If you're looking for great Kosher food, Fresko is the way to go! Friendly staff and reasonable prices rounded out a fabulous lunch experience. I had the salmon roll and the tiger roll. The fish and vegetables were extremely fresh and flavorful. The person I was with had the tuna salad wrap, which was also very good without being smothered in mayo. My only complaint is that the seating was a bit crowded; would not like to be elbow-to-elbow next time. Although, it's a good sign that this awesome place is getting noticed! Will definitely go back again soon.

I am not against Kosher restaurants, I actually typically like them when they have falafel and kabobs. But when they try to be some kind of sushi, salad, not sure what this place is. But, I have given it two tries since I work nearby and meh. I had a seared tuna salad that no joke had that curry mustard sauce they use at Chicken Kitchen. While that sauce is delicious, not over lettuce, seaweed and seared tuna. Oh and overpriced. About 15$ for this salad with 4 small pieces of seared tuna. I will definitely not be returning. Pita plus around the corner, is my kind of kosher restaurant.

I love this restaurant, the food is amazing and kosher! Never dissapoints!! A little bit over priced, but totally worth your trip! I recommend the Greek Pizza (The best one there is anywhere)

The food is great though a bit pricy - $27 for a piece of fish with mashed potatoes and no vegi or any other side! But the reason I don't want to go again is the waiting and waiting - they are slow to serve ,slow to bring the check / not attentive and from my 4 times there they forgot to bring the chips 3 times and no water 2 times. Kind of irritating - shame! ain't easy to find good kosher food but if the experience becomes annoying then ill give up the food and take my business elsewhere .

Great food and service. Highly recommend the Spicy Tuna Tower....it is the only reason I go. It tends to be a little bit busy on Sundays for lunch but when there is no wait, the service is great and the food comes out fast. Only downside is that the sushi is not that cold but it is still fantastic. If you like sushi, get the Red Dragon.

What an awful place. Overpriced, awful serving and awful food. So we come in for take-out, placed our order (one salad, one roll and one wrap)... No place to standby while waiting for next to the tables where people are eating, beong moved by the servers (becaue of course, we are in their way)... For 25 minutes until finally our food was out. We make it back to the office, and my food (the salmon wrap) was a small and skinny lettuce wrap with some, barely visible smoked salmon and nothing else... Not even sauce! A total waste of money, keep out of this place!!!

Hidden gem, surprisingly pleasant and tasty. *btw they have g-free pasta - yay! I was not sure at first because it is a weird hodge podge of cuisines- i.e Kosher meets Japanese meets Argentinian meets juice bar. I would've given 4 stars but it is a bit on the pricey side.

Goat cheese salad was to die for. Service was fast, i told them that i had to be back to work in 30 mins and they did really quick. Green lemonade was good too but a little pricey $5.00!

You sometimes run into a restaurant that has all aspects of their act together: great quality food; excellent service, and food arrives in sufficient time. This is unusual, unfortunately with Kosher fare. This restaurant is just the place that provides all of these aspects. We loved the sushi, pasta, pizza (flatbread), and the salmon burger was delicious. The staff was very attentive avd worked together like a team. The ambience is very pleasant, not loud or disorganized everything was special and goo quality whether it was the service, food, and presentation. Top it off with very clean. It is well run and a great ave for families to enjoy!

We only had the sushi here so my rating is specifically for their sushi. Kosher sushi is known for nt being the greatest but this goes beyond gross. The rice was like pudding, I am not sure how fresh the fish was. The rolls were just not good. The price was ridiculously high, $90 for 2 rolls, 1 salad, 1 tartar and one other dish ... It just doesnt make sense. I dont think we will ever go back, I am grossed out just thinking about it.

Nice place, fresh kosher food. They have salads, wraps, sandwiches and pizzas. I did not have dessert but must say they looked good. Good Service, went for lunch with my husband. The only thing we did not like is that the tip is automatically added to your bill (17-18%)...

When I ordered from Fresko I had a hankering for some fresh salmon and boy oh boy did they hit the spot! I ordered the Salmon Ceviche and the Japanese Salad. The ceviche was probably the best I've ever had. It was most definitely fresh and I loved the avocado blend and the side of chips with a bit of guacamole was a plus! It did feel like it may have been a bit on the small side, but again it was so good I could have easily eaten two servings! Don't plan on sharing that one folks! The Japanese Salad was divine. The flavors blended perfectly and it was was really tasty enough to eat without the dressing, which I had on the side. All of the desserts looked amazing as well!

