The food is made when you order, Hot and Fresh delivered to your table. The mango habanero is my all time favorite, and you have to try the fries with cheese. We order from this location one time a week and the food is always good. I really have never had bad food here. You won't be sorry! They have coloring pages for kids and sports on the big tv

I was in the area and figured why not try this place, as though it only had one review, it's 5 stars. I thought the wings were good, but small. I got 6 wings and 10 "boneless wings", with fries and a drink, ended up around $16 for carry out. There are only 9 flavors, including hot and BBQ, so not a to of choices, but a variety. I got atomic- not nearly as hot as they should be, but not a bad burn; garlic parmesan- these were 5 stars on flavor, they were buttery cheesy and dipped in ranch, just right. Finally were the teriyaki, which almost certainly came right out of a can (though the same can be said for the garlic parm). They were over sweet and sticky, but ok flavour.

This place is awful, which really bummed me out since I love Wing Stop and always go to the one back where I live and get great service and food. They were super busy (not their fault but the one guy managing at the desk seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage it, spending several moments physically going over each printed receipt for an incoming order to staple them together, walk them back to the kitchen...you get the point. at this point he had another caller on hold, us in line, another two people behind us, given that another employee did appear a moment later to answer the phone, i don't know). More importantly though, or more frustratingly, the manager or owner is rude. RUDE. I presented an email coupon I'd received for free fries. I gave it to the guy, he plugged it in, all was well. I thought. When we got our food, the owner told the guy at the front "did you tell her about the coupon" and then he informed me it wasn't valid there, but "they took it off anyway". I wasn't sure what I was supposed to make of that. Not to mention the rudeness of the owner acting like she wouldn't condescend to speak to me and that I wouldn't be able to hear her talking to an employee. It made me feel like a child or something. Later that evening, I reread the email I'd printed and presented and it says "participating locations" - granted that could mean this one wasn't a participating location but why not just say that instead of "it isn't for this location" as if I'm trying to pull a fast one on a measly order of fries? No specific location was mentioned on there and their website gave no indication that they didn't accept coupons, basically nothing. Anyway, the food. My wings had like no sauce on them. Only two were properly sauced. A couple had no sauce on them whatsoever. Talk about disappointing. The sauce is the cheap part of the wings. One final word of warning too is don't try to go too close to closing. Their website says they close at 11 pm, the front door says they close at 11 pm. We were in there well before 11 pm so it wasn't an issue, but I clearly heard the employee asking the owner if they were going to (paraphrasing because I don't remember his exact words) "tell them they're closing at 10". So it'd suck for someone who'd want to come in at 10:30 for some take out only to find they decided to close an hour early. This may be the only Wing Stop in Destin but it can't be the only wings place. Either wait and go to your local one if you're from out of town or go to a different place in Destin.

I came here on a Saturday night with four others and ordered the 50 wing combo. The cashier asked us about drinks and I told them we'd just take water. When I looked at the receipt, it turned out they charged me for five fountain drinks. $10 dollars isn't a huge deal, but I actually rather drink water. I asked them to void the transaction and fix their error. The manager was rude and gave me a very smug look. She gave me an excuse saying that tomorrow was Sunday and that they couldn't void it and that I had to live with five fountain drinks. She didn't offer any coupons or certificates or offer anything beyond to make up for it. She asked me to come back the next day. Of course, she knew I wouldn't. The food tasted fine, but customer service here is terrible. Managers should be the epitome of customer service to the other employees, but she was not. She was far from it. It's never pleasing to feel gypped.

Front guy was really nice. Manager needed to have a certain conversation away from the front. Several people in back and not sure how many were really working. Basic wing stop fare, and they had some decent specials.

I will never return here and I recommend you don't try it. terrible service, dirty tables, and just ok wings. the service is the thing I had the biggest problem with. when I stepped up to the counter, an unfriendly young guy didn't greet me and just asked what I wanted. I asked him how hot the basic hot wings were to which he responded: "you have noooo idea how much I hate that question" excuse me? I understand he must get that question a thousand times a day, but at least give me some idea. many wing places have a different definition of hot, and usually they at least try to explain it. also, I'm the customer!! That's crazy to talk to a customer like that. I ordered and sat down at a dirty table, because there weren't any clean tables free, and watched the next customer come in, a young girl, and he was totally flirty and very on point with his customer service then. after her, a couple came in and he was very sarcastic with them and jokingly said he wasn't going to allow them to order. eventually my wings were delivered, which were mediocre, and I had my meal. during that time, I watched the same guy give intermittently good or bad customer service to customers that seemed to depend on weather or not he liked the customer when they came through the door. if you care about how you are treated when in a restaurant, even a tiny wing joint, do not go to the Wing Stop in Destin

My favorite place to eat. The Cajun tenders with Friday and dipping cheese is a must! Most of the flow vote are good too, ranch is also could and they bring your food to you. A good place to bring friends. They also have tvs for sports and such.

