This particular Crispers needs some obvious issues addressed by Upper Management and Corp. Having Gluten Free Bread is a Definite Plus. And, the employees that took care of me today. Have great people skills and eager to make things right. At the register I placed my order with Kuincy. Who was polite, professional, and very accommodating to all the requests I made. Smiled and seemed to really enjoy taking care of people. Ordered my favorite Turkeycran Sandwich on Gluten Free Bread. It was moist, fresh. I love this Sandwich. Great comfort food. Mat brought it to the table. He was polite, asked if everything was ok. I informed him. That unfortunately, the portion served.(I ordered a whole sandwich). Was so small. It looked like it was from the Children's Menu. To make matters worse. Maybe, just maybe some re-evaluating needs to take place, when it comes to Presentation and Plating of food. I came to the realization that it had been served in a very large plater. Obviously, when on one of the pics I took. I placed. A half of my Turkeycran Sandwich. And, even with a noticeable bite on it. Looked appealing and well proportioned. Some obvious cosmetic neglect needs to be addressed. I took a pic of a Ceiling Tile with an awful water leak stain. Mildewy looking. That can be a major turn off, specially for business people. That by the sound of the other reviews posted seem to come here during their weekly lunch breaks. Reviewing and remedying these issues that don't seem to be major, could be a contributing factor to the success of this business and improving reviews.

This Crispers is an embarrassment to Crispers everywhere. I go to my Crispers in my home town frequently, I love it, and it is nothing like this one! I've been here four times now. They have never had coffee ready. They've forgotten major food items every time I've ordered. Like the chicken on my salad or croutons and cheese on my soup. I've left one time without ever getting coffee at all. What's more ridiculous is I was there for two and a half hours. My soup is always cold. Sometimes I get silverware. The bathrooms are always out of toilet paper and paper towels. If it wasn't for free wifi, I wouldn't come here at all. Went to the restroom before I left and what do you know no soap either. How do employees wash their hands? Lastly, today a sign fell off the wall onto a customer's head, and I didn't see a single employee approach him to see if he was ok. I never write reviews in general, but this one deserves a post. I just can't believe the difference between the quality of my Crispers in Tampa compared to here.... And here is where it started. This one gets a thumbs down for me. And no, Crispers is no longer owned by publix so do not associate the two.

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before going! The food was o.k... Not the best, my husbands flatbread tasted different (in a bad way) then before when bought at another location. However my gripe is with the staff, yesterday we showed up and they rudely ignored is only to eventually tell us they had a 20 min wait, we left and went elsewhere but decided to give them another try today, the cashiers are rude, they didn't have a pen so we used our own then they passed it on to the next customer, I politely said that is was our pen and she replied with "can she not use it" sarcastically.. Just rude... ** side note, tables were dirty, the entire place was a little dirty and our specific section smelled like poop or something

Been here several times for working lunches, and honestly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Plenty of seating, WIFI and several menu options make this this place ideal for small groups, families or individuals at lunchtime. Ordering is at the counter, and the staff bring your order to the table. I keep returning to the small salads--"superfood salad" is my favorite. (A bit of a cheesy name, but a good, healthy option with an excellent taste.) Large salads are pretty substantial. My co-workers go for flatbreads and sandwiches, and no one leaves hungry. Soups are tasty, but could be presented better than the small styrofoam containers they are served in. For an indulgence, try fresh baked Harvest cookies! Crispers is simple, and for a simple, quick lunch, a good option amid the forest of fast food joints and storefront pizza places. Hope they continue to work hard and attract customers, because it's a great option just east of the interstate.

Been there before and was great, but this time...ordered a french dip sandwich. Sat down across from another couple that had just gotten their sandwich and started eating. The girl that took our order came and told the couple he had wrong sandwich and gave him the right one. A couple minutes later, my sandwich was brought to me and had a BITE out of it!!! They took it back and a minute later brought it again...this time, they had just CUT OFF the bite and served it to me. The Manager (I guess) came to ask if everything was OK...we told him and all he could say was "I just don't know what to say". No I'm sorry, didn't ask to make me another sandwich, nothing!!! Very, very gross!!! WE WON'T BE BACK!!!!!! The young man that was cleaning off tables was more concerned about it than the so-called "Manager."

Horribly wilted romaine lettuce in salad. No way individual who prepared it didn't notice. Do yourself a favor and go to Panera.

This place is pretty good for a stop and go place.the soup and flat breads are probably the best thing to get from Crispers. Everything else not so much. I love the tomato soup so good!

Consistent with other Crisper's locations. Glad to have one closer to the house. Good sandwiches and salads. Nice atmosphere and staff.

Panera-like place. Nice variety of sandwich/panini, soup & salad options. Average-to-small serving sizes, especially for the price. Adding a drink easily pushes even a lunch over $10/person. Good place to hide out and study with lots of seating and refreshments station to refill throughout your studies.

