This is honestly the worst Sonic I have ever been to. All we wanted was two drinks. When we rang the red button they just cleared it. Ended up going to the front to order thinking there was a problem, but apparently everyone was having this issue. I asked car hop what was up and she simply said "busy" and rolled away. Should have gone to drive thru as they have to deal with you.

They don't answer the speaker for 10 minutes cause they're either under employed or just lazy, so now your food hasn't even been cooking and you're guaranteed sitting for another atleast 10 minutes. We went through the drive through for two drinks to be surprised there wasnt an actual window. There seemes to be a dedicated car hop and the speed was like a normal drive through. My wifes only conplaint was they done have the crushed ice, but it doesnt bother me. The car hop, Jessica was quick and very friendly. Would definitely be back for our drinks again before the beach.

This has got to be the slowest Sonic I've ever been to. We pulled into a stall and pushed the button to order... 10 minute later and still no response. Pull out and try the drive through... waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Finally get to order and we wait another 15-20 minutes to actually get our food, a #1 combo and some BBQ boneless wings. What the heck took so long? Order came out but they wanted a dollar more than what should have rang up. Really?! The guy had no clue, went in and came out with a different ticket, saying they had just "re-rung" the order. Trying to make a little extra on the side? The only consolation was there was a single carhop, who showed concern for our long wait once we pulled up and were awaiting our order. She checked with us a few times until the order arrived. Speed it up guys... after all, your name is Sonic.

The service was fast and friendly. We ordered for the seven of us and receive it quite quick. I ordered a small strawberry cheesecake shake, but I got a large instead. Not sure if we were charged for a large; it was just too much. Other than that, it was good.

Extremely slow service. We have been three times and it was slow every time. We waited over five minutes for them to take our order outside. I asked if it was broken and they said we needed to wait because they were behind on orders. We finally left and went somewhere else. We went again and just ordered two drinks, and they took over 10 minutes to order. We pulled up and they took another 5 minutes before we just left, never getting our drinks.

First I will preface this by saying I am well aware that this is just a fast food place and definitely not any type of customer oriented establishment and for the most part you get what you pay for in quality. Everyone here is rude and unfriendly. You see the same people over and over there, I have a suspicion that there's only really like 4 people staffed there and they are all high school drop outs if not individuals with incredibly low ambition. Don't ask them any questions about the individual menu items they either do not know or will be rude to you about. Long story short they suck, but food is alright.

I don't know how fast food can be done wrong but this place manages to do just that. Fountain drinks there are terrible, sugar with the "sweet" tea would be nice. Maybe a little less syrup in the drinks as well. Oh and cheese tots, how about cheese on the whole meal instead of just 2. Burgers are lacking in flavor and are warm at best when served. Don't even both with cheese sticks or jalapeño poppers as the cheese will be hardened by the time you get them. This sonic is flat out awful. I hope they see this and turn their service and food around.
