I love the wings and food but the service is always slow at best. Today I had to wait 10 minutes for a Bloody Mary because the celery needed to be chopped. Should have prepped that prior to opening. This isn't the first time I've had to wait for slow service. Servers are always nice but it seems like always new folks that are not sure of what they are doing.

Always get good wings and they're drenched in sauce, just the way I like it. Tasty ranch and lots of flavors. I hit up Bdubs every month. I think the girls at the other wing establishments with their short shorts are to distract you from their far less superior wings and sauces.

Always love the wings here... The sauces are amazing!! I usually get teriyaki wings and garlic Parmesan. But I recently tried the Caribbean jerk and Asian zing... Wow really good too I love the jerk ... Can't wait to try more of their sauces!!!

Went there for lunch with not many customers there. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes with absolutely no service so I left. If I could give negative stars I would.

Fantastic place to watch a game, but be prepared to wait forever for your food! There are huge tvs everywhere! We went here to watch the World Cup match and i was afraid it was going to be completely packed! Luckily, this place is pretty big and we were able to get a table for 15 by moving high tops around. The servers do a good job juggling a lot of people, but the kitchen, not so much. I would say it took a good 45 minutes to get wings. Honestly, this didn't bother me since we were watching the game, but any other time I would be upset. Food wise, this place is the same as any other BWW. However, I didn't like the fries as much as I used to. Overall this is a great place to watch a game, but I wouldn't come here otherwise.

Service is a bit weak and they have lost some of the local flair as staff turns over. The food is good and the drinks reasonable. If they can get a handle on the customer service it would be a star better.

Very very very slow service been here a couple times in the past for dinner had same service no sense of urgency. For looks good but service very poor.maybe another choice if you want something fast...

I really enjoy coming here to watch games, enjoying wings and beer. The hot boneless wings are my go to. They are hot, which isn't always the case as far as wings go. They have a large selection of beers, including craft beers. The service is friendly and fast.

Walked in, no one up front on a Sunday night at 9... Stood there for 5 minutes. All the waitresses were huddled in a corner rolling silverware (which I totally get) but someone should be paying attention to the door. Walk over to ask then if I should just seat myself, waitress says yes but I'm not aloud to sit in a certain part of the restaurant because it's already been cleaned... They don't close for another two hours? ... Order my food and half of my wings are so hard I can't even stick a knife in them... Never going to recommend and never going to come back.

I'd give this place 3 if it were not for our waiter. We had to get our own refills since he disappeared. The wings aren't bad, we had the Asian flavor, parm/garlic, & the jerk flavor - Asian was best for us. We'll go back again

I was not impressed at all, not even the atmosphere. The wings were medioca for the price, the service was horrible, I prefer the Wing House all the way. Enough said.

I wish I could give 2.5 stars instead of three. I feel like BWW needs to step up the game or lower the prices a little bit. Last night I had two beers and 20 wings and it cost around $35. I did not get a plate to eat over just the platter that the wings were served on and the throw away paper things to put chicken bones in. Our server was nice but I suppose she could have addressed the fact that I was eating over a napkin on the table. I really only went here last night because I had a cash back deal with BOA. I think I will probably avoid this place until the next UFC event that my friends and I go to watch.

This place is a typical sports bar offering a wide range of flavors for wings. Unlike Winghouse and Hooters, they do not wear skin revealing outfit so you would feel comfortable going in with anybody (I am a girl). They have a lot of TVs and people gather when there is a game. Though there were a lot of people when I was there, the service was quick and the waitress was very nice. I asked her if I could make a substitution and it was no problem. The food is okay...nothing special and different from all the other franchaised sports bars. Since I had a good service, I would choose Buffalo Wild Wings over any other chain wing restaurant and sports bar.

No one to greet or seat us as we walked in, customer behind us decided to walk himself in after being ignored at the entrance. Chicken wings were hard dry rocks. Waited over 15 minutes before server even asked how the food was. Horrible service. Stopped in to watch a sports event and projector screens are low quality and cloudy. Last year was my last bad expericence. I guess it will be two years before i give them another shot at becoming better than Mc Donalds.

This place is a total rip off. I ordered 17 boneless wings for me and a friend and what I got were these tiny tiny (think about half of a chicken mc nugget) little pieces of chicken. After eating they were about as satisfying in taste and texture as had I gone to mcdonalds and frankly I could have gotten 20 nuggets for 5$ there and gotten a better value. This place blows.