I ordered Thai chicken salad, which I usually enjoy at Crispers. It was prepared incorrectly and missing ingredients. I think the cook just made it up. It was terrible. I also ordered a veggie sandwich. It had one piece of wilted lettuce, 2 pithy tomatoe slices, 4 thin cucumber slices, 4 thin half slices of avacado, and 2 slices of portobello mushrooms the size of my thumbnail. With the sandwich closed the only ingredient visable was the wilted lettuce sadly drooping out. I also ordered, the chicken club flat bread. It was over cooked and also light on the ingredients. So basically, I BOUGHT $30 WORTH OF LETTUCE. Their manager needs to pay attention to what is coming out of the kitchen.

We like Crispers, it is very close to our house and very kid friendly. I love their spring salad flatbread and I add chicken to it. VERY GOOD!

Flatbread is good for fast food. At times it can be a bit over cooked but tonight's was delicious. The salads are the best with creative variations like fruits nicely cut up with chunks of fresh blue cheese on leafs of lettuce and spinach. Add some fresh chicken and it turns an ordinary salad into a dinner.

I guess a review is supposed to be long and drawn out on this app but I'm a man of few words so here it is. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. You can't get much better than that.

I ordered the Ahi tuna with avocado salsa that comes with asparagus, no white rice and a side of steamed veggies (which I was told was broccoli, peppers, onions & carrots). They brought me plain Ahi tuna with white rice and asparagus - no avocado salsa, no steamed veggies, lots of white rice I asked them to omit. The server never asked if everything was ok with the order for my husband and me, not even as she watched us switch plates, she just placed our entrees in front of the wrong person then ran away without saying a word. They were NOT busy at all, virtually empty. Perhaps they were playing a joke on me? The description of what I'd ordered was on my sales slip, and I'd even discussed it with 2 people behind the order counter. When I brought the entire untouched meal to the cashier, she read the sales slip, then asked me what was wrong with the order. I thought it was obvious, but I explained the discrepancy, and apparently, she realized it, too, because I got my money back, no problem I will never take any dish from a restaurant that has been returned to the kitchen and 'redone'. Thankfully, I've almost never had to do that, but I did at this Crispers because there was obviously no concern or quality control about what was served. It was odd to have it say one thing on the slip, and to receive something so completely wrong. So, I was very hungry. My husband had a Cuban sandwich that he enjoyed. Then my dear husband drove us home and I ate at home. I thought you're not supposed to tip at Crispers, it says so on the menu at the last one I went to, but they had a tip jar at the cash register at this one. Did Crispers change their policy on tipping?

The food here can be either pretty good or just so-so. I think it depends on who is in the kitchen at the time. This place might be better if it had more consistency.

always good with healthy & not so healthy options :) on friday night from 6-8p there is a clown doing face painting for tips, so it is fun for kids. it is also a little chaotic for adults without kids - so know that going in.

Every time I'm in town I have to stop by Crisper's. I can't get enough of the Thai Flatbread with Thai salad. Yes, it's not authentic Thai but I love the sweet chili sauce they use. The French Dip is also one of my favorites. Slather on some of the spice horse radish sauce and dipping into the au jus sauce is delicious. I wish they had a Crisper's in Texas. If anyone in corporate reads this you can contact me and I'll help bring the first Criper's to Texas :)

Unimpressed with this location! My salad was bland, as was my daughter's chicken tenders. My son and husband both had quesadillas that were just ok. The restaurant was dead, but the staff was still slow to help you. The kids received free gelato with their meals which is cool, but the server snuck himself a bite too. He didn't realize I saw until I said "just don't double dip" to which he turned bright red and walked away.

The French Onion soup and Kickin Crab were great! The Rueben and Asiago Beef sandwiches were OK. The place is clean and nice looking with a comfortable atmosphere. Some of the salads we see coming out are large and yummy looking! That's next time Update : the chicken salad we got to go is bad . Chicken and Apple pieces sitting in a pool of watered down Mayo sauce. Momma's not happy. We probably won't be back

Don't like to write negative reviews but hate to spend money in a place on auto pilot. Should have left when we saw the dirty tables. You're owned by Publix? it didn't show that day... Appreciate the business responding to the my previous review. hopefully was an off day...

I did take out for my sick husband. I got him a bowl of soup. The soup was good but the portion size was NOT. Please see my posted photo. This is the portion size for a bowl. Not filled to the rim. If this is a bowl I cannot even imagine how much is in the size of a CUP. Very disappointed!!

After a busy day out in the woods, I was hoping to find a nice place to sit down and enjoy some really good food. We chose Crispers because they were "the best/healthiest" option. Imagine my disappointment when we walked in and the place had a few dirty tables -that had obviously been there for a while. No one in line and a staff that just didn't seem to care. Our orders were taken quickly and our service was good. As well as the food that we got was tasty, but it was just that the place seemed to have an "I don't really care to be here" attitude. The staff didn't seem to want to be working. When things were delivered to the table, there were no smiles, no welcoming gestures just a overwhelming sense of "You shouldn't be here.. we shouldn't be here."
