience.

Since I was in the mood for a somewhat healthy lunch today, I opted to pick up a "Market Pair'. They offer a combo in which you may choose two items for $5.99. Not a bad deal. You can choose from either Half of one of their Market Sandwiches, Half of a Signature Salad, a Bowl of Soup or a Regular Gourmet Side. I decided to go with the Half Roasted Turkey & Swiss Carver sandwich and the Half Southwest Santa Fe salad. The sandwich comes with Dill Parmesan Mayo, Swiss, Tomatoes and Greens on your choice of White or Multi Grain artisan roll. I chose Multi Grain. IMO, the slices of turkey were a bit too thick. They should slice these at least a little thinner, as it appears in the photos. And the amount of that mayo was ABUNDANT!! Again, too much, IMO. The huge chunks of turkey were sliding around all over the place and it made eating the sandwich an unpleasant experience. Also, I'm not a huge fan of mayo, I usually avoid it at all costs but a Dill Parm Mayo sounded interesting. Sadly, even with the amount that was slathered all over my sandwich, it pretty much just tasted like regular mayo to me. Bleh. By the time I was done wrestling with my sandwich, I was no longer in the mood to eat my salad. With my appetite gone, I wouldn't really enjoy it anyway. Saving it for later... I'll probably try another combo again at some point but at least now I'll know what to expect and what specifications to ask for. (Back to "No Mayo Please") It's a great deal for a nice filling lunch. My usual order here is the Regular Roasted Turkey Breast with Garlic Dill New Potatoes and Green Beans. Mmmmmmm... Classic. I can always stick to that too... :)

Boston market is a healthier alternative for fast food. They have gourmet sides that are delicious. It's a bit more expensive that other fast food but personally I rather have Boston market.

You know - the number one reason i like B-Market is the fact that you can get creamed spinach. I think it's the booommmbbb. They have this side meal that you can order - you get 3 sides and a piece of hot (yummy) cornbread. And it's seriously like $5. I've had their chix before - very flavorful, but it tends to be pretty greasy. It's delicious mind you, but I think they smother it in butter before they cook it - and that just defeats the purpose of looking for healthy fast food. The creamed Spinach is probably pretty fattening to - but hey - it's still spinach! Drive through took a bit longer than I had anticipated, but there were two cars ahead of me - and I can't say whether it was the customers or the customer service that created that delay. I was greeted with a smile when i got to the window though :) That's why i gave them the 4th Star.

My coworkers and I decided to order from this Boston market for our Thanksgiving celebration. I just have to say the service here was excellent! Although it took a while to get our order, the staff was really helpful and willing to make up for the time we had to wait. The food tasted excellent. We will definetely consider this place for future catered events at my job!

I was on a mission to get lunch for my overgrown basketball playing baby brother. Since he's the awesomest kid I know I had to make sure he got something good to eat and he had no clue what he was in the mood for. He didn't want Pollo or Subway but made me make the ultimate decision because it was just too much pressure for him to think about his food. I ordered him the Pesto Chicken Sandwich and I have never seen a human vacuum food the way my 17 year old brother measuring 6 feet, does. The kid liked the sandwich, what can I say. The sandwich did look yummy and freshly prepared. The chicken looked like it came from an actual chicken and not a smoothie of chicken parts. Kudos to Boston Market for helping me become the food hero to my favorite high school basketball star. The drive through wasn't bad, but then again I managed to pull up in the in-between time.

