BIAS ALERT: I am a self proclaimed coffee snob and I love Starbucks coffee. I'm a proud carrying gold card member...that's right I said it. That being said, I'm on vacation in beautiful Aventura, Florida and sitting at the Starbucks on Biscayne Boulevard. I've been to this Starbucks almost every morning while on vacation. Of course by morning I mean 10-11am. Right now it is 11:08am on a Thursday morning and this place is packed. Doesn't anyone work around here? You pretty much know what you are getting at Starbucks. The baristas here are excellent, the service is great. Food and drinks are top notch. If you get a pasty don't forget to ask for it heated as they all taste better when heated. Why 3 stars then?? Because they need more outdoor seating. I need someplace to park my butt and people watch while I sip on my venti iced coffee. Either that or have a gold card member seating section to reward your loyal customers. Oh I like that idea.

The customer service here is the way you expect it at a starbucks, especially Allison... She read our mind and offered to make the blonde roast we love at 9pm. So delightful!

If only the employees or the partner don't like the regular refill policy,just tell the headquarter to change it!!! If only the partner isn't satisfied with the policy or he/she doesn't get good profit ,just let the company know. Making your customers embarrassed isn't that smart. I have been the gold card membership for many years. I spend a lot of money every year in different spots around the country. I understand the goal for every partner is to make money. To be honesty, the refill policy is one of the reasons for me to come back everyday. If the company cancel it , it's fine, I will keep going. But just don't put the disgusting expressions on the employees face.

Compared to some other Starbucks locations, this one is not one I will return to. The coffee was like any other Starbucks, and the barista crew was efficient, but the place is pretty tiny with a shortage of indoor seating. To make matters worse, the barstool-type seating along the south window is improperly designed for anyone who wants to use a laptop. The counter is too high! Also, I had to drive around the parking lot twice to find a space. Definitely a pain if one wants to just pop in and out. There's another Starbucks about a mile to the north that I have to check out.

One of the nicer Starbucks in the Miami area. Renovated...interior is very cool, comfortable and spacious. Big outdoor patio too. I wish the Miami Starbucks could look more like this one.. (hint hint Mary Brickell Village)

Great coffee, beautiful outdoor seating, very friendly staff, just not enough variety in the food arena. Nevertheless, I love this place, it's my local Starbucks and I always leave satisfied - with a perfectly crafted latte in hand.

This place has great service, they're great at moving you in and out. It's always clean and there's plenty of tables inside and outside to work or just enjoy a cup. I order either a flat white or latte and regardless of who the barista is, they're always made the same as the previous visit. The downside is parking at the front of the business. But if you park around back and walk up to the front of the building you'll be in and out with a great cup of coffee and lil traffic hassles. The group here is always smiling.

This Starbucks location has improved drastically since I first wrote my review. Yes there are still some of the annoying people smoking in front of the entrance, but the customer service and consistency of drinks has drastically improved. I normally walk-in now and a couple of the employees know my name now, plus a few will even start my drink without me needing to order it. Previously this never was the case and I went to this location a lot since it's near where I live. Also service speed has picked up, so it no longer takes about 7 to 10 minutes to receive your order. This location is a lot cleaner too now. Overall I'm impressed how this location has improved within the last 3-months and felt I should update my review to reflect this.

just the standard starbucks and many locals coming to hang out. they seemed to be regulars at this. many men without their signifcant others which is strange. is this the aventura man thing to do on sunday morning? the manager today was a woman who was really really loud. she gave free coffee to a friend and his girlfriend who were right in line in front of me. Hmmm? I think i paid for mine. I'm not sure how that works or if thats correct and tactful.
