Q is the absolute best place for every occasion! I can go there for just a drink and snack with friends, or for a full-out delicious, romantic dinner. It's also a great place to throw a party, which they cater according to my preference. It's one of those places they have on TV shows where everyone can just come, relax, hang out, meet up. The prices are great and so are the drinks and food. I love Q and highly recommend it to everyone!

Interesting place to hang out. They have a band sometimes and on other nights they just play some house music. Drinks are good but food is so-so.

I came here for a bridal shower, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I didn't get to see a menu since everything was already laid out for us, but the food was delicious, and I even ate items I wouldn't normally try, just because what I did eat was so good. They had these cheese pastry bites, olive tapenade with feta on crispy bread, small veggie salads with a tangy dressing, mini cheese and tomato sandwiches wrapped in tortillas, and a huge spread of various desserts: tiramisu, cookies, and a chocolate fountain with strawberries, marshmallows and lady fingers to dip into it. The servers were very attentive and quick with getting us drinks and refilling them. I'm looking forward to coming back here to try their actual menu, when we're not taking over the entire place :)

I enjoyed Q Lounge. The staff is friendly and efficient. Our group had a fun time. The food is a bit pricey but it is tasty. It's more like snacks than real meals, but I really like the sliders.

Interesting martini cocktails - some with passionfruit liquor, lychee, spins on traditional drinks. Our party of seven sat outside on the designated cement "patio" area. The techno music was a bit loud, but it at least drowned out the crowd chatter. Beautiful tan people sat amongst us on this quiet neighborhood mall park. Not the place if you are looking for loud, frenzied club goers. However, perfect just for an evening catching up with some friends with some stupidly expensive drinks. P.S. Although the people may be beautiful, there were some lacking any sense in bringing a baby along at 1AM.

Ignore the top five reviews on this place. I went on their grand reopening night and it was more of the same - overpriced like the previous owners. If I'm going to spend $12 a drink, I'm going to South Beach or Las Olas, not a tiny little lounge buried in Aventura. I guarantee you this place won't last a year. Bottom line: you aren't going to lure in a steady customer flow with South Beach prices. Give me a reason to go there instead of South Beach. There is no incentive to go there. What, go there instead of South Beach and pay South Beach prices?? I don't think so. I have a feeling some of the good reviews were done by Q Lounge. Sorry, I call it like i see it. And this place is wildly overpriced.

Came here with some friends on a special night, this place enjoys an excellent location, we settled here after a nice evening stroll around the marina and the shops. With all these nice attributes, it has a lot of potential, but is also in danger of relying too much on location and the general ambiance of the surroundings, hence the various comments on the dismal service. It is the inconsistency that makes me a bit hesitant to give more stars, now, don't get me wrong, I like the place and I have enjoyed their menu and drinks along with the company and the location. And I will return for sure. The makings for a great experience are all there and I have walked away satisfied, hence my willingness to return or recommend. One of the best attributes here is that the menu has items to satisfy anyone in your party, so you can come here and be certain that everyone will enjoy the place.

I was torn as to whether I give it 3 or 4 stars and I had to go with 3. We went and it was not packed, our server took our drink order and I actually commented on the incredible speed at which it came out. That really impressed me, and as I was hungry made me happy to see. I figured the rest of the evening would be as expedient as it wasn't that busy. Since we needed a second to figure out what we wanted the server told us to flag him down when we wanted to order.. and that was the last we saw of him for about 40 minutes. Since we were chatting and having fun we hadn't noticed at the start but as time went by (we were consuming alcohol) we were getting hungrier and the alcohol was getting to a few of us at the table. My friend and I headed to the ladies restroom and told the Hostess to please let him know we were ready to order and mentioned the long wait for him to reappear and she made her disinterest very clear. When we got back the guys still hadn't seen the server. Finally we got to order our food. I thought he was joking when my friend ordered the Osso Bucco and asked if there was anything she could have as a side, rice, potatoes, pasta, SOME carb and was told no, they didn't have any of that. What? Seriously? 'Lo and behold he was serious. So he brought her bread. For $14 for the half portion of Osso Bucco (as we well know is a cheap cut of meat) the least they can have is a side. It really was only the meat. One huge problem is one of the plates came out, by the time the rest of the food came out our friend was done with his sandwich. The food should come out together. Now, we (my hubby and I) ordered a Grilled Veggie Pizza and a Greek Wrap. The pizza was really a flat bread, very crunchy which I love, it was great, although it could have used more veggies, there was a token amount and that's all. The wrap was delicious. It had an olive tappenade that was outstanding. All in all I found it a tad expensive for portion sizes, the service on that night was lackadaisical but I will definitely be willing to return. The food was good enough for a second chance.

Godiva is located at the second level of the Aventura Mall. It is small and cozy... I like the dark chocolate ice cream, but today It was a surprise! Did they change the recipe? What happened?? Used to be better... Flavor wise it missed the usual balance they had... Will return in a couple of weeks to see if it was a bad batch!! Other than that, service was quite good and these are pricey!! Enjoy

If you want to throw away your hard earned cash, this is where to go. Got charged $45 each for three "pitchers" (really a carafe full of ice, mint and lemon, weak no buzz at all), but the menu says $40 each. Bartender says he did know it was $40 on the menu. Could imagine all the people that have been overcharged before me. On top of that, they put an 18% automatic gratuity (for drinks? what nerve). Bartender said is what normal for them to do that. That means they charge $8.10 tip on each "pitcher" they walk to your table? Worst of all, they only had four items available on the menu because the owner/chef was too busy somewhere else catering some other place that day. The owner does not care what happens when he's not there or he would not have a bunch of punks working there, that over charge patrons and cant cook. Andre your place sucked.

