Fast healthy food that keeps me coming back every week. Since I eat there often I change things with the regular order and they don't mind at all. Also, I like the pita "burned" and when they see my car in the parking lot they start it toasting. I feel like I am a big pain in the neck (dressing with just a little oil, burned pita, gyro sandwich turns into just gyro meat, everything else on the side and so on) and they don't mind at all and treat me like a valuable customer everytime. I found out that the lady taking my order speaks French and I was taking a French class. She patiently taught me how to order my meal in French and continues to teach me a little more each day I'm there. Some days it's not too busy at lunch, but if you do see a line waiting to order don't worry they are quick and you won't wait for too long. You can order and eat in 30 minutes most days. They also will take your order over the phone for pickup if you are really short on time. Pitas has coupons in the Super Saver booklet to save some money. I usually keep a supply in my car.

Great location for this iconic Tampa Bay chain. Very friendly staff and everything is made fresh to order. I take home pita sandwiches or salads after work for my wife and I about 5-6 times a month. Mohammed (not sure if he is the owner or manager) has been at this location for at least 10 years and he is extremely accomodating.

It's a colorful little place next to the koizi restaurant. Ordered the Mediterranean chop ($7.75) and a mango smoothie ($4.75). Lots of flavor in the gyro meat, and the shredded salad really fills you up. If that's not enough, there's also the lightly toasted pita bread with a good texture and side sauces (which I didn't try). The mango smoothie was consistent throughout, even drinking it into the following hours. Feeling full but still healthy! Only thing was the small plastic forks make it hard to pick up the salad, and they gave me a straw with mini spoon at the end.

First time here, I had the vegetarian sampler, very fresh & tasty. The smell was heavenly - like garlic. My husband had the gyros wrap & my SIL had the chicken pita which they said was good too. They owners were very friendly and the place was nice & clean.

We ordered the vegetarian platter, chicken avocado pita, hummus, and falafel. Everything was delicious except for the falafel. I'm a fan of homemade falafel and this was not it. They accepted an online coupon without difficulty. Many options here for vegetarian. I will be coming back and likely on a "Meatless Monday".

Absolutely loved this place. Great bang for your buck. I highly recommend to try this place if you're looking for some good Mediterranean food.

Just got some gyro meat out of the warmer and falafel out of microwave. The falafel was mushy with no crust. Well what should I expect for nine dollars maybe I expect too much. The people were very nice just feel disrespected when people think they can serve food like this and think it's ok. I will never be back to any pita republic. Just was really hungry tonight and was disappointed with the food I was served. I hope places like this may read reviews like mine and make a change.

I love Pita's, and this one is just around the corner from my apartment...awesome and convenient. I will say, though, that for whatever reason the workers here are strangely indifferent to their customers. It's almost like they are annoyed that they have to make food. It's great good though, so sorry guys, I'm still coming back.

Had the gyro platter with Greek salad and potato salad. Only one worker in making food but was not busy. The food was very good and reminded me of my old Greek place back in cincy.I also liked it more than acropolis. Will return for different sandwiches.

I have to say, the employees at this Pita's location are top notch. The woman who works at the cash register is so nice and offers great suggestions. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken without the potato salad and she suggested that I go for the chunky chicken salad with feta as it was a money saver and essentially the same thing. This kind of service isn't something that I would expect from a fast food place. The food is always prepared quickly and I have never had anything here that I didn't like. The food is fresh and healthy. A good lunch spot in the Brandon area.

I had a very enjoyable first experience. Havent found a good gyro since I moved down here from VA but tried this place out and was pleasantly surprised. Workers were nice and the pita was so big I had dinner and lunch for the next day! Next time I will try the hummus and post again!

Friendly staff, and the food tastes soo good! My favorites are the gyro, and the mediterranean plater. I also loved the Belly Buster smoothie.

I've been to this place before and enjoyed the food, but one nite a couple of week's ago I had an experience that made this place stand out: I had ordered extra tzatziki sauce on the side for my gyro, but when I got it home I found there was no tzatziki sauce (neither on the gyro or on the side). I called the store (it had since closed for the nite), but I explained the situation to the person on the phone and they said they would stay open if I wanted to come back. Upon arrival, they not only had a side of the sauce, but they had made a completely new gyro for me. This is what customer service should be like -- taking care of clients solely for the sake of one's own professional reputation (despite the inconvenience to them -- and me). The food was excellent and the service (as mentioned) was exemplary. if you enjoy Mediterranean cuisine and if you appreciate top-shelf service, then you will undoubtedly love this restaurant. I will be returning and I hope they get the attention they clearly deserve.

Wonderful pitas and wonderful staff/owners. I eat here a few times a month and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a pita. The chicken and avacado pita is the bomb! Always fresh and delicious....will keep me coming back.

My wife and I split a gyros platter every time we go and wonder how in the h3ll one person can eat the whole thing by themselves. It's good good for the price and you can't beat it.
