Been coming here for a while and finally decided to write a review. Soup is always luke warm and it was really messy. Don't think I'll e going back. Basic food and good prices but...

Not sure about the less than stellar reviews. The staff was super nice and the place was really clean. The food was good, but is standard Panera fare. I'm a fan of the Hibiscus Iced tea and the autumn squash soup is a winner! Will definitely come back to this location.

Panera in general has some good food. My favorites are the asiago bagel, sierra smoked turkey, broccoli and cheese soup, greek salad, and my ultimate fav: the clam chowder soup. The service is not the greatest and I have waited almost 20 minutes for my food once.

I've eaten here around 12 times and for some reason this location seems to always be under staffed. The food always takes forever to come out and always check your to go items, most of the the times we have ordered to go 1-2 items will be left out of the bag. We have made the mistake of not checking twice and had to go back both times. And the receipt says that if your order is not correct they fix it right away and give you a sweet treat... Well I've never had my sweet treat... And even when you come back to pickup your items they make you feel like it's your fault. I love Panera and as a family we eat there 1-2 times per week this location just needs some work.

The food was great, as always. Today, I went with the you pick 2. I got my favorite soup--chicken and wild rice and the mac and cheese, highly recommended by the cashier. Now, I don't like mac and cheese but the lady raved about it, so I had to try it out. In my opinion, it was really good mac and cheese, mainly because I didn't hate it. It didn't have the typical yellow, from-the-box, velveeta type of cheese but instead it was white. The flavor was cheesy but in a more subtle way, which is why I think I liked it. The pasta was a little overcooked, but it wasn't mushy or anything. I found myself dipping my french baguette in the cheese sauce. The soup was great as always and piping hot. This location is really nice, but because it was lunch hour kind of dirty. Napkin and food on the tables and on the floor. But given the massive amounts of people, I can see how they can slip a little. Personally, it is way too chaotic for my taste. It took me 10 minutes to find parking and there was one table left to sit down. There was literally 6 people behind me and they were all trying to figure out where they were going to sit. Next time, I will just order ahead online. You order and pay online so all you have to do is pick up your order in the cubby near the front door. It is organized by the first letter of your last name.

This is a medium size location with a small outdoor dining area. It gets pretty busy during lunch time, but service is usually very good, and food quality is also good (Panera standard). Their bakery products are very good, and my favorite ones are their bear claw and pecan braid. You get to buy any pastry for $0.99 when you buy a pick-2. Not a bad deal. I like their soups. They have a few standard ones like tomato cream and onion soup, but they also add new ones according to the season like clam chowder. Free wi-fi is also a nice feature.

I've had great experiences at this location. As recent as this morning when I went in to grab a coffee before school. I went in around 7:30 am to no line and quick service. I think that the one girl who works the counter always recognizes me due to my clinic jacket (we had a conversation about it once). The staff are always very friendly and can read my mind if I forget what things are called on their larger-than-average menu. My latte was the perfect temperature and done quickly (note: their drip coffee is WAYYYYY too hot for my liking and I have to let it sit). I have come here on many occasions with friends to study and for lunches; they bring your food to the table and I appreciate that. It saves me the annoyance of having to wait in line or have a bunch of people clump in the same area. Small details make a difference. This is right by school and we were waiting for AGES for it to open-it's usually packed. I need to find that Panera reward card that's in one of my old purses: I come here with homework enough!

The subs are usually very tasty and there are so many good ones to choose from but today I got a Fontina Grilled Cheese that was undercooked and the cheese was not melted. Today's Asiago was also kinda undercooked. The Italian is my least favorite, it's not that good although everyone that works there will say it is. I really expected something better for an Italian combo. The soups suck. I ordered a tomato soup and it taste like pasta sauce. The Bistro French Onion soup was like anything you can buy canned up in a store. The Broccoli Cheddar didn't have a single drop of salt. It's too pricey for fast food. =/ Everyone is pretty helpful and there's always someone around that can help. The people working the register shouldn't giggle or laugh when you walk away because even if it's not about a customer, it gives the impression that they are talking about us.

I am definitely a fan of Panera- the menu offers a wide variety and I'm always able to try something new which I love. Now, this location DOES have very friendly staff however they are extremely slow when it comes to orders. Ive noticed the guys behind the food line spending more time joking around than trying to push food out quickly and efficiently hence the reason I got a cold grill cheese. I don't recommend this specific location for an quick grab and go especially if your in a rush for work since you might get stuck waiting a long period of time however I can definitely say you will be greeted kindly. Thumbs up for nice staff!

