Excellent chipotle. U can see that manager is real professional, doing excellent job. Everybody knows what to do. Good job... A.G.

I am a big Chipotle fan. Nice, fresh, flavorful food always. This middle rating is about this specific store. This is some of the slowest service I have had at a Chipotle (or most other restaurants). There is too much talking and playing among the staff. There are too often a short line still takes 15 minutes to get through. And there are far too many times when they are out of stuff when recently opened and it hasn't been busy. If I am a manager or franchise owner I am all over fixing that because if they get comparable competition (we some where I previously lived) I will be going elsewhere.

Seriously? NO CHIPS? NO FORKS? C'mon... Management? I'm going to call about this. I waited almost 30 minutes, ended up grabbing my own cup and taking my food without paying because the cashier was not there- she was refilling ice tea. Then when I came to pay- they told me there was no milk for the kids meal, no chips for the guac, no forks for my meal. If the food wasn't so good- we would've left. SCRATCH THAT! The steak was so chewy and the rice was cold. NOT GOOD.

We love Chipote but this location was not up to speed. We both ordered chicken burrito bowls. My wife paid extra for the guacamole The portions were small compared to other Chipotes, the guacamole had hard chunks and the corn was hard also. The sitting area did not have one clean table to sit at maybe an off day.

This is great Chipotle!! I usually ask for hard shell tacos on the side with my bowl and they were out of them. The lovely young lady suggested soft corn tortillas instead a d I thought why not?! She warned them up for me and I must say they were delicious!! This is what I'm going to switch too from now on. They are not fried, and they are yum!!

Chain chipotle, they do the same thing at every chipotle so you know what you're going to get, no surprises, just comfort Mexican food.

First time at this location. The line was nearly out the door, but the staff kept it moving and we only waited a few minutes. Once we made it to the front, service was friendly and efficient. The food was just as I expect Chipotle to be, fresh and delicious. So why only 3 stars?? We paid extra for a bag of chips, I don't mind paying for chips here, usually it's worth the extra $, but we were given a bag that was less than one quarter filled with stale chips. If we're in the neighborhood again, we will go back to the location, perhaps that was an unusual chip situation on the night we visited.

Chipotle is fresh, delicious food. No doubt. Worthy of all the hype? Not hardly. Sometimes I'm in the mood for some rice/meat/vegetables, and this is the place to get it and not feel like slob eating out. I am a slob, but it's nice to pretend I'm not once-in-a-while. This would be a four star review except for their half-baked online ordering. It's easy enough to order, but picking it up is another story. I like the explosion of online ordering options being offered by fast-food places. I enjoy being able to leisurely peruse my options, add extras, remove items etc... all without holding up a line looking like I'm an indecisive jerk. I am an indecisive jerk, but it's nice to pretend I'm not once-in-a-while. Chipotle's failure is in the order fulfillment category. Part of the appeal of ordering ahead is coming in to pick up your food, bypassing the line. The first time I ordered ahead, I noticed no signage or marked area for order pickup. I genuinely thought I had to stand in the line to pick up my meal or look like jerk cutting to the front. There was no signage to direct me or validate my move to the front of the line. And both times my meal was not yet made, despite showing up 5 minutes after the pickup time on my receipt. This made me feel like an impatient newbie. I am an impatient newbie, but it's nice to pretend I'm not once-in-a-while. The last hiccup was I ordered the pork during the shortage. I heard on the news they were rotating the stock around the stores while they looked for new, compliant suppliers. So I was thrilled to see online that this location had the pork in-stock. Imagine my dissatisfaction when I was forced to substitute a less expensive meat for an order I already paid for because the website was not accurate. Kudos on trying to get ahead of the curve - but seriously, Taco Bell has a bigger menu with more ingredients, with a less competent, lower paid staff and their app is amazing and fulfillment is ... fulfilling. So Chipotle, figure out your online approach so I don't feel like such an indecisive, impatient, newbie slob and I'll give you at least 4 stars.

My husband and I order on the app for pickup at this location at least three times a week, and our orders have NEVER been right. Read the order, people. It's not a difficult job.

