Looked all over Miami Beach for "just the right place" to live. No place compared to the Tower. It's absolutely amazing-on the ocean, stunning apartments, five star restaurant, elevators that open into your apt., terrific staff. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

New management introducing new menu and entertainment for it's guest. I love the red snapper ceviche and the guacamole with chips. What a great new restaurant concept for the Ritz Carlton. They have daily specials which I recommend because the fresh catch on the grill or steamed always comes out delicious. Their weekend brunch are pretty cool they have live music and a nice setup on the patio to overlook the ocean. They have chicken and waffles, cinnamon French toast, and much more. There is a bottomless mimosa for $25 or a glass for $16.

Excellent Japanese restaurant. The food is outstanding. Service could have been a little better but not bad. Atmosphere is a highlight here....very comfortable and chic place in the Bal Harbour shops. Short rib tacos here were excellent.
Hamachi, crispy rice spicy tuna and Brussel sprouts were all STELLAR!!!! Delicious sushi.
I cannot tell you how many times I've been to this restaurant. I know the menu by heart. Service is right on point, food comes quick and well presented. I have tried almost everything on the menu and have not found one thing to complain about.. besides the fact that they changed their curry shrimp roll to a different type of sauce and I'm not much of a fan but people seem to be enjoying their change. anyway, i would recommend this place to everyone. Fish is fresh and the grilled food is cooked to perfection, also they have fun meals like the kobe beef cooked on a hot stone right at your table!

I have been here before and it was excelllent, but today it was awful. They told my friends when they showed up that there was nor eservation under my name. We were already sitting at the table.Good thing they looked inside the dining room. We ordered appetizers and even the server was shocked when they were all brought out together in about five minutes. Then we made the mistake of ordereing our entrees.Five minutes later they were onthe table. It took us longer to get to the restaurant then it did to eat at his restaurant. I will never return. DR.T
Went there for brunch with a few people. I ended getting the burger because I was pretty hungry and I saw breakfast dishes coming out that looked on the small side. My burger was way under cooked for what I had requested, and the flavor was unimpressive and even with Brie and (supposedly) truffle it was pretty bland. The garlic herb fries were super tasty however and the coffee was good. The service was wonderful and the hotel is beautiful, but the food itself was completely unmemorable. Don't know that I would go back for more than drinks.
Holy Moly I'm dreaming about truffles after this place. Food 5/5 Service 5/5 decor 4.5/5 (didnt like the carpets :P) Truffle Pizza -WOW but one piece per person is enough. (Very strong flavor) Truffle Egg - So yummy and I'm still trying to figure out how they fried a poached egg. Tuna Tartar - Very stuble and delicious Hamachi Sashimi - Delicious Crab cake - Yummy Adult Mac and Cheese w lobster - Awesome Filet Mignon - Still craving more Short rib - amazing Lobster - (the girls who ordered it said it was ok.) Black Truffle Fritters - Sooooo good Desserts Souffle - One of the best I've ever had Caramel ice cream? - amazing Lava cake - Really good but similar to most restaurants. Hope that helped.

Good food, good location with covered, outside seating, and friendly staff. Grilled fish sandwich with piña jugo (pineapple juice) was very nice.
I've had food from here a few times, both delivery and in the restaurant. I will say I've had my issues with this place, where I've called in numberous times and been hung up on because they didn't have anyone who could speak English for me to place an order. With that being said, I do understand it's a Columbian restaurant, and I spose that they are trying to keep "authentic". Their prices are a bit high for how much food they actually give you. But at least the food is good. That's their saving grace. Otherwise I would've given a much lower rating. But as I said, pretty decent food.
Located in a cute tucked away Marina watching the boats come in and out of the bay this Colombian restaurant is serving home made comfort food! The ajiaco soup is my favorite I get it every time it is delicious and nutritious. Also excellent for getting rid of a cold. The large soup is served with white rice, chicken, plantain and salad all for $10 so healthy and filling. Service is slow outside it took us a while to get the bill and drinks but over all the food is great

Located inside Bal Harbour this is a simple, relaxed place to pick up a mag or paper and enjoy a small meal or quick snack. I recently stopped by with a friend and had hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was foamy and delicious and came with a small glass of ice water. The menu had lots of small items, baked goods, hot and cold sandwiches, paninis, and coffees. The prices were fine, so if you're strolling around Bal Harbour this might be the quickest and most wallet friendly stop.
If you are at Bal Harbour depressed because you can't afford anything because you are lucky you can afford the gas it requires to GET to Bal Harbour AND...you don't want to spend a fortune on a quick bite then THIS is the ONLY option. I came to Bal Harbor shops with my mom who was visiting from Long Island. We came here for lunch. She had a panini and I had the crab cakes. I'm a crab cake snob took a chance and was happy with my meal. The crab cakes were moist and tasty and they served 2, hockey puck sized cakes with a mixed greens salad on the side. It was a perfect portion for lunch. It made me forget about the $2200 Gucci bag I fell in lust with. Service is good, location is nice, total bill for two people under $40.
What a great greasy dive for such a fierce upscale zip-code. BEST PEOPLE WATCHING! Better then the other fine dinning places that face a parking lot. Unless you are into taxi drivers. Panini and cortaditos reign supreme.
