In my 60 years I've been to a lot of KFC's and this one has kept a consistently high standard. Plus, the chicken pieces seem to be larger here.

so they misunderstood me when I said garlic butter crust (there are tons of combinations for crust flavor you can choose from) and they gave me garlic parmesan crust. I am not really a big parmesan lover but this was actually good! leave it to hungry howies to make me like something I normally dont :-)

Always an awesome experience at this Domino's. Food is always consistent. Staff are awesome and seem to really like working at this location. I see the same employees every week so that to me is a good thing. I look forward to visiting this store weekly.

Been there several times for lunch which is really good. My wife and I went tonight for dinner for the first time which was even better. Service is awesome and the ownership is extremely personable and friendly. Not to mention the food is excellent. If your in Dade City, it is a must.
This was the best food I've had all weekend. Delicious and fresh. They even had a good local IPA. It was reasonably priced and the service was great!
Finally, a great place to go in Dade City! They have a warm ambiance (including al fresco), reasonable pricing, interesting menu, and most importantly, the food is fresh and high quality. Actually, the most important thing is probably the attitude of the staff. Unlike the other nicer places in Dade City, these people actually make you feel like you are important to them. They "get it".

We travel to Dade City just to eat at L on L from time to time. Yes, that's right, we travel 4 hours round trip--it is that good! The only problem with this place is that you eat 3 mini muffins from the little basket of heaven they automatically deliver to your table, you'll want to have an appetizer because they are all so yummy. Then, your entree arrives and it turns out to be a generous portion of incredible food. So, when it comes time for dessert, well, you really just can't... BUT- you find a way. Because you have snuck a look at the buffet of divine desserts in the back and you just can't help yourself! The truth of the matter is this: you have to decide before you eat that first muffin to only eat half of the appetizer (I always go for the fried green tomatoes), get the ah-may-zing fruit salad as a side to your (every entree comes out perfect so I cannot advise) to skimp a little on calories, and then convince your dining partner(s) to order different desserts and share them all. Never go without calling ahead for a table. Always wear your stretchy pants. And, don't say i didn't warn you about those muffins!
A quaint restaurant on main street Dade City. The atmosphere is tea room, but the menu is large. Fried tomatoes are serviced with mayo and a great sour tang. Pecan crusted grouper with smashed potatoes and squash. A great meal and memorable lunch.
I've been there three times now, and all three times were awesome. It is a weird, quirky, ladies who lunch/gay gift store type of thing... It's hard to explain. But the point is, the food is amazing. Skip everything else and get the pecan chicken... The hot blueberry muffins they bring you before your meal comes are wonderful. And you get to watch them make it all from your table. This isn't your traditional restaurant... When you go, just sit back relax and enjoy the ride. The service range is anywhere from very friendly to slightly crusty, and that's part of the fun. If you go with an expectation of great food and a good sense of humor, you will have a great meal.

Try everything! My favorite is the breadstick donut and pressed Cuban sandwich. They also have salads and soup. Prices are very reasonable
Very small, quiet, out-of-the-way type of joint. I recently went in to get lunch and wasn't disappointed. There were 2 employees, but 1 just hung out in back out of sight. A small line formed, and it would have been nice if she chipped in, but it wasn't a big deal. I ordered the Cuban and it was pretty good! Seemed to be made from quality ingredients and wasn't too tough on the wallet. If I'm back in Dade City around lunch time I know a go-to spot now.
Olga's Bakery is a small, storefront bakery on the main drag in Dade City. The outside is incredibly normal. If one hit the main strip driving slightly over the speed limit and having no idea what they were looking for, one could easily drive right past. But on our visit a few weeks back we knew what we were looking for. We wanted the place that we had heard so much about from out dessertie friends. The one with the fresh made donuts, cookies as big as your face, cupcakes piled high withe icing and the amazing "breadsticks" (which are not the garlic and cheese sticks I imagined when someone recommended them to me) and the made-to-order sandwiches. When you step inside Olga's the first thing you notice is the cases that are stuffed full (or half to a quarter full depending on what time you arrive). It takes a dedicated man (or woman) to stroll past those cases with nary a glance and head to the counter to order a sandwich. The four of us did just that. We each got a different sandwich. Mine was a veggie, no cheese with lots of mustard. The others at our table were an egg salad, Cuban and some other meat filled one. Olga's offers you the choice of Cuban bread or a roll. I went with the Cuban bread. The sandwich did not disappoint. First and foremost that bread was some of the softest I've had. It just seemed to pillow itself right down my throat. The veggies Olga's throw on were pretty standard: black olives, lettuce, pickles, tomato, green pepper and red onion. Oh yeah, green olives too. Say what? Yep, green olives. The inclusion of those little circles of salty delight are what made this sandwich. Anyone can take normal sandwich veggies, put them on soft Cuban bread, cover it in mustard and call it a day. Not everyone can do that with a kiss of green olive envy. Olga's did. My counterparts enjoyed their sandwiches too (although the one who ordered the Cuban got the smaller sized one and complained it wasn't enough...go figure). As we were about to leave, sans any baked goods, I mentioned to my co-workers about the breadsticks. They couldn't believe they almost forgot. Olga's offers a special if you buy a dozen so one of my co-workers figured why buy four when you can buy twelve. Olga's "breadsticks" are like long iced donuts. My co-workers loved every bite of them. I'm not in Dade City much but I will have to return at some point to introduce J-Fur to Olga's breadsticks and eat another green olive covered veggie sub.