I recommend the goat cheese salad that came with caramelized pecans and the Fresko mix of greens. If you want to have a smoothie, Fresko has a very nice list. I love Tropicolada smoothie, or banana yoga. The smoothies have the perfect touch of sweet, and fresh fruits. The homemade desserts are other excuse to stop there as well as their variety menu. The place is always clean, and chick decorated.

Poor service. I had to repeat the server the order 4 times to The waitress even though it was just a tuna tartar... I waited 20 minutes the get greeted. The food came on time but I wasn't even good, very bland and I didn't see the pineapple chutney it said it came with. I'm giving it 2 stars because the strawberry fashion smoothie was very good and refreshing. But I'm not coming back.

This is a great option for a kosher restaurant in Aventura. The decor is nice and fresh. They serve sushi and dairy dishes like pasta and fish. The sushi is pretty good overall. They also have some tasty appetizers.

I had the Tri Fungi pasta and it was amazing. Hubby and I agreed it was not a 2 $$ type of place. More like a $$$ but overall it was great. Green lemonade was refreshing along w/ the Japanese salad being super delish. I would give it another try but the place is kind of too pricey for what it offers.

Fresko is ok. I tried this place out in a Groupon so that was cool. The desserts are great, but the dinner menu should improve. I got the cheese ravioli and felt the price did not match what was on my plate. My husband is a great cook and could have prepared better dinner for us at home. Overall though, I don't see myself coming back except for some dessert.

Decor and vibe - check Salmon ceviche - skip Tri fungi mushroom pasta - winner Four cheese pizza - yay! Esperesso - real good. Ask for a side of guacamole. It's not on the menu - crazy good. My waiter didn't listen to me as well as I would've liked. Some instructions were missed. But that seems to be the case at EVERY SINGLE MIAMI RESTAURANT. what's with the service culture? The locals seem to like the sushi. I'm not a sushi person.

By far the best the place to eat an amazing kosher lunch or dairy dinner in Miami. The sushi is amazing with many creative rolls to choose from. The Latin inspired food and tastes bring me back to my hometown in venezuela ( try the tequenos). If you are looking An amazing sandwich not on the menu.. Order the tuna burger ...incredible! Of course the atmosphere is amazing and a great place to take out clients for business or take your significant other for a nice lunch or dinner date!

I was unhappy about this as a dinning destination for the evening...untill the food came. Everyone had great dishes. I wasn't pleased by the ambiance and small size, but the soup, four cheese pizza, and oreo cheesecake won me over. Food win!

I was there today to get something to drink, i ordered 3 drinks and only got 2. When the waiter came over with just two drinks i thought he was still making the third one. after a few minutes i asked where the third drink was and he said you didnt order anything else and i said yes then he said no so i decided to get the check instead of getting into an argument with the guy (he was very rude). when he brought the check the tip was included and i was not going to pay a tip for someone that made me wait outside and all he (served me ) was juice.... i am all for giving tips when people deserve it and i tip 18% depending on the service usually from 10% if its crap and 18% or more when its good.... this guy got zero. he told me he didn't need my jewish money... i am not jewish although the place was full of jewish people. shame on you!

I don't keep kosher but I've had my share of glatt kosher in the aventura area. This is a different twist to the typical schwarma joints or the Chinese food places. This is a healthy, small portions/higher quality type place. In that fashion the prices are a bit high but not exorbitant or out of the norm for kosher restaurants. The three stars is food the bland food. I don't know if they dont use seasoning but I felt as though I were eating when I had a cold and a stuffy nose. The sweet potato fries were a bit too soft and had no real flavor. The tuna avocado wrap was nicely presented but nothing special.

They try to pretend to give you good service, but all they do is overcharge you for food that is not that great, then try to shoo you out of there as fast as possible, so they can charge more customers. They gave me such an uneasy feeling over there, even though I bought food, and was still eating it, that I probably will never go back there again. I tried speaking to the owner to explain to him that it's a very unwelcoming feeling and he basically agreed with me, but did nothing about it, and then even defended the behavior of his staff saying well "if someone is going to sit here for a long time doing paperwork or be on their laptop then they should go to Starbucks, this isn't the place for that". (Btw-all I had was my study notes, no laptop even...!) Also there are mostly Jewish Spanish speaking customers, and the place is extremely noisy, waaay above your normal chatter expected in a restaurant. I don't particularly like the food either, it's way overpriced, and they add too many weird flavors to things. I've been there several times, but after this I will take the owners advice and just go to Starbucks or to some other (this time) welcoming restaurant.... Also, I go out a lot to different restaurants and especially kosher ones which are generally upscale (more expensive), so I know that their behavior was really uncalled for....

