Its a good option for Aventura mall. They have been in business for almost 10 years. Food is good and service ok. They have a lot of servers. Today I got a very good turkey salad with greens, tomatoes cashews and avocado. I like this place and I visit it every time I go to the Aventura mall.

What an $&@- of a waiter. I sat down at the bar, he asked me to leave because I wasnt consuming... I was sitting there for 10 seconds, that was the first staff approach. So i left. Not a place worth in Aventura Mall.

Overpriced coffee and not the best quality. A cup of coffee was $5 and it didn't even taste good. Had to load it up with tons of sugar to make it half decent. Just walk a few steps to Starbucks and you'll get a better bang for your buck.

Unfortunately really bad service ! Unattended and rude. They were empty and all I ordered was a coffee and a orange juice, there were 6 employees and none of them could help me . Had to let them know that I was waiting for my order.

Awful espresso! The espresso was very burnt. Definitely not worth my money. Also tried their chocolate croissant. By far the worst I've ever had. Definitely avoiding this place like the plague.

I think that its the best spot for coffee and some snacks in the entire mall. great cappuccino, and i had a tuna melt sandwich that was Delicious. there's a lot of servers, and good costumer service.

I would give half a star if possible. Being a mall employee for over 6 years, I've frequented Piacere for their sandwiches and awesome Caesar salad. Recently, however, their prices have doubled and their quality has decreased. For $20 you'll get a soggy chicken Caesar salad with visibly spoiled lettuce, and $14 will get you an average sized sandwich with maybe a handful of chips. The food is no better than what you'll find at the food court. For the same amount of money, you can go to the grill on the alley or Bella Luna and get a decent plate of food.

Staff are not friendly or outgoing. Cafécitos and cordatitos are delicious. But prices for an iced coffee are higher than Starbucks. Really?

My staple from Piacere is a soup and an empanada to go. Its one of my go to places when I've forgotten to bring my lunch to work. I've eaten a tuna sandwich from there once which was A-OK. The prices are steep though. Something along the line of $8 - $9 for a sandwich - a little out of my everyday lunch budget. Neither the soup nor the empanada stand out as exceptionally good but for the price its a safe bet for me and just enough for lunch. Located inside the Aventura Mall outside the Bloomingdale's entrance (by the Star Fountain). They have waiter service, and sell miscellaneous sundries such as newspaper, gum, candies, chips, etc. Pretty much a newsstand with a sandwich bar attached. It has recently been totally overhauled to make it more of a restaurant and less of a newspaper stand which is good. GREAT for people watching and of course to avail of the free Wi-Fi at Aventura Mall.

This place is a glorified bistro with a small newsstand. The food offerings are just decent and the prices are a bit high. I do not get why people frequent this place, expect for the ones using the free WIFI and taking advantage of an air-conditioned venue.
