I wish Sarah had our experience in NYC. We ordered a large plain pizza. They brought out a crust and put olive oil and oregano on it it and said enjoy!! I live this place!! Everything is hot. They will cook to order if you want. Everything is fresh!! Staff is superb!! The cashier even says Ci Ci you later lol :)

My daughter & I went in for lunch. (On 7/1/14). We like to come to CiCi's as my daughter is a vegetarian so she can order what she likes. The cashier Harley was very sweet. The salad, pizzas, bread sticks & even the garlic knots we hadn't seen before was awesome. The problem came when we had dessert. I love the apple pizza & the sweet rolls. My daughter loves brownies, she took one bite & just about spit it out, it was so raw in the center it actually dripped out like chocolate syrup & it tasted raw....I am a baker, I have worked in restaurants around the world. I was raised in my Mother's restaurant. I know the business from running the front of the house to running the kitchen. I also have had recipes published I know what a raw brownie is, you could taste the egg, it was awful not to mention dangerous, raw eggs lead to e-coli. My daughter told the guy behind the counter, he laughed at her as he turned his back to her walking away he said "It's gooey" She can back to the table, his rudeness up-set me so I went up to talk to the manger & was shocked to see he was the manger! A manger should NEVER be rude under any circumstances. My daughter was ill all night. I still love CiCi's but sometimes you do mess-up & when you do you fix it not act like a smart ass & become rude. He has a lot to learn about being a manager!

Worst location i have ever been to. They had the worst customer service I have ever seen. When I tried ordering a pizza for my table they told me it was buffet only and that they would call when it was out. They never called it out. Then when I talked to another employee, she told me to next time specify what I want. I guess asking for a Zesty Pepperoni for my table isn't specific enough. Then later, they decided its acceptable to talk to a little girl like she was stupid for asking a question. Employees are rude and the food is mediocre. Guess you get what you pay for.

First time and last time. Do not recommend for large parties or group get togethers. Called to make reservations for a team party. They told me they take reservations but it's still first come first serve- so why even bother taking info. When we arrived no tables were even set for a group party. I was quoted a price for kids and adults a month in advance so I made sure we had the place locked on. When we arrived we were told the prices have gone up. We had to acquire our own tables as they became available- our team was split into booths and had only one regular table- we had 17 out of the possible 30. That actually showed up. The arcade area is a joke. Too small of a place for parties- do not recommend- the pizza is not very tasty. Very limited toppings for a small salad and different types of pizzas on the buffet. Such a shame this is the only place in Brooksville-too small for parties.