We went to Fresco just because it was there and we were going to a show at the Aventura Arts Center right down the street after lunch. We were not looking for anything Kosher. The environment is casual-trendy and insinuates a health food kind of place. The restaurant was busy. It appeared that all of the patrons were Orthodox Jews, including a good number of children. The menu was, to me, not particularly appetizing. Almost every item said "raw" salmon or other fish, and it was mostly sushi, wraps and salads. I ordered Fettuccine with Salmon and Artichoke, one of only about three dishes that seemed to be a hot meal. The waitress brought us chips and a dip while looking at and talking to other patrons. She was nice enough, but she had never checked back with us after serving, and the food took a considerable amount of time to be served- not a long time- but longer than usual in most restaurants, and we were wondering about it while waiting. Not all the dishes were served to us at the same time, and I had to wait long enough for mine that my companions were just about done with theirs. I do not like that. The chips served were warm, but they were exactly the same as one would buy in a crinkly bag at the supermarket. They did not at all appear to be made in the restaurant. The dip, however, was a "black olive dip," and it was disgusting. It tasted like mud. My companions got Empanadas, which were deep fried and served in a mini metal frier, and sushi, which was, well, sushi. My fettuccine was extremely bland. That was the first time in my entire life that I have ever added salt from the salt shaker to an entree at a restaurant. The artichoke, the salmon and the pasta and sauce were almost completely flavorless. There was an herb sprinkled on the food, but it was only parsley. Fresco was not a disaster for us, but It was not special, not especially fun, and the food was not alluring. The pizza served to the table next to us looked great (I'm not a pizza fan), but the patrons at that table told us that when they had ordered, they were advised by the server that the restaurant was then OUT OF PIZZA! It wasn't even 1pm then. Good luck with Fresco. I think it's popular with Kosher patrons. For me, the meal was entirely unsatisfying. Perhaps the kind of food they specialize in is just a lot less flavorful than most other restaurants. The black olive dip served to each table may be rather exotic, but uh.... no. That was just not my thing at all. At all.

Terrible terrible service! There were 2 other people in the entire restaurant, yet it took an hour (!!!!) for us to get our order of French toast and a sandwich! Decent food if you are willing to settle in for a nice long wait

Open about two months ago, Fresko; a kosher spin on the health bar idea is located next door to Heavy Burger on NE 29th Avenue, in the back part of the Loehmann's Fashion Island extension. Fresko offers a variety of things from smoothies, salads, wraps, pizzas, and desserts to even breakfast. With the exception of Friday; closes at 3:00pm, and being closed on Saturday in observance of the Sabbath, Fresko is open the rest of the days until 8:00pm; 9:00pm on Sundays. Upon our entering, we were greeted right away by the friendly staff; that is very knowledgeable of the menu. The atmosphere of Fresko; to quote an Outkast song is..."so fresh and so clean." Bright with some earthy tones, and a continuous lounging house track, Fresko welcomes you to bask in its being the minute you walk through the door. Today, I and my two girl friends ordered the Pressata Caprese, Mediterranean pizza and the Tuna Avocado wrap. I also had to have one of their smoothies as its ingredients caught my eye...the Green Lemonade with basil and mint leave infusion. WOW! a tad tart; how I like it, but with a fragrance so fantastic; mint and basil, that this smoothie could serve as a palate cleanser in between courses easily. When our food came everything looked so fresh, but the colors unexpectedly jumped right off the plate at you, especially the Mediterranean pizza. Each bite was more delicious than the last as you always tasted some different ingredient within the item, as they all came together like Voltron as you continued. It was a little lunch excursion well worth it, and I know we will be returning.

The young waitress worked hard and was excellent. The pasta dish my son ordered was much smaller than usual. My daughter-in-law's dish had a chip missing from the edge of the bowl. We questioned the so-called manager and he said that the bowl was already broken when the food was put in the bowl. He confirmed that the small portion was the way it should be. The food was good and it came out hot.

30 minutes to receive 2 tuna wraps..which were 30% tortillas, 10% tina, 60% lettuce... bland disaster! Salmon ceviche "ok" EXPENSIVE PLACE, mediocre food. Not coming back,

Great time at this Kosher spot. The male staff were very nice to me but the female staff wasn't too pleasant.