Well being that I work in hospitality customer service is always key. I've been to this panera 4x now and each time I wait in line longer and longer. One employee at the register even when the line starts to build. Other employees and even managers walk by look at the line and do nothing about it. That alone will push multiple people away. Always acknowledge the fact that you have a line building and as a manager even if your switching shifts or walking out the door the proper thing to do is let your team know someone needs to get on the register to help with the line. Today I waited 8 minutes in like before I reached the register. Then when I was greeted I was greeted with no smile. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but 4x now in a row. I won't be back.

NPS = 7 Nice and clean; brand new! One of the nicer Panera's I've seen. Gets incredibly packed. I've only been here twice (and both were for work meetings). It gets so packed that sometimes the noise level does not make for an appropriate meeting environment. Same menu as any other Panera, and I love that you can drink as much coffee as you'd like. The teas are great, I get some ice and always make it iced tea.

    (3)
  • Samantha L.

Thi is a new Panera, what it is different from the rest is that they actually bring the food to the table, instead of you having to pick it up once the pager buzz, I like it much better this way. Staff is friendly, good option for a healthy lunch, specially if you are counting calories. The loyalty card is also a nice addon.

My daughter ordered pick two - mac and cheese and 1/2 caesar salad and a small iced tea. After waiting for 10 minutes watching 4 -5 people behind us order, pick up and leave, we could hear one of the guys at the food counter asking for a small mac and cheese several times. Finally we got it and the salad but unfortunately we got it to go. The little mac and cheese container wasn't even half full and the salad had a tiny container with caesar dressing and the lettuce was all pale (no green parts). There was no grated cheese or croutons and my daughter wouldn't eat it because it was bitter with barely any dressing - definitely not worth the 10 bucks and change. Won't be going back.

Ordered rapid pickup online twice from this location. Both times the orders had multiple mistakes and each time they were not ready for pickup at the promised times (even though they were ordered 30 minutes prior). Not just small items either like the wrong type of cheese on sandwiches (which happened)...but also talking about missing whole loaves of bread! The food that was properly prepared was good and fresh though.... as good as any other Panera, so that saves them from a 1 star review.

First can I say I love panera bread, but this location is just horrible. They got my sandwich wrong and the place is running with the work of immature teens. Horrible service and you probably won't even get the right order. Your better off going to the one by sawgrass

While a great Company and social standout with their programs for the needy and hungry, which is utmost important and with that said.....I've been to this new location twice already and did a takeout of a greek salad and each time they forgot an ingredient (pepperoncinis or kalamata olives) and the portion size was also inconsistent and in one case rather skimpy. I respect the new location, etc., but it wasn't good. I also contacted them through the web site and never received any acknowledgement, etc.

I have never had such a terrible experience at any other Panera Bread as the one I had last Wednesday. Preface: I regularly work out, and try my hardest to eat Paleo, because that is how I've seen some of my best results. Eating Paleo is really difficult, especially with a schedule like mine, so sometimes I have to eat on the go. I realize that Panera has the word "bread" attached to it, but bear with me... I was starving after my workout Wednesday morning, so I decided to stop in since Panera is super close to my school and convenient. When it was my turn, the cashier (Amber) was ready to take my order. I ordered the spinach egg white sandwich, politely requesting it to be without bread. Amber looked like she had never heard of what I was asking for. Rolling her eyes she asked me, "Ummmm, then how do you want it???" Shocked by her rudeness, I replied, "Maybe could you guys just put the egg white and tomato on a bed of spinach in a bowl?" She literally turned around on the spot and yelled to the guy on food prep, "She wants the egg white, tomato, spinach sandwich without the bread, (shrugging her shoulders and shaking her head) can we even do that!?" He said yes. So I thought, great. No big deal. Not like I was asking her to charge less because I didn't want the bread... I didn't see what the huge deal was. Well, she rings me out, and as her manager passes by, she proceeded to tell her manager about my order and asks if they could do it... Seriously? The manager looks at me, and says they could definitely do that for me. And all I could think was, "Great, it's already rang up." I find a place to sit and quietly wait for my food, when I hear Amber call over to me. "It comes with cheese... Do you want us to take that off too!?" Literally not being able to handle her attitude about the situation, I told her the cheese was fine (even though I haven't eaten dairy in months). I don't think that any customer should ever be treated so poorly. Especially when not making a big deal about their own dietary restrictions. The request was simple. I'm still paying full price. Just give it to me how I would like it without treating me like an alien. Seems to me that Panera needs to go through some customer service training with Amber. Or they should consider removing her from the register where she comes in contact with customers. Thanks.

Always a great spot to get a coffee and hunker down over material. Best part is the offering of food in addition to coffee. Ample power plugs and tables abound. Just bring a sweater because its always cold inside.