This place has the best BBQ I have had in florida. The meaty ribs were huge and had a very good sweet dry rub done just right. My wife had pulled pork and loved it and the beans were very good also. I will be back
First a tip for BBQ shacks. Customers who go and check out a BBQ for the first time may never cross your doorstep. I can tell you from experience that I drive into your parking lot, roll down the window, and drag in a big inhale.....can you smell anything smokey? Does it smell good? Is it really BBQ? Now on to Bubbques. No smoke, no smell. But we are hungry so we roll the dice and go on in. Fiendly staff, small but nicely appointed dining room, its a clean place. Now we finally smell something cooking. My wife orders the pulled pork, mac & cheese, and fries. I decided to try the half a chicken dinner, mac & cheese, and the baked beans. WE also gave the corn nuggets with ranch sauce a try, they turned out to be the best thing we ate at this restaurant. Now the cool thing is Bubbaques appreciates and takes care of ALL BBQ sauce preferences by providing 8 different sauces covering mustard base, ketchup base, honey based, molasses based, vinegar based, and hot sauce, Now the food arrives and its hot and tastes good. Now the pulled pork is not greasy which is great but I gotta say not much of a smoked or bbq grilled flavor to it. The chicken on the other hand has plenty of smoke flavoring and is juicy. The beans are fantastic with more pulled pork in it than beans. The mac and cheese is dissappointing as its not even up to the taste and cheese level of KRAFT from a box and its just as watery. So in review, If I was standing in front of Bubbaques, I was ravenous, and I didnt see another place to eat I would dine at Bubbaques, but this is not a place that I would make a road trip out of or agressively search for on my GPS. Corporate chains and franchises should stay away from BBQ ventures and stick to chicken nuggets and burgers.
We enjoy Bar-B-Q and have been looking for a place in this area that serves some that is edible. This is the closest we've found so far. We ordered the special of the day, pulled pork, Texas toast, and one side for $5.00. We chose the slaw as a side. The serving of slaw was big enough to share and delicious. The generous portion of pork was pulled as it should be, tender and very flavorful. They had 10 different sauces to please any palet with crazy names so we tried each one. The spicy one, "rump roaster" was the best. The others were also good and were vinegar, sweet, mustard flavor, etc. This was a very good find and we'll return to try the brisket or the chicken.

We've been a couple times and each have been great. Good food, good service, clean and friendly.
Wow. This place is GOOD! Delicious food, great service and best of all, it feels like a little garden too. The garage has heaters and AC so don't be afraid about eating outside. The food comes out quick and it's just wonderful. I tried the chicken caprese pesto baked potato with fresh tomatoes, mozareala cheeses and Mac and cheese. The price point is just what it is, ON POINT! It will not break the bank and you will not leave feeling hungry. This place is a true gem in the downtown Dade city community. Be sure to stop by here for some good fixins!
The food was great. I had seafood bisque and a Cubano sandwich. The Cubano was just like I remembered them in Manhattan. The servers were all friendly, but the service was a little disjointed as they seem to work as a team and so you don't have one specific server. But who cares? A great lunch for eight bucks... You can throw it at me and I won't complain.

Lock street, also known as Calle de Milagros (street of miracles) in Dade City has at least five Mexican food places. This restaurant is comfortable and the tacos I had there were good. They were out of quite a few things, but the menu includes many Mexican dishes and they also have specials such as sopes, gorditas and tortas. I was told they make horchata, a rice milk drink in house. The al pastor meat has some kick!