Definitely a sports bar. TVs everywhere. Good size Bar and plenty of seating. If you want to watch your favorite game this place would be a top contender. I am giving major kudos more because of my experience than the food. The food was good but the customer service was outstanding. I walked in realizing that I was the underdog right away when all the TVs were set to college football and I was interested in the British Premier League football game between Chelsea and Everton. I am a Chelsea fan but knew that several of the Everton players were also playing for the United States team. So I couldn't lose. As I walked through the door I noticed that the hostess had a list of programming and was ready to get you to your place. When I explained what I wanted to watch there question was "where do you want to sit?" I picked a place and they accommodated me setting the channel to what I wanted to watch. Before long I realized they had put the programming on at least two other TVs including one of the large wall screens within my view. The dining room management was actively involved and even came by with encouragement as my team was losing. This seemed to be a normal thing as they interacted with the tables as though they were providing teaming to the wait staff. There comments went beyond and exceeded the typical "hi I am manager... how is everything"; they actually engaged the patrons. This level of service got them 5 stars in my review. The service was fast and efficient. I was able to get my food as the game started and then again continued service during the second half. The waitress was very friendly explaining her connection with soccer; helping me get a burger ordered, and being patient with receiving hand signals to her service queries which were just right. My experience here was permeated by absolutely excellent customer service. However, the food was good as well. I had an al a cart burger with lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese; accompanied by a basket of fries. I could not put the burger down and I devoured the fries. Everything about the burger was fresh and tasty. The fries were perfect with a savory hint of salt. Unfortunately, that was the first half and I am not a squatter. For the second half, I had a boneless wing snack (7 nuggets). This was impressive, not only were they good, but the size was not overpowering which made it a perfect finish for the game.

Great wings here. I went for a bit healthier meal with the chicken wrap. Be careful of the hot sauces. the last 3 make ruin your taste buds.

The service here has been nothing short of terrible on 3 or 4 occasions. I have even written to corporate about the service here. Although the managers gave me a gift card to use as an apology nothing has changed. They still try to charge you $3 or $4 extra if you request all drums or wings instead of 50 cents. The wings still take damn near a day to get to your table. They still don't understand what extra crispy is. (just leave it in the damn frier for a few minutes extra) I think I am finally done here

  • Jeremy L.

The worst service i have experienced in a long time, waitress continued to just walk by the table and not attempt to offer any service. Drinks would sit empty until you flagged down anyone that would stop. Foot took exceptionally long to arrive. Food quality is good. Otherwise everything here is a big miss.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings EVER. It took 45 minutes to get cold chips and cheese dip, also took same amount of time for our first refill. We couldn't flag our waiter down so we asked the buss boy(who had been bumping into my chair while we waited and waited) to please re heat our chips they are cold. He just looked at them, grabbed them and didn't say a word. 15 minutes passed and our server comes by and asks where our chips are. We explain we had them reheated because they were cold. She says yeah I thought that was going to happen. We never got out chips.. Left $5 and walked out. We believe our servers name was Olivia.

I've been here numerous times...The food is sub-par, to the point where if I'm drinking and get hungry, I'll leave and go elsewhere to eat. Service wise -- neutral; it's not good service and it's not bad service. The wait staff is so-so. There's far better places in the area for wing/beer/sports.

Buffalo Wild Wings is still my favorite wing chain. In a city with the original Hooters and Winghouse, this should mean something. BWW's offers the widest and best selection of sauces and rubs and the quality of their chicken is simply better. Their cooking process does not leave you feeling as if you ate a tub of butter and grease so that alone is worth the high marks. Top it off with every game you can imagine to watch on a given night and this is a can't miss place.

I love BWLD. Garlic parmesan wings are amazing. I also really like the asian zing and the caribbean jerk. Love their fries too.

This location is one of our favorite hot spots, especially during major sporting events. We watched the USA in the World Cup last summer with a packed house. It was probably one of the few times the entire bar was rooting for the same team. The atmosphere becomes a little tense at times when patrons cheering for opposing teams start yelling back and forth at each other but at the end of the day it's all for fun. If you only come here for one thing, get the wings. You wont be disappointed...unless you get the seasoning instead of the sauce. The guy who came up with that idea should be fired. Definitely recommend Buffalo Wild Wings if you want to get the feeling of being at the big game without the cost of a ticket.

Great place seems like no matter where you sit there is a tv in view so you can watch your sports show. Sometimes this place gets full and you may not have a place to sit so try to come early it may help.

BWW has great specials, and it's the quintessential place to watch football. Mojitos taste too strongly of mojito mix but the abundance of fresh mint and some limes make up for it. Healthier selections now too with the veggie boat with low fat ranch, and the naked tenders and a side salad. Great beer on tap and in bottles, tons of tvs.

Awesome wings, great burger, and my wife had the chicken wrap. Nothing bad to say...

Best wings in Clearwater, and that speaks volumes considering this is Hooters country. This Buffalo Wild Wings has the best wings I've ever tasted and the Big screens make sports watching in Florida, the only place to be!

