Food here was great! Came here with my boyfriend who only eats Kosher, he had the chipotle steak which he loved and raved about on our whole miami trip. I had the salmon with mango salsa (first time having mango salsa) was delicious! Menu had a steak called "the gaza strip" being that i am Palestinian, i thought this was odd. Asked waitress why they named it that and she joked because "it comes with a side of falastinies to enjoy" thought that was rude and not funny. Nonetheless the food was delicious and would definitely recommend.

Excellent food. Had the chipotle steak medium which was cooked perfectly and juicy. My wife had the beef sliders which she really enjoyed. Would definitely recommend!

I came to town for sneering with a group of reps and they wanted some Israeli food for dinner. Our party of 5 came for dinner and were immediately seated at a nice round table. The menus arrived promptly and were followed by a slew of small salad plates with warm pittas. Some of the small plates included: cucumber salad, babaganoush, Moroccan carrots, cole slaw, chickpea salad, 2 varieties if potato salad & spicy matbucha. I asked the friendly server regarding gluten free options and she happily went to the kitchen and find out info. She was informative and helped me choose my food option. We all checked the menu and decided on some entrees and a bottle of Israeli wine. 2 people ordered the rib-eye steaks and 2 ordered the "Gaza Strip" steak, I ordered the "baby" chicken skewers. After the wine came we waited about 10 minutes and the entrees arrived. Instead of small portions of side dishes, they brought a healthy offering of several side dishes for all to share: mashed potatoes, rice, great beans with carrots, French fries & Israeli salad (diced cucumber, tomato, onion). All the sides and small plates were consistently refilled throughout the meal. Not too bad for a kosher restaurant. Knocked me back a good $60 all inclusive just entree and 1 bottle of wine per person. Mandatory Gratuity of 18% was added to the bill. I added a few more $ on that.

I had dinner here last night and overall, everything was great. Parking can be a bit hard to find in the evening, but once we found a spot, we walked into the restaurant and were seated right away as I had called to make a reservation earlier in the day. Our waiter, Aaron, was a friendly guy and provided good service throughout our meal. I ordered the chicken marsala which was delicious, and my brother got the marinated grilled chicken which he enjoyed. We also enjoyed all the little appetizer bowls of salads, and the sides they bring out while you eat (which are included). Service was super fast which was awesome, considering that it was during dinner, but we are quick eaters anyway so we actually didn't feel rushed. Atmosphere is on the upscale side which is nice. The dining area is large, so there is ample seating, but even so it still was crowded. As a result of our general experience, though, I can say that I much prefer this Grill Time location over the one closer to where I live in Boca.

Had the Chipotle ribeye and the Gaza Strip steak. Both were fantastic, rare as ordered and delicious. Salads served gratis include excellent babaganoush and garbanzo salad. The "steamed" veggies are far better than I expected. They have an interesting wine list with reasonable markup, though all are mevushal, of course.

Very fast service and my sliders were awesome. Hubby loved his chicken marsala and our friends were very happy with the salmon, though I thought the salmon with mango was better than the one with tomatoes. Very reasonable bill

We've been many times to Grill Time and have always enjoyed our meals. This time we were so disappointed. My husband and I each ordered a rib eye steak and they were both difficult to chew. We should have sent them back but I kept thinking maybe the next bite will be better. A meat exporter told us that some restaurants purchase lower grade meat and alas I think we were the recipients of sub-standard cuts. But what if we'd sent them back........we'd have waited another ten minutes to prepare two more steaks? BTW not a place for a romantic dinner, very noisy with lots of families. The two year old sitting in the booth behind kept throwing his French fries onto our daughter's seat.

I ran home just to write this review. Holy yumminess... My boss took the office out to lunch today. I was a bit worried about what awaited. I was in culinary bliss. Though pricey, the lunch special was BEYOND filling. I had a large bowl of vegetable soup. It was flavorful and FULL of vegetables. I also had a pita bread with about 8 little plates of fillings to choose from. And the hummus was AWESOME. I wish they would have served 8 little plates of hummus. Or hell why not throw down a giant tub. Then I had the best chicken marsala with mashed potatoes. Holy crap , I can still taste it. I'll be running back! Shalom, shalom!

Salads, Falafel, and don't forget the Parguyot! Amazing dining experience only because I am all about the cultural dining places. If you don't like trying new things, you aren't welcome here. Steak and chicken were to live for

The name and outside presentation are basic. However the service and food are top notch and in my opinion, this is the best kosher restaurant in all of South Florida. Their steaks are excellent and they have a nice selection of kosher wine. Wonderful deserts as well. A bit pricey; but most kosher food is (and comparable to what you would find in NYC). Highly recommended; the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because of its non-descript, strip mall location (when I meet people here, they always question if they are at the right place).

Ok, I gave this place two stars mainly because I don't love Middle Eastern food. However, if you did you might give this place 5 stars. It's really more of a preference thing. This is a Kosher restaurant and a locals favorite. The place is classy and nice for a romantic night out. All entrees are served with 9 different salads for dipping pita bread or just eating alone. All were pretty good. Great hummus! Yum. The entrees are great as well and they come with some pretty good sides. All the steak and fish entrees are served perfectly. Good food, don't get me wrong. However, the restaurant is a little pricey and I'm just not in love with this style of food. Nothing personal, Grill Time. In it's defence my bf loves it and always wants to go back. I just think there are better deals in town. The service is excellent, by the way. Very friendly and welcoming.