Normally, I love Chipotle as most do, but today I ordered a chicken burrito and it was awful! The chicken was burnt; literally blackened charcoal on the outside, dry, and super salty. I used to think Chipotle never disappoints, but sadly, today it did.

I agree with others, we love Chipotle but this location has the worst service. Twice I've had to wait an additional 20 min on online orders. And they have hired some new girl with red colored hair that BARELY gives you enough rice, beans or meat to fill half your bowl!!! I'm so over having to ask her each time for more and getting her attitude that we make sure to go to Winter Garden or Ocoee locations instead. I can tell this is place lacks management and training. And yes, employees are always socializing and your always waiting on items to be cooked!!

Had lunch here today. No big line, customer service was great. Food was amazing!! You have redeemed yourself. Haha. Thanks for the great lunch!

This Clermont location needs serious management improvements! The staff changes from one shift of angry, put-out employees to the next wave condescending poor attitude workers. The quality and quantity of food is ridiculously inconsistent. The portions of meat are far smaller than they should be in my opinion considering the $.37 price jump for steak. Seriously their stock is $677.56 per share to date and they can't give you a fair spoon FULL of meat unless your a friend or classmate or boyfriend of the servers. The week day lunch staff is the worst. The cashier is running around restocking the front counter while the food people have been waiting 20-30 min for piles up getting cold. There is NEVER sweet tea or silverware replenished, the trash is always overflowing and the floor is filthy. Finally someone tell me why it isn't possible for the phone orders to be filled in the back kitchen instead of woven into and in front of people waiting in the line backed up to the soda dispenser? This location is horrible!

This place has awesome food, but is always so busy and there is nowhere to park. This place should have its own building in Clermont.

This is a smaller Chipotle location. Service was very good and, as always, the food was excellent. Will definitely be back.

Seriously! No veggies ready, made us wait in line, no chips ready had to wait for that too....oh and completely out of forks so I'm trying to eat with a spoon. At least they brought out some napkins after we asked.

Not a good day today. I love Chipotle but today the line was slow. Chicken had a burnt taste. The fountain drinks were out of order. They really need more seating. The food was luke warm at best. I hate cold food.

I've only eaten at this location so I can't speak for the portions, but it seems like plenty. For fast casual, the food is good and fresh and the service is great. The only reason we don't eat here more often is that it's pretty basic and you can make this at home pretty easily. But hey that's not their fault. The addition of the tofu sofritas just might change that though.

I had heard so many great things about this chain restaurant so I ordered online and picked it up easy enough...got it home and found was all wrong and quality was really bad. No meat in some and very little in others....I called the restaurant and just wanted to let them know and I didn't want anything in return...no free things or anything...they got mad at me and said no else ever ever ever complains. I just hung up.... I won't go back.

I eat here fairly often. I am a huge fan of Chipotle and their attempt to make fast food reasonably healthy and use organic, GMO free, antibiotic free and rBGH free. The biggest issue with this store is the utter inconsistency with service. A few weeks I went there and they were out of the cardboard bottoms for the burrito bowls, so they were using the aluminum tops as bottoms and wrapping it in foil, which was a mess by the time I got it home. Last night It took forever to get my order. First they ran out of white rice, and it just seemed like utter confusion as to who should make it and who should even tell them to make it. So my bowl with brown rice sag there getting cold while I waited for them to screw around making the white rice. I would have gotten the white rice in a timely manner if the kid in front of me hadn't had them load his bowl up with triple white rice, which they didn't charge extra for. Then the guy making the rest of the order had to be told three times what went in each. He was either deaf or stoned. I spoke slowly and clearly each time and he would get one item in and then stop and say, "what else?" From the time I began to place the order until I walked out the door was almost 10 minutes. Ridiculous! I give them three stars because sometimes you go there and have your food in under a minute. Some of the staff are really good, but far too many need to go to back to burrito school, because they failed it the first time around. It has nothing to do with being busy, because I've gotten great service when they were both slammed and slow, and bad service when they were both moderately busy and slow. They definitely have some staffing issues. Also I didn't like seeing the manager in the kitchen area without a hat or hair net sucking on a soda. Not cool, hipster dude.