I'm incredibly picky about wings, there have been only 2 bars in the past 10 years that have served wings I raved about. I have to admit I really, really like the wings at BW's (love is such a strong word, I don't know if I can bring myself to say I love them yet). The two times I've been, I got the garlic parm and honey BBQ, both were tasty, but the first time around, the BBQ was over sauced and the second time around the garlic ones were drowning in it...What really gets me, though, is the service. The first time our waitress kept disappearing, even though it was a Tuesday and NOT crowded at all. The second time, it was busy, but our waiter failed to bring me a glass of water (I was also drinking alcohol, so it wasn't like we were brig those annoying people who just drink water & get an appetizer but hog a table for 3 hours) and I had to ask four times before it actually arrived at our table. He also made a big deal about me getting a military discount and acted so proud that BW's offers them, but then didn't add it to the bill. I'll chalk that up to a busy night, but having to ask for water a million times makes me not want to return as often as I planned...

Ya gotta love this place. Lots of beer, wings and sports!

Standard wings spot in Clearwater area. This is usually our go to spot for wings because of the giant TVs everywhere and ample seating for big groups (we never come in a group less than 10 people). Stand out flavors for wings include: spicy garlic, ghost pepper, and hot. Be careful with their appetizers.. We got queso dip with poco de gallo which tasted runny and watered down. don't miss their dessert nachos!!

  • Mason B.

Thought I would try again. I shouldn't have. Slow service and the lunch wing snack is only 5 small wings not 6 like the server said. And small. The manager came over and tried to upsell me to get more wings. Really!!!! Never mind I won't be back ever to any bww. By the way order a pitcher of beer. They don't have them. Only $5 glasses of beer. Good luck!!!!

We didn't realize the menu here includes wraps, sandwiches, burgers and other appetizing choices as well as thier main attraction: wings! The place is spotless, bright and vibrant with very attentive service. Our handmade potato chips can definitely become habit-forming. The wings were hot and perfectly prepared, along with your choice of about 50 sauces from fruity mild to insanely scorching. Just a fun atmosphere with very good food for all aboard.

  • Chet L.

If you go, go for wings. That's what this place does well....or even the pulled pork sandwich....it's good. That's where the good food stops however - I ordered a jerk chicken sandwich, and it was so obliterated with blackening seasoning it was inedible. Call me kooky, but I guess I am used to real blackened jerk food....the term does not mean completely covered in spices where you can no longer see the original food. It was so hot and blackened tasting I just could not eat it, not for the heat, but due to the taste....just rancid. Nice sports bar atmosphere, and gorgeous girls serving up the fare, that's what a good sports bar does - and they succeeded here.

  • Becky M.

Been here a few times and the food was ok but just left there after ordering mild wings and were given medium. After the waiter realized his mistake he took our wings back and apparently just changed the tray sticker to mild and gave us back the medium wings after only two minutes. After tasting them and knowing they were medium we askedhim if they were the same wings he said no they made fresh ones. How they made fresh wings in one minute when it took fifteen to get our our original order I don't know. The restaurant was dead so I doubt our exact order of wings was just lying around...just don't like to be lied to and have an simple order such as mild wings be screwed up so can't give this place more than two stars!!

  • Elle E.

This place is rubbish. The food is obviously pre-made and frozen. Apparently they can't even microwave it to the right temperature either. Oh, there's a game you want to watch? The managers won't even take out the time to talk to you and they wouldn't change the channel anyways because corporate told them what people want to watch. You'd be far better served at any other sports bar. It's a shame too, because their Oldsmar location is really nice. I suppose they didn't choose the staff (especially managers) as wisely here in Clearwater.

    (1)
  • Jason R.

It is hard to believe the good reviews this place received. Most of them must be employees. Everything tastes like it comes out of same big pile of frozen food, deep fried and slapped in a plastic basket, hoping you won't notice that they just don't care. Almost everything tastes the same: wings, fries, burgers. I guess I shouldn't expect good food, I should just shut up, sit in one of their horribly uncomfortable seats and watch a sporting event. The only problem is... I don't want to be there, no matter what is being televised. I have no idea how there is more than one of these places on the planet, maybe the original establishment is awesome or something.

    (2)
  • Daniel H.

The Drew St location is a lot cleaner than the Ulmerton location. I always get wings, so I can't comment on any other food. I like the variety of sauces and rubs they offer.

    (3)
  • Dave C.

My daughter and I went there at around 4pm and the service was terrible. Our wings took 45 minutes, all the employees were hanging out chatting while the place definitely needed a good sweep(food on the floor). The wings tasted great but they need a babysitting manager for the crew.

    (2)
  • R B.

LOVE this place!! I would def say that I am regular customer here. The staff is attentive and always seems to remember me and my beverage choice. 50 cent wings on Tuesdays!

    (5)
  • Mark H.