Wings were not really good and the flies were awful and I was charge 2.19 for a cup of ice water. Who does that? Make you get a soda because you feel that its so ridiculous to pay for a cup of water! The flies were the worst. The cashier was very rude when I expressed my feelings about that water charge. #poor customer service

Friendly staff but the food is not very good. Reminded me of chicken nuggets with flavor. Nothing like a BW's. I got boneless and 2 different flavors. The best part of my meal was the carrots and celery. The stars were for the friendly guys. You won't find me going back to dine any time soon.

Ordered at 13:16 and finally got our food 50 minutes later..half the tables in the joint were dirty and some were even cleared by other customers so they could have a table to sit at. The food was tasty but the service was bad....

I am a Destin local and have visited this establishment twice now, The service is bad - staff don't really care less. The wings are not good - both times they were old and not fresh. Additionally it is very expensive. Bad value all around.

My family and I spent over $50 on wings and paid 29 cents for tap water and was given a small styrofoam cup of water with no ice. When my daughter asked for ice the owner, Irene, very rudely told her she couldn't have ice until she was done with that water. When she drank it all and went up for a refill she was told that that would be the last refill of water she could have. She said that even though you pay for the tap water you can only have 1 refill of it. I have never been to a restaurant that only gives you 1 refill on tap water. Especially at a place that sells hot wings! They also only give 1 refill on soda. They charge way too much for their wings. They are certainly not worth it! Irene was VERY RUDE to my family and I and she is the owner!! I would not recommend this Wingstop to anyone! The owner needs to change her rules on water because they are RIDICULOUS! She also needs to be more respectful to her customers because we are the ones who keeps her in business!! She will never get our business again.

Two girls in the kitchen, taking turns preparing the orders, and one starts munching on a chicken wing. SERIOUSLY?!! You know the kitchen is open, right? I am really, really glad she did not prepare my food, but still, that is a very disturbing sight. I immediately started looking for a copy of their health score and conveniently, it was out of sight. I ordered the 8 piece bone-in meal with Louisiana rub and barbeque sauce. The fries were cold and soggy by the time got back to our hotel. The wings were very small and overcooked, and the sauce did not make it any better. If it's your specialty and the name of your restaurant, learn to perfect the one thing you take pride in! Very disappointing for my first WingStop experience.

Love this place! Wings are cooked to order.. not sitting around cooked in advance and reheated. If I am in a hurry I call and order in advance so wings are hot and ready when I walk in to eat there or to go. AND they don't use " anorexic chickens" for their wings. Good food good value and nice staff. Great.

My husband and I are Destin locals and it's been a LONG time since we were so disappointed in a local restaurant. We first noticed Wing Stop when we were in Lenny's for picnic sandwiches in the same strip center. They had a handmade sign out front that stated "Best Wings in Destin". Well, after trying their wings that was probably a self-appointed title. Last night we called and placed an order and did take out from Wing Stop. Never again will we be back. We ordered the 30 piece regular wing meal for 30.99 and my husband went to pick it up. $30.99 for what we got was OUTRAGEOUS! 30 wings, 3 flavors with 3 dips, large fries, veggie sticks, no rolls. If you total these 3 items up separately, the total is $27.36. Go figure. They told my husband this family pack didn't include their baked yeast rolls, yet the 25 piece boneless wing family pack for $24.99 included 3 yeast rolls. Their wings and legs were the TINIEST I have ever seen in my life. I've eaten a cornish game hen that had bigger wings and legs than this dive offered. They were OVERCOOKED and could not possibly be considered for the title of "Best Wings in Destin".The fries were good, but the serving was no where large enough to be included in a $30.99 FAMILY pack. Ditto the veggie sticks. We ordered 3 flavors of wings as were offered in the family pack and only received 2 flavors. We selected 2 dip flavors as offered and only received one. STAY AWAY FROM THE WING STOP LOCALS, TOURISTS and SNOWBIRDS. YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY ON POOR QUALITY WINGS.