My first time to eat at Grill Time and it was great. The staff are attentive, friendly and quick with service. Most important the food was delicious. The small salads that are served first are the tastiest I have had in the Miami area. The Chicken Marsala was about the best I have ever eaten. My niece had the Sweet and Spicy chicken and for a 14 year old really enjoyed it. While it was a bit noisy, it was the nice sound of small children enjoying themselves. I will go back.

Those salad dishes that come as an appetizer before the meal are great!! My partner loves their Israeli salad (cucumber, onion & tomato). Their falafel is really good, though I didn't care for their tahini sauce but the servers are quick to bring out more of those salad teasers & those made a great accompaniment to the falafel. Their vegetarian soup is very good too. All of their meat is kosher & some are quite popular. Service is freindly & attentive. It's a great place for me as a vegan & him as a steak lover to go & both be satisfied.

I went here for the first time with my boyfriend didn't know what to except, but once order such great food. First you get salad that has all these different bowls. The portions here is huge and comes with two sides. I had their salmon beautifully cook well and very tasty. My boyfriend had mango salmon and enjoy every last bit. Not to mention food is kosher and has unique flavors.

Food-wise, this may have been one of the best Kosher restaurants I've ever eaten at (I eat milchig at non-Kosher restaurants). But seriously... you shouldn't market yourself as an upscale steakhouse and then offer service, cleanliness, and atmosphere below what one would expect from the average non-Kosher diner. Yes, I understand that we usually let Kosher restaurants get away with these sorts of transgressions, since (A) we're a captive audience (some of us more so than others) and (B) we want to support as many Kosher restaurants as possible. Until we demand more from our Kosher restaurants, however, we're going to continue to have mediocre dining experiences, and I'm tired of Kosher restaurants that I'd be embarrassed to take my Goyish friends to. Things like: - Greasy glasses - Dirty bathrooms - A table that was not properly cleaned off between parties - Zero room to stand while waiting for a table - Walls that looked like wood had been ripped off - Lights out throughout the restaurant - Crooked lamps - Pitchers of water, served sleepaway camp style - Soda served in cans, like a pizza parlor - Menus that look like they were made in Lotus Notes - "Gaza Strip Steak" - No thought put into the presentation of food - A single 22" TV, placed in the far corner of the room - Decorations consisting of a single portrait of the Rebbe Are completely unacceptable for a restaurant in this genre and price range. Dining is about more than the food - it's also about sharing a pleasant hour or two with friends and family. The owners should put more thought into the full experience.

My very first time eating at Grill Time. Service was 5 Stars by the way, I'm giving it 3 stars based on the food. Glazed wings were very tasty and we even bought the sauce they used on them. My Hawaiian ribeye needed to be seasoned more, it was cooked a little over cooked for my desired Medium temperature. The little side plates with warmed pita bread was a nice touch.

My favorite Kosher restaurant. Have been here 3 times and each time was great. Two times were in the middle of the super-busy season and the service was excellent - our waiter was attentive, not rushed, and had a great sense of humor (thanks Aaron) The food here is great - every meal starts with an assortment of 7 or 8 different salads - they were all excellent and if you're not careful, you can easily fill up on these; so leave room for the entree. The steaks and chicken here are perfect. The steaks were reasonably priced and better than anything I could do at home. The Chicken Marsala was perfect. I usually don't order ribs anymore because many places give you a couple of bones with very little meat. Not this place - the ribs were meaty and juicy and had a wonderful flavor. To sum up - this is a reasonably priced, fun place with great food. I can't wait to get back here.

Made my Mom's 80th birthday party at Grill Time NMB earlier this month for 45 people. I do not have one complaint. The food was delicious and plentiful and the service was great. I was planning this event from up North. The owner allayed all my concerns about being so far away and I was right to trust him and leave everything in his hands. Kudos to Grill Time!

The restaurant is very dirty, in the front of the house dining room. I'm afraid what the kitchen looks like.... I will not be returning. Prices are way too high for the food. I have owned and worked in the service industry and their is no excuse for dirty dining rooms. My shoes were sticking to the tile floor, AIR vents were very dirty, the carpet was disgusting and looks like it has never been cleaned! Even the booths and tables were dirty and the menus had grease and food stuck to them. Very disappointed. I doubt the health inspector would pass this place. I will never return...

Went there tonight with my wife and my mother-in-law. Drove 45 minutes to get there after hearing rave reviews. I called earlier in the day to check on their hours and if I need reservations. I was told reservations were not necessary. When we got there at 7PM we were told that there was at least a 60 minute wait to be seated. When I mentioned that I had called earlier in the day and was told that reservations were not necessary, the manager said "can't be, I am the only one who answers the phone and I wouldn't have said that. Next time make a reservation." And with that he walked away. We dine in some of the finest restaurants in NYC (kosher and not) and are never treated that way. Who the h*** does this guy think he is? Michelin 3-star establishments have far better manners and respect for their guests.
