Headed to this place after a friend suggested it over Dunkin Donuts. I was a bit skeptical but as I was going more to meet my friend, I obliged. First let me say that the place is in a small lot, next door to a travel agent and a hair salon. But you can't miss it...as it has a big yellow sign announcing it is there. It's not a big place, with only about 6 tables but I still managed to get in and feel comfortable with my stroller. I also had a 2 year old with me and one of the women behind the counter immediately asked me if she could give him some doughnut holes. She gave him a cup with several which afforded me time to look over the menu and doughnuts. The have a nice selection of doughnuts and have a different "special" doughnut each day. I was there on a Saturday and the special was peanut butter dream or some such one. I wasn't in the mood for pb but it looked like a tasty treat. My son opted for a key lime doughnut and I had an eclair. Both were very good. I think what makes this place is the staff...very friendly and helpful!

Fresh tasty donuts, don't bother with those chain shops. We go here at least once a week either for personal consumption, or to bring to friends and events. The daily specials are always awesome, and the special event donuts (holiday, Super Bowl) are the best! Your kids will LOVE the hamburger or hot dog donuts...must be seen to be believed. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches top off the reasonably priced menu, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I'm ruined! My wife brought home Dunken Doughnuts and they tasted like cardboard. After having fresh doughnuts from Doughnuts To Go, no other place measures up. Deland Doughnuts To Go on 15A is now an almost daily stop.

The best donuts ever! The fritters are also amazing. Maybe one day I'll try some of their real food.

First time coming here after reading all of the amazing reviews. Ordered the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croissant and added bacon and got fresh-out-of-the fryer square glazed donuts. The croissant seemed very...microwaved. The donut was very soft, but needed a little bit of salt in the dough or glaze. The prices are really good here, but they would need a bit of tweaking to be awesome. If you order the same thing at Bakery Plus, you'll see the difference.

This donut and coffee shop was recommended as being better than Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme - that says alot! I'm all for supporting small, family owned businesses if they provide a good product and good service. I'm happy to say this place delivers on both! The donuts/baked goods are fresh and delicious. They use a "secret" chocolate that is to die for! I was thrilled that they also have cappuccinos and lattes! Located about 1/4 mile south of Saxon in Orange City. Not the best location, but worth looking for them!

This place is fantastic. Local donuts are hard to come by here in Orlando and this place is worth the drive. My husband and I stopped in there recently right before they closed. The owner was exceptionally gracious. We told her we just wanted a sample of what they had- she came back with a box of a dozen donuts that were some of the best I've ever had- and she didn't want to charge us! Seriously unreal. We will be frequent visitors.

I wanted to like the donuts so bad because the lady was soooo nice. In fact she let us know it was free donut day for the kids so we received 2 free choices. Still, all of the donuts tasted the same. Basically, a glazed donut with different frosting. They were all too sweet.

Oh my gosh. These donuts. We got a variety of donuts & all of them were amazing. I love Dunkin but these donuts are just so much better. The service was great & we were given a donut to split while choosing our dozen. We'll definitely be back. Now it's time to hit the gym

Better than Krispy Kreme (if you prefer that over Dunkin Donuts!) These are freshly baked on the spot and the varieties and options are endless! They stay moist and soft for days after purchase (unlike other donut shops where they get hard after half a day) I'd highly recommend trying the square glazed for starters and experimenting from there :-)

The doughnuts are delicious, the shakes are pretty yummy, the croissants are really good too. I have never had the soups but I hear they are quite delectable. Just make sure to get there early - they were running low on the baked treats by 11am last Sunday! Seems like they go pretty quick because of how yummy they are. :) Definitely the best doughnut place around!

We usually go to the DeLand location and we love it, this one so far has been just as consistent, good fresh donuts, fast service. Go on Friday for the blueberry! We do wish they'd put a bit more fruit in the fritters, but they're still really tasty.

We moved in across the street a few weeks ago and we will be regulars! I love supporting local business and my boys love that they can pick whatever we want and we can sit at a table and enjoy our snack. The staff is friendly enough and the place is clean (a little outdated, but cleanly). Prices are reasonable ($5 for half a dozen), and doughnuts taste fresh. I haven't had coffee their yet, but did notice they offer a variety of coffee options and flavors, as well as breakfast and lunch sandwiches (which we haven't tried).

Great donuts that don't taste processed like Dunkin. Very friendly service, very affordable. Half a dozen for 5.49. Would recommend. Had pumpkin spice not very pumpkin-ish but light and enjoyable. Reminds me of tasty-o in Ocala, FL. Way better than commercial any day. Please stop by and enjoy the great attitude.

These doughnuts are so much better than anything you will get at Dunkin Donuts. I always like supporting local businesses.

Apple fritters can't be better. Never had a bad donut. But stick with the donuts (no coffee, sandwiches, or anything).

  • John N.

I love the breakfast here. The donuts are great because they are fresh made on site and they are not heavy, they have a nice fluffy taste which is good because they are not loaded with oil.

  • Ros Rio R.

They now have a DeLand shop and the Donuts are great! Quality Donuts that are fresh, and you get the daunting task of choosing from the great variety.

I have driven by here a couple of times and wanted to stop by but it was never the right time for a donut. This morning I decided to go get some for some clients. The staff was extremely friendly and the donut selection was great. Hot donuts kept coming out while I was there. They gave me a free maple donut that was fresh from the oven. I was suspect because I don't love maple. I was wrong. That was like a flaky, frosted morsel from heaven. The apple fritter was incredible - crispy, flavorful, none of that weird artificial apple sauce jelly in the middle. They also brew and sell locally roasted coffee. If you are in the area, definitely visit and support these guys. This place is a gem!