MehhhhHHHH! One would think that a place that specializes in chicken wouldn't serve processed, pre-grilled chicken strips on their nachos. The chicken tasted like it was straight out of the lunchmeat isle at the grocery store. Huge disappointment considering there was an upcharge to add it to the nachos. Big no-no. Also ordered some garlic parm wings that tasted more like jerk-parm. The wings were small and just OK. I mean, this is their staple item--wings! I would think they'd be some of the best on the planet, but that's just not the case. Add the mediocre food to the fact that La Chica had to literally go grab a waitress to initiate service and you've got yourself a case of 'never going back.' Too many good wings out there to deal with this place and it's lack of service and crappy cocktails.

  • Luis S.

If you want to go and do everything by yourself, this is your place. No host to take us to our table, waiters see people standing and no one comes to help. Asked a waiter if somebody will take us to a table and he just pointed out the empty tables. After sitting for more than 10 minutes a Waite came and asked if somebody took our order. Service is just terrible. If I knew it would be like that I would go to a BK or McDonald's

We enjoy a good place for wings and beer and have eaten at various Buffalo Wild Wings and while you don't go for good service you expect decent service. We sat for almost 20 minutes before being greeted as no one knew who had our table. When they finally figured out who had our table the server was nice, did her job as expected. We ordered beer and wings and some apps... Typical for this type of establishment. Beer came out in a normal time frame but it was over 75 minutes until the first serving of food was brought to the table. Wings came out before apps, wings came out at different times and wings were forgotten. We had to ask multiple times for sauce. Sounds more like the kitchen than the server. After returning home (5 minutes away) I realized I lost my bracelet there. Called immediately, told them where we sat. Nothing. Called in the morning, nothing, stopper by the next day and they were surprisingly quick at answering "no we found nothing". No offer to take my name or number. If you are looking for decent wings this place works but if you are looking for good honest service, this is not the place for you.

Nicely cooked wings. Plenty of sauces to choose from. A moderate beer choice. Great service at the bar. Had to request more sauce on some of the wings but overall good stuff. Definitely one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings.

  • Gigi S.

I had to beg for service, literally. After getting thru that embarrassing situation and getting us all drinks, I realized that the food wasn't even worth it. We tried the wings, assuming they must be great since the word is in this places name. Holy wrong! They are spacious with lots of TVs although that doesn't matter since I don't want to bring my friends here for a game. Why not Beef's? Why not Hooters, or Wing House? Why not any place but here? If the service had been good, then I might have more to write, but since even that sucked, well....

I'm not a crazy fan of wings but they have so many different flavors!! I love love love their fried mushrooms. So juicy I can't help it. Their Strawberry & mint mojitos are really good too. Good food!

Burger is really good here. Had the burger with shredded pork and it's definitely an interesting and tasty concept. Try it out!

I am getting the worst service ever. Jenni is literally the worst waitress I've ever had. I know it's a slow day but if your table has to come & find their server, you're a bad server. I worked at a high end steakhouse--We made sure our tables were happy. Jenni never refilled my drink until 5 minutes before we were ready to leave. We had a diabetic friend along with us who didn't get his drink refilled when he needed it. Hire better servers.. Seriously.

  • Kelly M.

Very bad wings - especially for a place named for them! My Honey BBQ wings were dry as if they were cooked hours ago and someone squirted Honey BBQ sauce on them. Side Caesar was edible but NBD with grated Parmesan and hard as rock croutons. Mugs on Missouri is SOOOO MUCH better - same sports bar atmosphere but really good food. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because our waitress was nice. I do not plan on going back.

This place used to be excellent and we would go there quite frequently. As we hadn't been there in a while, we decided to go last night (Saturday evening). That was a mistake. We walked in and Kris (The manager on duty) asked if we would like a table or booth. We asked for a booth and then waited while he cleared one for us. Then we sat for 10 minutes waiting to be noticed by the server who was assigned to our booth. Finally, another waitress went to get Meg. Meg sauntered up to the table and asked if we had been helped. When we replied no, she said she guessed she would take us. Things only got worse from there. We ordered drinks and an appetizer....when it came out, I had to ask for silverware and napkins. Then we had to flag her down to get refills.....Our entree comes out and we had to ask for the complimentary celery and ranch. Next, my partner finally was tired of trying to find Megan and decided to walk up to the drink station, where four servers politely ignored him until he said "excuse me, could I have a refill?". After all of this, I still gave her a tip, but not a very generous one. Mind you that through all of this, I know I had a look of annoyance on my face, because I can't hid things like that. The manager, Kris made eye contact with me at least twice and never asked if there was anything wrong. I called back to advise of my experience and was given much lip service about "being disappointed and embarrassed by his staff", but by this point, I was over it. I used to love going here, but the service has slid down hill and I won't be bothered.
