I loved Crispers when I first stumbled upon it in Winter Haven about 10 years ago. I was really excited when they decided to build one close to my house. This locations is very nice. It is large, modern, and clean. The food at Crispers is excellent. They serve primarily soup, salad, and sandwiches. My favorite soups are their tomato basil (say yes to cheese and croutons), and potato (say yes to bacon and cheese). My favorite salad is the summer salad, though I get it without red onion. The summer salad has turkey, candied pecans, mandarin oranges, apples, strawberries, and mixed greens. They typically serve it with an herb citrus dressing which is delicious. However, they also have a light balsamic that works nicely with the strawberries. My favorite sandwich is the East Coast Chicken. They also have great options for kids such as chicken fingers, quesadillas, soups, etc. For dessert they have gelato and cookies along with some other smaller desserts. The cookies are awesome. You should definitely try the Lemon Cooler. Also I love their mango iced tea. So, why only 3 stars? 1. Prices here are quite high. A summer salad and glass of tea is over $10. 2. They do not have 2 of my favorite menu items anymore. They have flatbreads here that are quite good, but they no longer have my favorite. It had chicken, coconut, and honey. They also used to have an Asian chicken salad with chicken, wontons, and pineapple that I really loved. I wish they still had those 2.

Ya know, it didn't really blow my socks off. It was good, don't get me wrong, but not "wow" good. Think Panera, but without the 'zazz.' The Cuban was pretty spot on. Swiss cheese! They didn't cop out and use white American or some other bland non-Swiss! Impressed already! Salad was okay, tomatoes were a little too soft, and there was a bit too much dressing. Would have thought they'd taken it easy on that. But, I will say, the herb citrus was the way to go. Got the salad instead of the chips, btw. Worth it. Soup was lackluster. Chicken noodle. Maybe the veggies were overcooked, maybe it needed more salt or seasoning, but it was fairly bland, really wasn't there overall. I'd come back, but I'd get something else (except maybe the Cuban, I might get that again). :)

I stopped here from lunch. The place was clean and the guy that took my order was very friendly. I had the southwest chicken sandwich. It was delicious. It came with a side of potato salad which tastes exactly like Publix Supermarket's potato salad. Which is where Crispers gets all their produce from. It was a great meal.

We popped in late after a long day at Universal Studios and found the staff super friendly and helpful (even though it was really close to closing time). Food was excellent...fresh and very tasty. We are from out of town but will definitely stop in at least one more time before we hit the road!!

Worst service !!!!! Was asked how I liked the food after 30 minutes of waiting on it. ( only 1 other customer in store still have the number on table waiting for order, have to tell them that can't tell you how I like it because I'm still waiting on it) waiter fills ice in soda machine before checking on meal. When it arrives there's no fork for salad waiter says oh let me get one for you. As I sit and watch this Assmonkey walk around for 3 minutes I get up and yell " FORK". Also wanted sweet tea of course its empty and the backup one has the cover over the handle stating "brewing" so when I finally get the meal the store is putting up the tea canisters at 8:40 pm guess no tea for me. So I decide to just settle for soda but that Assmonkey shut the soda fountain off and had locked the doors to the store. Arrived at store at 7:50 got food at 8:30, fork at 8:35 left at 8:50 and was locked in. They should take the word " fast " out of their logo. Customer Service Sucked!!!!!!!!

We stopped here for lunch since we just moved to the area and wanted to try something new. It was good I did the signature pick two with the thai chicken flat bread and tomato bisque while my husband did a chicken sandwich and the potato soup. The tomato bisque was very good and the flavors of the Thai flat bread were really good as well.

Awesome outdoor seating for doggie dining. Flatbread salad is the best and the options can be customized to your liking. The soups are not bad but not my favorites.

Food is always fresh and service is fast! If you have kids and live close, join the kids club! We pay less for a family meal here than we would at McDonalds! Southwest Chicken Sandwich rocks!

Confusing menu. No prices on menu??? Sticker shock at register. Possible to eat healthy here if you pay attention, I recommend getting dressing on the side, or go to Panera.

Over priced, average food, that will leave you hungry. Coffee was terrible. Service was decent, people were fairly friendly. Won't go back.

Panera on steroids. Better sandwiches and soups PLUS beer, wine, gelato and faux-table service. If you're tired of being fat and in Florida, this is the place. Migrate up north, will ya?

Food was decent, but the service was bad. They were out of chicken noodle soup at lunch time (seriously?) and brought me a sandwich instead of salad after taking 25 minutes to get the food out. Potential, but needs help. I think the experience would be better if they hired people that took pride in their jobs a little more.

I must say that Crispers may have seen the reviews and suggestions, because they have gotten much better. I was there today for lunch and they were very friendly, fast service and food was very good. The managers and employees kept coming by to see if everything was ok and if they can get me anything else. One of the employees even asked if I wanted a refill in my ice tea and got a new one for me. What a change from last few times there. Keep up the good work! - Updated 11/12/2014 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Crispers use to be our favorite casual place to eat, but due to constant turnover and change of management this location has gone downhill. The food still tastes pretty good, but not sure how clean it is prepared. My wife and I went there for dinner a few days ago and they were so slow waiting on the person in front of us that we left. Also the food preparers look questionable and not clean. We noticed that a couple food preparers went outside for a smoke a couple times and smelled of tobacco. That turned us off. We would not recommend this location unless they make some changes to staff and management and clean it up. 10/12/2014