New feel in a nice area of Clermont. I usually get a salad with chicken on it and it's delicious. The service here is quick and friendly, and the parking hasn't been a problem for me, though I have only been for dinner and it has never been busy. Local's trick: If you turn at the light where the Firehouse Subs is located, you can take the road behind that strip to get to Chipotle easier.

Every time that I've gone in to their store, they've always been very friendly, quick service, tasty and fresh food, and an overall great experience!

As with Chipotle's in the Greater Orlando area, Clermont's newest offering is welcomed! Chipotle of Clermont's staff is exceptionally friendly and the food is served just like it should be. My only major issue with this Chipotle... it's serious parking issue. During peak lunch hours, parking in the small lot can be an adventure because of the other businesses that share the same building and lot. *Note - This Chipotle is located on the south side of West Colonial and can be difficult to see from the road, as it is recessed in slightly below the road level.

I LOVE Chipotle. To the point where i go there multiple times a week. This location is awful though. 90 percent of the time when i do the online ordering they get my order wrong. I complained to chipotle about half the time when i get home and my order is wrong. It has happened so frequently that they think I am trying to scam them or something and no longer refund my money when my order is made completely wrong. For instance a couple days ago they forgot to put steak on my steak burrito bowl. How can you forget the protein???? They did, I wrote in, and got a response along the lines of "wow, you sure have a lot of problems when you do online ordering from here. We will pass on your comments." yeah chipotle I do have problems when ordering here, so how about you fix it instead of making me pay for the incompetence of your employees. Sorry for the rant it just upset me that they would rather accuse me of trying to scam them, instead of actually fixing the problem.

This is the only "quick service" restaurant I will eat at, and this location has the speed of service I need to get in and out and back to work. Employees know what they are doing and all around good experience.

Have eaten at chipotle regularly since they opened and this locations give the smallest portions by far. Not sure why, other reviews have stated the same. My advice winter garden is close and portions are more typical of what I expect.

  • Peter S.

This location is a lot slower than any location I've been too. Not sure what the portion issue is. I usually got within the last hour they're open and get a good portion of meat. And if it doesn't look like I'm getting a good portion of any of the food, I just ask for more. How hard is that?

Love this Chipotle! The new GM Nick really takes care of the place! The food is awesome, the atmosphere is awesome and the staff, for the most part, are friendly and patient. The only thing I would change about this Chipotle, is the amount of seating. During lunch or dinner rush, sometimes there isn't anywhere to sit. Would love to see an expanded outdoor seating area like other locations.

My son turned me on to chipotles. Have since been to many around country. All have a consistency that keeps me coming back. Chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, half chunky mild and hot salsa, cheese and lettuce to finish. Yummy!

What can I say, this restaurant is always delicious. The food is fresh and tasty. My wife and I usually go there alone and have a great meal for $20 bucks. Restaurant is always clean and you almost always see the staff cleaning the walls when there. I can't wait to be back.

I am sad and disappointed with the service my wife received today at this location. We are regular customers who spend at least $100 a week in this location, we know the majority of the employees there to a point they know what we are going to order, I can't believe that they would treat my wife the way they did. Needless to say we will no longer be giving our patronage to this restaurant.

Fresh, natural ingredients elevate any Chipotle's restaurant above most competitors. This is the main reason to patronize Chipotle's. Portions of those ingredients are not particularly generous at this location, but may be ample enough to satisfy most appetites if enough ingredients are chosen from the assembly line. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Atmosphere of the facility is utilitarian and clean but customer seating, which is all made of bare plywood, can be uncomfortable, especially for the handicapped. Given that factor, you may want to get your order to go. Besides, as Mike D. mentioned in his 7-08 review, parking can be a challenge at this particular location, so if you don't like the seating you might as well clear out so others can find a spot. Despite the inconvenient site, Chipotle's is a welcome change from most restaurant fare available in the Clermont area.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
