We just found this place by accident. The other reviews showed they liked the food but just gave three stars. Though it may be new, try this place out. My fiancé got a two meat plate with two sides and a beer. I got the BBQ sandwich w two sides and a small soda. Total was $24. I am not understanding how much cheaper people want it. The pulled pork was delicious. As others said not piping hot, but far from cold. The gentleman taking the meat order was a little rude, but I don't let that bother me. I had to interact w him for about 30 seconds. We thought the food was good and the price was fair. You get free ice cream and keep the soda cups too. Would go again! Happy we went down the wrong road.

Think, Moe's for Rednecks, and you have Dickey's Barbeque. Order at the counter and then sit down and eat. Everything was very tasty, and the place was clean. I did find it to be a bit overpriced for what it was though. I think if we are ever in a pinch for quick BBQ again, we will just take some beef brisket home and make up our own plate at home.

Ok we tried it again. Food was pretty good. But teenagers are running it. They do not necessarily use proper food serving techniques. I.e. wipe nose with hand then fix broken ice cream machine with bare hands and no head covering. They might need some closer supervision.

I've eaten at Dickey's more than a few times since they opened. In the beginning there seemed to be a lot of disorganization and things were always out of stock. They seemed to get that fixed and things were running relatively smooth until recently. Their beef brisket has been our go to item but I had an order that was completely fat and gristle in mid June. I reached out to the management and she was very helpful. I guess they've changed managers a few times now and I feel that really shows in the food quality. The manager remade my order the next time I came in and everything was top notch. I went in today to use the coupon I got on my phone and ordered 2 of the Brisket meals to go. Well I got home and the one meal was completely fat again. There was literally no meat at all to eat on that meal and only fat. I'm not one to order the "Lean" meat and we actually enjoy some of the fattier cuts because of their juicy taste but this was literally all fat. At this point I'm completely over calling about it again. I think they honestly don't care about the quality of the meat they serve and I'm not wasting my breath again trying to explain it. Guess they lost a customer. I took a photo just to show how bad it truly is.

The food was good, service was fast and the restaurant was clean. We order the pulled pork, it could have been hotter. The macaroni and cheese was good and we enjoyed the free ice cream. The manager seemed upset and was barking orders loudly at the staff, who seemed uncomfortable. We felt uncomfortable too. It wasn't professional and we felt bad for the staff.

The best barbecue in Tampa area. Large portions always good . Great sides and free soft serve vanilla ice cream. I try to eat at dickies at least once a week

Tried Dickey's on Saturday the beef brisket was juicy and tastey though not very hot. The ribs were awful burnt and cold. I would not eat there again but I would buy a take out brisket to take home and heat up.

I tried Dickeys for the first time today. The food was pretty good and the place was clean except for the floors. It was pretty slow when I went and the floors were dirty. I also noticed the disorganization among the employees that other have commented about. All in all, I'd try them again.

Good BBQ. Second the disorganization. We went the first week and They don't tell u for pick up orders to get BBQ. Not entirely their fault but as a new business think they should communicate how the business works. And yes they are frequently out of things however I have never experienced poor quality food on 3 visits.
