    No complaints regarding service or quality of the drinks. I would recommend online ordering to make the wait times easier to deal with. The store is small, so space inside does fill up quickly. In the immediate area this is the only Starbucks, so I can understand some issues with wait times. The subway next door does have a lot more seating which is odd because there are always people hanging out at Starbucks. I think this location was chosen so they could have the drive through.

    We own a vacation property near this location and are down here at least once a year. In the past, I've not had any issues with this location, but my experience this morning has me thinking twice about ever returning. It comes down to poor attitude and communication skills. I won't bore everyone with the blow by blow, but suffice it to say that the woman running the drive-thru misheard our order, and wanted to blame it on me. Her tone was very rude and unapologetic. Perhaps she should be MAKING the drinks instead of interacting with the customers.

    Terrible drive through sat there for at least 20 minutes waiting to get to the window then when I get to the window the gentleman did not know what my order was then as I continued to talk to him he totally ignored me and turn the other way and started answering the microphone when I went to pull away there was no thank you no you're welcome no have a good day nothing total ignore me terrible terrible service

    I'm a regular to this place just because I need my coffee fix. They're not as friendly as the other places and they never call me when my drink is ready. They just put it on the counter. Waiting 20 minutes for my coffee is not a rare thing.

    I didn't have time to go back and have them fix it but I ordered a caramel latte and it didn't taste like there was any espresso in it at all and it was really gross.

    Always friendly and best of all they always remember my drink of choice and what grind I like my take home espresso ground to. They are only coffee shop around, but they are great even with no competition around! Looking forward to my next mocha!

    I've been coming here for a long time and most of the time my visits are satisfying. The store is clean inside, great location, friendly baristas, and tasteful drinks. The only downsides I experienced are: sometimes long waiting in the drive-thru, not many tables available inside to sit at work work or read, and sometimes parking can be a problem due to other businesses near by that people are going into. Overall, I don't mind this Starbucks. I would suggest just getting a drink or food and that is it. Don't plan on staying for a chat or sitting inside due to a small area.

    The drive thru has gotten quite a bit slower and it seems like sometimes we're putting them out of the way of doing something else, which I don't understand. Overall it's a typical Starbucks with not as much courteousness.

    Fellow Yelpers, The reason for the 2 stars here is strictly for poor customer service skills. As the other yelpers said they are not friendly by any means. It has a totally different vibe in this store. Maybe 1 person is actually nice. Everyone else seems to be pissed off at the world or having a conversation with a fellow co worker so deep I could see Adele rolling in it. I would prefer to visit a different location. As a matter of fact I'm starting to now like Dunkin Donuts better. This place needs a totally new staff and better training.

    Let me just start out by saying that the only reason I have frequented this Starbucks is because it's literally right across the street from where I live. If I had all the time and money in the world, I would drive 20 miles out of my way to avoid this place! It's rare for me to get so frustrated by any business that I feel the need to leave them less than four stars, but after a year of dealing with this Starbucks I have to try to stop others from going to this particular store. Here are the reasons why I'm giving them two stars: 1. Their customer service is terrible! I've only ever encountered one nice barista at this Starbucks. I saw the guy once and then POOF! he was gone. Everyone else is rude and sometimes even a tad condescending. 2. They ALWAYS burn whatever pastry I ask them to warm up. I used to work at Starbucks and I promise you it's incredibly difficult to burn anything in that oven, as long as you know what you're doing. 3. On more than one occasion they have forgotten to even put espresso into my latte..... 4. Their one redeeming quality is that the store/bathroom is always pretty clean, which I always appreciate. I really, really wish this Starbucks would get their act together. They have a nice looking store and a good location.

    It's Starbucks, one of the smaller ones. Nice outside seating. There's about 4 comfy chairs and small tables with one long one. I'm po'd because they used to have sugar in a big sugar dispenser and now they have the packets which is a pain in the behind. That's why they only get 3 stars.

    I came here this morning and had the worst experience. I decided to go inside to get me a hot chocolate and a ham and cheese crescent sandwich, only one of their machines was working after 15 min of waiting I finally received my hot chocolate but I had to wait another 15 for my sandwich that they forgot to make!!! Mind you when I did receive it, it wasn't what I had ordered it took 30 minutes total I was so upset and the fact that they made late to work made it worse!!
