I waited 20 min for them to make my hot buffalo chicken sub on Monday night around 7pm. There was 2 people infront of me, so it wasn't too busy. I usually don't write bad reviews, but waiting 20 min for a sandwich was just ridiculous. I placed my order 2-5 min before i paid for it. The only reason that I know i waited 20 min is because my mother called me before I paid, so I looked at the time stamp on my phone. You can get a great meal made in less than 20 min in a sit down restaurant. There was only one guy cooking the chicken and one girl taking orders. There was at most 2 hot subs being made while I placed my order. I This is my second time at this Jersey Mikes in years. I chose Jersey Mikes over Tijuana Flats, and I made the wrong decision. I was also on my lunch break. I had to inhale my sandwich so that I can make it back in time. Not a "sorry for the wait" for the person who made my sandwich. The sandwich itself was ok, really because I didn't the time to enjoy it.

Best subs in Florida! Cold cuts are sliced fresh as you order, bread is baked onsite. There are 5 booths (really 3 full booths and 2 "half" booths that also seat 4) and 4 tables-for-2, as well as 3 TVs. The staff are friendly and fast. I've seen poor reviews for this place based on the crowd size at lunchtime, which is silly (nobody goes there anymore, it's too crowded?), it just shows you how good the food and service is here. And as far as the amount of meat you get, or depends on the sub you order. You don't have to spend $11 to get a meaty sub, in fact an Italian mini-size is packed! But if you order tuna you won't have as much "meat". One last thing. It doesn't matter here what anyone thinks of Fox news, but I know this: I've been a regular here since the store opened, and I don't recall ever seeing *any* news program on the TVs. Like today, it seems they usually have sports on (college football was on all 3 TVs today while I was in the store).

The Philly's are awesome. The chicken philly is really good two. I have been back to this location on several locations only because i was craving a good philly. my only complaint is that i wish the had some hot sauce for it....but even without that I love these phillys.

This plaza is so busy, it's a pain in the butt to get in and out of with the traffic unless you're going east on Causeway. I'd go there allot more if they were in a better location. They need a location on 301.

We stopped for a roast beef sub and were shocked at how little beef they give you. Don't get us wrong. The beef is good, but there is not enough to get us back. Mike. Shame on your Brandon Store.

Not thrilled with this location. We've gone a couple times and our service has been great. Today service was very slow. 20 mins to make 2 hot subs. It felt like the employees were unsure what they were doing. The other guy behind the counter counted money with his gloves on and then finished making someone's sandwich with the same glove. Kinda gross. Wished this trip was better.

Very good! Jersey Mikes is not far from my apt. So while I was running around town doing some errands I got a major craving for a sub. As I was driving by I their big truck in the back of the plaza so I figured I would go and check it out. Wow! I ordered the Italian with everything on it (Mikes Way) plus mayo and from the first bite to the last I was in food heaven. It was so good I didn't want the sandwich to be gone! The bread was so soft and everything just tasted so fresh. The store itself was about the size of your average sub shop in a plaza. Good seating, good selection of chips and a cooler full of soda. The only reason Jersey Mikes didn't get 5 stars was because I have had several homemade Italian sandwiches that were so good they ruined me for a chain Italian combo sandwich but of all the ones I have had from a chain restaurant this was by far the best! I would highly recommend eating at Jersey Mikes some time especially if your choose is between them and say Subway or Quiznos.

Best subs in the area! Phillis are amazing! I usually get the turkey which they slice fresh. The red pepper relish really adds a certain kick that completes the sandwich. It's the perfect blend and just the right amount of heat that is not overpowering.

Went with a buffalo chicken sub and it was pretty good. I like the super soft sub bread, though it doesn't hold the ingredients very well. I'd put it on par with Pita's Republic both taste and price-wise.

Well the food does taste good, and I like how it's always cooked fresh right in front of you. But I definitely have some qualms that brought the score down to a 3. 1st is they aren't very filling subs unless you buy the 11$ sub, and I'm sorry im not spending 11$ on a darn sub. Most the time it seems like I'm eating more bread than anything else. 2nd is more location specific. The causeway blvd location is way to small for the amount of business they get there. 2 times we've had to walk away from there and go somewhere else because there was no where to sit, not To mention a line extending to the door. This time we went a little earlier to beat the rush and get a seat. But before long the place filled up and next thing you know we have people standing with their subs in their hands waiting for a seat. And it was uncomfortable having people staring us down as we eat as they hoped we finished soon so they can sit. Almost felt obligated to rush through our meal to give our seat to the next customer who was watching and waiting for us to finish.

Always go her for the Philly! I always say I'm going to try something else but I just can't stray from the Philly! My only wish is that they carry Tabasco, the buffalo sauce they offer just doesn't do the philly justice. Fast, friendly, and great hot subs!

I like Jersey Mike's. I work right near this location and it is always a quick and easy place to have lunch. The subs are very fresh and the turkey is 99% fat free. They also have a spicy relish option for the sandwiches, which is great for anyone who likes to kick it up a notch. Overall, typically a good experience and a pleasant stop for a quick, healthy sub.

Food is 5 stars! Pleasant staff.. My only gripe is everytime I go in there to sit down to eat I'm forced to watch Fox news on all 3 tvs. Yes, all 3 tvs! I even asked for it to be changed and the staff said the owner took the remote away from them and it always stays on Fox news. Even on the weekends when there's sports on. It's mind boggling to me. It's a shame they have great food/locale, yet force their customers to watch 'the news' or what some would call propaganda bs when there's sports or anything else on. Get with the program JM!