It's panera bread. They are all standard food. My review is based on this location alone. It's a brand new Panera in a much needed location. It's decorated and setup completely different from other Panera's in the area. I love that they bring the food to you and everyone is very polite. The bathrooms were clean. The table and dining area was kept clean and staff are seen constantly walking around picking up any messes.

If you enjoy Panera bread this new location is awesome. the only issue is the indoor tables do not have homes for the waiting tickers. So the people are wondering around like a mad house really confused who food is what, and this locations has been packed since the day it opened!

Clean restaurant with friendly staff. The food was good and hot. I love getting the You Pick 2 combo that comes with half of a sandwich and a soup. The Chipotle Chicken Sandwich is delicious, and the French Onion soup is great when you have bread to dip into it. This Panera is different from the ones that I am used to in New Jersey. Instead of getting a pager that vibrates when your food is ready, this Panera (and I think other ones down in Florida) gives you a pager that you just bring to your table. It has a tracking device, so the staff know exactly which table you are sitting at. They just bring your food out to your table.

1 star is the minimum you can give, otherwise I'd give them zero. I live on Panera and the like, I'm a broke med student surviving on mediocre food. So I don't expect much. But this place is the ABSOLUTE WORST Panera ever. I am convinced. Time after time I wait 10-20 mins (in an nearly empty restaurant) for a sandwich that looks like the maker was blindfolded during it's making. Seriously. Globs of mayo with chunks of turkey, avocado, etc. sporadically added and then crammed between bread. I've gotten really good at reconstructing my sandwiches prior to eating them.. I also noticed my soup seemed strangely watery, coincidentally this happened to be on a day my boyfriend picked me up my meal. After complaining about my watery broccoli soup he told me he happened to hear two managers discussing how their "food usage" has been too high the past month. Sooo coincidence, or are they now watering down their soup to stretch the batches of already made soup? You decide.

I'll start off by saying I'm not the biggest Panera fan... but a brand new location opened up right by school, so it gets points just for convenience alone. It's really nice inside, and makes for a good alternate study spot! I ordered takeout (got the pick 2 with mac and cheese and a steak panini). I was underwhelmed with the portion size - I remember it being bigger at other Panera's I've been to. Also, the steak in my panini was really small, maybe about half the size of the bread? Overall everything was OK, but I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We brought food home and found a hair in our food. We called at least 4 times to talk to a manager and every time was placed on hold and then disconnected. Clearly there is no management in place. Besides the disgusting hair we found in our food the manager never called us back or spoke to us. PANARA BREAD SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

If you like going to the bank and waiting in line, and depositing your hard earned money and getting mediocre food, then don't wait! Act now! Don't delay! Rush over to Panera and you too can stand in the long winding line to experience the rush of....wait ...for....it... MEH! I decided I wanted to warm up yesterday and headed over to Panera. I hadn't been there in ages and when I walked in and could barely get in the door, I remembered why it's been such a long time. Normally, I would see the line winding up to the registers and would do an about face, but nope. I had to get the full experience as I had hoped a nice hot bowl of soup with thaw me out from my nightmare of a week. I don't know if I could have managed it had I not had my phone to keep me from noticing that there are more people than ever that do not have manners. I think this place attracts them because I was packed into another crowded location recently, and that crowd was a different story. So I guess the other place gave me some hope for humanity. I would say a lot of the frustration was in the fact that during the lunch rush and a crowded counter area they could make use of more of their registers. For some reason they only had two cashiers. I noticed on one register there was a lady digging through her purse and sifting through cards and going back and forth with the cashier during the whole time I waited in line. So basically, one cashier handled a heck of a lot of people before getting to me. The same disorganized lady was still at the other register after I placed my order. My cashier was nice enough. Kudos to her for keeping her cool and putting my order in correctly. I headed over to the waiting area, where it seemed to be mass confusion. If I had to guess there was one very competent lady training several newbies, and if they weren't new, they need to find new people. They did not seem to be on their game at all. I finally got my order, a turkey chili bread bowl, and got out of there as quickly as I could. I spent way more time in there than I had planned. As for the chili, it was really bland. I was so disappointed. The bread was also really disappointing. I can't say I will go back here. I know they have online ordering, but even with that, this place is like a heart attack in the making for me. It's just too much chaos for a lunch break. It would be a one star review except I liked the cashier and the one really competent lady in the serving area.

Panera in general has some good food. My favorites are the asiago bagel, sierra smoked turkey, broccoli and cheese soup, greek salad, and my ultimate fav: the clam chowder soup. The service is not the greatest and I have waited almost 20 minutes for my food once.
