I went thru the drive-thru last night, 8/9/15, and was a little disappointed. I usually get wings at the E. Hills. Ave location where I have always been very satisfied.. The Brandon Salem's wing order of 20 was sauceless. I ordered Hot Buffalo wings. There wasn't any excess in the bottom of the container either. I went back through the drive-thru and asked for more sauce. When I got home I thought they were still only lightly sauced . I added my own Buffalo sauce I had already at home. Just had some leftovers and it did hit the spot. I realized later manager did fix my order by adding sauce and a couple more wings..Didn't see at first and added big drumettes to balance out some smaller ones.. Thanks. I waited a long, long time in the drive-thru line. I did like the frozen coffee alot..It's very dense.. needs a spoon. I will try again.

I tried this place for the first time a few months ago. I ordered a gyro through drive through. When I checked it, it had very little sauce and only on one fourth of the gyro. I asked for extra sauce and they said I had to pay more. I explained it was my first time there and that the sauce was not on the whole gyro and they said something about how they have to make money too and that it would be either 75 cents or a dollar more (can't remember.) Bad customer service. For the nearly ten dollars for just a sandwich and a stressful ordering experience I won't be back.

This was my fourth time at this restaurant and each time I wonder why I bother...oh yeah today, it was because it was raining and only two vehicles were in the drive thru. The fish , gyros and fries are very good but tend to be overpriced. Unfortunately, even with only two cars, I still sat, trapped in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes! If you're in a hurry or on a budget, skip this establishment.

Long lines, small portions and high prices. No thank you. I will be going the extra miles to the one on 50th street. Not sure why they don't give a stuffed grape leaf in their greek salad. Lettuce was just pulled of and not even shredded. Steak and cheese sub was missing the steak. It was practically non existent.

Had a chicken gyro with fries... It was delicious. I got the combo it was 10$ pretty normal price for fast food in the area. It was a good amount of food, no complaints.

Tried it out for the first time hoping to have a good gyro but I was quite disappointed. This place has nothing on gyros over Pita Republic. Their prices seem quite high as well for a fast food place. Their menu is quite varied...burgers, gizzards, fish. Sadly, I won't be giving them another try as there are better places out there to spend your money in my opinion.

Gyro's are absolutely amazing! Can't wait to try everything else! Huge variety of food. A little bit of everything for mostly everyone. Kind of a mixture between Greek and American food.

Okay so when I saw that salem's was getting a location in Brandon, I thought it was the second coming of Jesus. I was so happy. The ones in Tampa are SO GLORIOUS. I was in bliss... Little did I know the disappointment I was about to get. This doesn't even seem like the same chain!! It was not even CLOSE to as good as the ones in Tampa. I took my sister and my two cousins from up north for their first salem's experience and WE WERE ALL SO PSYCHED! My fries weren't good, the gyro had like no sauce on it, the bread was hard...COME ON ITS LIKE THEY WERENT EVEN TRYING. I looked like such an asshole bragging on this place. Can't say I won't go back though, it's a shorter drive for me.

Let's face it. It's on the pricier side but the food was pipping hot and delicious. I had fried shrimp which was very crispy. The fires were really hot and good too. I only gave em 3 stars because they're fairly new and really need to work the kinks out. Plus I was over charged.

For a fast food place, this place is by far one of the worst. This place has the most unprofessional employees, they treat this place like a perfect place for a get together. If you love waiting in line (inside and outside) this is the best place for you.

My favorite thing to order is the seafood fried tilapia and large fried shrimp. It is prepared fresh and always hot. The staff are friendly and courteous. I am so glad they are now here in Brandon!

I've been going to Salem's Gyros for YEARS in the Tampa area. Particularly the Hillsboro and Fletcher locations. I have to admit I was a bit disappointed my last few visits. The price is now $9.49 for the gyro I paid $7.49 for just last year. The prices are going higher and higher yet the food amount is getting smaller and smaller. The gyro had less than half the amount of meat that was served before and a handful of fries when before you couldn't even close the lid on the to go container. Yes inflation I get it but this is ridiculous for the amount of locations now available. I paid $4.99 to try the zucchini fries...I figured appetizer size, zuchinni is inexpensive should be a good portion. I posted a pic of what I received, needless to say I wouldn't recommend you waste your money.

Idk who was at the drive thru but. I believe her name was Sara. I came at 11:50. Waited in line for the next person to order the whole menu basically.. At 11:54 I get up to the window.. Before my husband can tell her his Order. She said sorry we are close (mind you they close at 12am) I said but I just waited in line for 5 mins now. "She said yeah I know but we just sold or last order of wings" First off I didn't Order any wings!! Secondly I don't want wings.. "She said well we are close" I asked for her manager "she said we don't have a manager" she was very rude! My husband was so upset he got out the car and demand to speak to a manager.. THE MANAGER came to the door and asked how can he help? I said I no longer want to order from here. Because of the rude service I've received.. Told him what happen and he looked at me and said sorry. Go back to the window I'll serve u. I was so disgusted I just went home.. Very rude service! You guys just opened and hired assholes (well one).. Please fix would love to eat here sorry. Don't judge my typing lol on a small phone + anger

Only been here once, so not a conclusive review. But in general I thought the food was just okay and nothing spectacular. I got the gyro since it is in the establishments name and I have had better at other local tampa joints. Would put it in the category with other fast food joints, but if I want good Greek food would much rather go to a place like Acropolis.
