When I first moved to Miami this was my favorite spot but something happened, at least to the service and cleanliness of the place. The place is on the pricey side. You're going to spend $12 on a salad, specifically if you add a protein to your veggies. I think the food is good. The vegetables are fresh and so is the protein. You get nine items in your salad which is a lot. There are some up charges but they can be avoided. The portions though are huge. You've got to be hungry to finish it at once. Make sure to ask for a lid. There were flies everywhere when I was there. I kept swatting them away as I waited for my food. Super gross if you ask me. It makes me wonder what else is going on back there that I can't see. The line moved so slow and the employees kept talking to themselves the entire time and barely spoke to me. Was a terrible customer service experience. It makes me sad because if it had been a year ago this would have been at least a four star review. Hopefully things change but I wouldn't recommend anyone going there at this point.

I wish I had checked yelp before I ordered. They wanted 10.71 for an orange juice!!!!!?? This is Florida for gods sake what do they do order their oranges from California? I have to agree with previous reviewers the people that work here are extremely rude.

Came by for coffee and got the rudest service I have seen in a while. I stepped up to the counter and was completely ignored by the counter person who had no other customers. When I spoke to her seeking acknowledgement of my presence she told me she wasn't finished with another customer. After finally deciding to do her job, the counter person takes my coffee order and totals it without even allowing me to finish my sentence. If there are other options available, take them and don't bother with this place.

Pricey and dicey service. Their cappuccino was atrocious and served in a plastic cup as was the mocha which was meh. However, the $5 piece of Flan was actually pretty good. Oh and beware of wandering children that cut in line and totally distract the teenage barista....

Horrible service. Unfriendly and rude staff. I paid $8.99 for fresh orange juice and what I got was extremely warm juice that had been sitting there for hours. I requested a new one and the server had the audacity to tell me that when the machine squeezes the juice it comes out warm. Which is the biggest LIE ever because I've had fresh squeezed OJ from hundreds of those machines and it's NEVER hot. It's room temp but u can taste the fresh cool texture of the juice and pulp. This juice was not even palatable. They made it again and it was a totally different experience. Fresh juice the way it's supposed to taste. I will NEVER go back to that establishment not only because of the bad experience but the prices are ridiculous for the juices. Beware and watch them when they make your juice. And the breakfast sandwich that I ordered was ok but nothing spectacular.

Custom salads for only 8.99 you read but Then when they say pick your proteÃn you read in small letters (Add for 3.99) at the End you Pay more than a fixed salad , I paid 14.02 for a food court salad , no mas, never again

RACIST, IGNORANT EMPLOYEES. I ordered a wrap and while waiting, my mother-in-law (who was with my children) took some napkins. An employee yelled after her, apparently because "she didn't ask first" for the napkins, but my mother-in-law didn't hear her. She then called her a "f***ing Hindu b*tch." My mother-in-law is Muslim and wears a hijab. Outrageous. Needless to say, I won't be going there again. I hope you won't either.

I've had juice here a few times and it's decently average. But, like a lot of these other reviews state, the service here is seriously lacking. No clear ordering process. If there is leadership in place, then they must be sitting at a desk behind the kitchen because it looks and feels like chaos from the front.

Not all smoothies are made with fresh fruit...that's why I had the strawberry/kiwi/orange one. It was delicious and made of 100% fruit. I picked the Caprese Melt on a 6 inches baguette. Fresh mozzarella slices with tomatoes, lettuce and your choice of dressing. I asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Nice little lunch on a plain mall.

The healthy approach! That's their catchphrase. Yeah!! Where Gina comes for her hangover helper protein packed lunch in the food court at Aventura Mall. Chose your greens Pick up to 10 toppings (including cheeses) add on some extra protein (chicken, tuna etc) for an additional $2 and change throw on some dressing chopped or tossed? Off you go!! nom nom nom...enough for two...really! oh..and a smoothie/juice bar at the other side...which I haven't tried.