The owners and the servers are just lazy, they're just looking for a reason to turn down costumers just to close early.

First, I'd like to thank my fellow "Yelpers" who reviewed this place before me and made it sound appealing enough that when I was asked to pick a place in the area I think I picked the right spot.... The main reason I give this place 4 stars instead of 3 is because they make a really great classic mojito... In my travels around Miami restaurants I am always fascinated by how many bartenders can really mess up something as simple and delicious as a mojito! Now, onto the food... the menu here is mostly tapas and there are a few items that you can get in an entree size one of them being the yummy lamb chops my cousin had, they were served with a potato gratin that was classically prepared and seasoned. One of my other dinner companions tried the pizza on the menu, not bad a thin crust served on a wooden plate, pretty standard, pretty tasty. I couldn't decide what to eat.... I read the menu, over and over for like 10 minutes... I thought the waitress was going to hate me.... and I finally decided on 3 mini burgers topped with Thousand Island dressing and goat cheese.... great choice if I do say so myself... All in all this was a great experience for an out of the way place to eat, I'm definitely going back to try the Pumpkin Soup and other menu items that caught my eye!

Went there this past weekend with my girlfriend, it was REALLY nice! I especially enjoyed the great service, drinks and food. You've gotta have their Chicken & Goat Cheese Salad, it's a real good portion. I'm not a fan of mojitos but this is the first one I didn't instantly pass off to my friend...so that's saying a lot! Try them I don't think you'd be disappointed, the price is worth it! If you're cheap try to make it for happy hour ;-)

Q for me is a convenient place to meet friends close to my home...one of the only 'lounges' within Aventura. I literally live a few hundred meters away, which makes it great for a chill night drinking with my friends and family. On that front it's great. The drinks and food have always been good, but I do find the menu to be extremely limited, mostly comprised of tapas and foods beyond my comfort zone. They do offer some pizzas and salads which provide me with some 'safe' choices. Based upon Cherine A's review I may try some foods I wouldn't typically eat next time I visit Q...she did and had a great experience. The service, as a few other Yelpers have written, is a bit grim for the most part. It's really hit or miss...been there when they've been very attentive and kicked butt (one server gave us free shots at the end of the night...woot woot!!), but have also visited and had to wait....and wait....and wait for our drinks, refills, food and bussing. The fact that they have outdoor seating is a big plus, as I like to bring my dog Odie to the Waterways Shops (the strip mall in which Q is located). Typically it's a very busy parking lot given they've squeezed a lot of stores into this little area. But the kicker is that whoever painted the lines for the spots literally made them wide enough to just fit your car between them, leaving little room for doors to swing open without a nice ding waiting for dessert. A warning for those that love their cars! Overall, Q is a quaint lounge with good food and drinks, limited menu, coin-flip service, (uncomfy chairs which I didn't mention) and suspect parking. I still have to give it 4 stars because the good outshines the bad most of the time, and I'm still a fan of my 'very' local lounge.

This charming little cafe has a soft place in my heart since it's the place that my boyfriend and I had our first date. The date was great, but the service was so-so. Wrapped up in each other as we were, I didnt pay much attention to my surroundings, except to note that the food was delicious and the wine selection was nice. (they had a very nice riesling, a hard to find wine in miami that I treat as if it were ambrosia.) We recently returned to the scene of the crime with fellow yelpers Carla and Gus. Again, the company was great and the service....well....it was horrible. The waiter promptly served our drinks and just as promptly dissapeared. This place DOES NOT serve mashed potatos, rice or pasta of any kind. The osso buco was juicy, tender and decadent....and very dissapointing, unfortunately, without the american standard of a carb side. The drinks, on the other hand, were...ummm...really good...and....strong... The food and charming outside seating are five stars. The service is probably negative stars, so i settled on three. The price is comparable to South Beach locations, but in Aventura, for the price, I would really expect service to match the food quality. maybe next time i'll just grab a seat in the kitchen, since that part of the restaraunt seems to work just fine.

This is the first time I completly disagree with yelpers. This place is great! I usually come here after hours for drinks. It's a quiet little spot and they have great drinks, Sangria, martinis, all my favorites. I like sitting outside and just chatting with friends. A great place to come on a date or for some good conversation. There is often live music or a DJ. The other reason I go here...the chip and dips platter which come swith yummy pita chips hummus, olive tampanade, and something else idk what it is but who cares it's all good. I am notorious for having one too many glasses of wine and sticking my fingers right into the olive tampanade to get the last bit of it out. It's soo good and the pita chips are triangular versus a round bowl. The physics just aren't there and sometimes I need to use my god-given utensils. Anyways, I've had some good times here and all the late night food is good. I haven't come during dinner to try the actual menu but the tapas are delicious when you're just gin-hungry not actually hungry. I just love small little lounges and places to go drink where I can actually have my own personal seat without buying a $300 bottle of Stoli to get it. I guess it's just me but I love this place.