OMG!!! this is a flavor I crave so much....we had lunch there today and it was delicous, as usual, at this particular Boston Market, the service is pretty good. When we arrived there today the line was to the door and around the tables and we thought it was gonna take for ever but it didn't. They were great, they moved right along and every one of the staff was nice and attentive. I satisfied my craving and my tummy is extremely happy.

i do not get to have this often due to no one in my family really cares much for it, so when i get a chance i do so!!! went to lunch w/my friends during the week and then again with mom on sat.... i am really not into their chicken, but do love the roasted turkey on wheat bread sandwich. both times i ordered the exact thing - turkey combo w/sweet corn side an extra 99 cent side of the sweet potato and 1 corn bread. the sandwich was filled generously with tender juicy white meat turkey.. on a soft wheat bread with some lettuce & tomato, the sweet corn was nicely butter hot!! the sweet potato is deliciously topped with brown sugar crumbs and melted mini marshmallows!! this has a dull purpose a nice side & a dessert for me too! it is very sweet! and the deliciously baked cornbread - add some butter and your set!!! have to try to make it a point to get out there more often - due to my hubby read somewhere they are getting ready to redo their menu (I'm afraid turkey will be gone!!)

Pros: Food better than fast food, the Chicken soup is always delicious. Good prices. Cons: They will run out of items. Service sucks. Last visit to Boston Market was such an average experience, I can't really rave about it at all. Sure the food was OK, but service was so slow I wanted to scratch my eyes out. They had our food sitting there yet the girl turned around to fix the beverage machine while we waited. Not cool, not cool at all. Of course I will be back but they have such see saw service I really need to go when I don't care if its slow.

Boston Market is my favorite fast food place. The food is always delicious. They have plenty of sides to choose from. Good menu. Now, here's the reason for my 3 Stars (I give 5 Stars to the food). The cleanliness of this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The condiments table and the soda machine areas is always disorganized and dirty. The floor could be better. The bathroom is never fresh. This is major turnoff about this location. I have personally given feedback to the manager but I guess things do not improve. It would be great if they do a better job at keeping the place clean and freash. By the way, avoid lunch hour Monday - Friday. This place is always packed between 12-1pm.

I want to begin this review by letting all the readers know NOT TO GO TO THIS BOSTON MARKET!!! I just recuperated from a two day unfortunate plague named FOOD POISONING due to the consumption of BM's Turkey BLT sandwich. I ate the sandwich on Wednesday for lunch and by the evening, around 6:30 p.m, I was beginning to feel extremely quesy. To add insult to injury, I threw up in the parking lot of my nearest Walgreens while on my way to purchase some Pepto Bismol. At that point in time, I had no clue that I was being infected by the rat food that BM served me. The following day I endured several fevers, vomiting episodes, chills, body aches, you name it, I went through it.... It was not until I visited TWO DOCTORS that I discovered I was food poisoned for the very first time in my life. I will never in my life eat at an other Boston Market and will, for the rest of my life, go on a fledging campaign to advise anyone who is willing to listen NOT to eat there. Diagnosis: Gastroenteritis Cause: Boston Market (36th Street) Gastroentiritis: Refers to any irritation of inflammation of the lining of the stomach or intestines. It is primarily due to a virus, but it may also result from bacterial or parasitic infections; food allergies or food poisoning. The improper handling, preperation or storage of food; poor hygiene, lack of clean water supplies may also transmit bacteria and parasites. BEWARE BEFORE YOU EAT AT BOSTON MARKET!

As far as Boston Markets go this one is below average. The service was incredibly slow and while the staff was pleasant enough but it took way too long to get food from what is supposed to be a fast food/cafeteria style place.

Just had dinner at this Boston Market and my 1/4 chicken meal was perfect. The chicken was lean and full of flavor. Pollo Tropical doesn't even come close to BM. Sides: corn & sweet potato. (both delicious) 5 stars. Highly recommended.

I am 1 of over 30 parents waiting in line at the Doral, FL Boston market on NW 41st. Not only have we been waiting over an hour for our Childrens thanksgiving party orders, the food has been sitting on the the tables, now COLD! The manager has told us not to bother her and to leave her alone. AND that if we don't like it we can go some where else. I am appalled at this managers behavior. First his is not charity, as we preordered, were given an appointment time and ARE paying CASH. I cannot believe that this is the fashion that Boston Market, its franchises and employees behave. Disappointed starving 4th graders
