$15 bucks for reheated pasta w/butter and a bottle of lemonade. I could have gone to an actual restaurant and gotten a better deal for my child. Much of the food had been pre-cooked, understandable for a fast food court but it is not kept hot, instead it just sits there and they throw it in a microwave and hand you the plate. After the lady rung me up I almost said, hey I don't want it now, you don't have your prices accurately listed. We were running late for a movie and didn't have the time to look for something else. After I balked at the price the lady at the register said to another co-worker "what seemed" to be a derogatory remark in another language towards me. The owner must be laughing all the way to the bank because many customers at Aventura mall are foreign travelers just visiting and will never be back again.

Overpriced garbage. Spaghetti and 3 tiny meatballs for $11. Tried to substitute penne instead of spaghetti, and they wanted to charge $3 more. Meatballs were bland, sauce was watery. Ugh.

NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. What a rip off! Rude service and prices that are through the roof. Completely devoid of value.

I totally see why I never once ate from this place. I should've known better than to pay for a chicken parmigiana when I'm don't even know if it's fresh since its been sitting out for idk how long. Now I'm getting sick to my stomach. With all of these new stores in the mall, management seriously needs to evaluate some of the places in the food court....never again.

Can I give negative stars?? Cashier was rude as hell... Stay clear of this rat hole... Cashier blew a fuse after I asked for a fork and she refused... So I got two from the rest next to them... And gave her one as a reminder to have manners and learn about customer service... Too bad they have people like her working there... Oh by the way she was also handling food without a hair net.... Ewwwwh Stay clear of this place, service is horrible!!! And super rude & uneducated.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The day after I ate here, I became VERY sick with food poisoning after eating a Chicken Parmigiana and Penne pasta, I even had to take antibiotics. This costs me so much money at work after having to take many days off, I thought I was going to die. After becoming well again, I decided to look up the restaurant and found that in November of 2010 they incurred several (15 to be exact) CRITICAL health code violations including rodent infestation, improper food storage/preservation, and absence of required employee training--there is more but I won't go into detail. After reading all the health code violations from this place it made me literally sick to my stomach... Nope maybe still recovering from the food poisoning. Thanks Che! Pasta.

AVOID! Paid $6.99 for a velvet cake and it was old, stale and stiff.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
