Dropped by and picked up a pie on our way North and it was awesome pizza. Definitely reminds me of some good NYC pizza. For my taste, I like a thicker crust but the wife and kids really liked the thinner crust. If I'm ever in the area I know where to go to get some real quick pizza

Have gotten pizza here 3 times. 2 delivery and one pickup. 2 times food was great and once pizza arrived cold and chewy. Wings are decent.

This place is our go to for great homemade food. Cooked in front of you..Nessa is wrong, there are NO heat lamps in this place at all. Yes they can get busy but everyone works as a team, the owner will bring your food out if it is packed. Very hands on. Kaylee is one of the best waitresses we have had anywhere! We have taken friends and family and they go back on their own now. Not just for pizza, they have great Italian food, wings, sub's and the salads are probably the best anywhere around. Price is very good for the amount of food you get.

A decent pizza joint with fair prices and big portions. A business trip took me to the Brooksville area for two weeks and I ate here at least 3 times. The staff is kind and attentive.

The pizza was so-so. The eggplant parm sat under a heat lamp for far too long. The service wasn't bad, it was just incredibly slow. I was there for nearly two hours, it took 40 minutes from time of order to the time our food arrived. Their high chair is plastic and ripped up. Not comfortable for a small child's leg, my child didn't like it anyways. Time management and organization would do this place worlds of good.

Ok pizza crust was soggy when I picked it not worth the money. I've had there sandwiches and they aren't that good either. For the area they do good business because they are the only place around but if there was another pizza place they would be hurting.

What a great place to get pizza a pasta! Ingredients are completely fresh and the taste reflects just that. Service is good and so is the friendliness of the staff here. It's another gem in a strip mall that's easy to miss. Free wifi, good for kids and family gatherings. True Italian food!

This place is just okay. I ate in once and had pasta, which was pretty bland. The second time I had pizza delivered and it was great. The ambiance sucks - super bright fluorescent lights and McDonald's-type booths. But solid pizza for the price.

This doesn't even come close to a NY style pizza.. it was edible. The sauce was good.. but I can't get over the cheese.. it's supposed to be smooth and melt in your mouth.. not rubber and hard to chew..

Heading north late at night towards Busnell and we called ahead to get a pizza here. Monticello's is located off of I-75 on 98 to the East, up near Brooksville. Although we were slightly early, the pizza was ready. They boxed it and offered small packs of Parmesan cheese which was appreciated. The place was packed (around 9pm). Our service was fast and postive. I expected, with the number of people there, that we would get "here's your pizza. bye", but we had a small conversation on the place, history, "doing well", etc. The pie had just the right amount of sauce. The crust was great for late night (not too doughy) and the pepperoni was pretty good and not overly salted. All in all, pretty decent. We'll be back.

Stopped by on our way back to Tampa and we were pleasantly surprised. This restaurant is amidst a sea of fast food that we did not want. Found this location on Yelp. The pizza and service were both fantastic! Our only wish is that we lived closer to experience it more often!
