Came over here after spending most of the morning at Bed Bath & Beyond and Lowe's home supply store. Which of course, got us extremely hungry. The place was a Grand Central Station of activity. Still, this staff was able to keep up with the demand and we had a really great chicken Cobb salad with avocado and my partner had a great chicken sandwich with a salad. Despite being a wonderfully sunny day, they don't have al fresco seating, just crowded air conditioning seats... Oh yes, I'm in suburbia... As other Panera Bread locations have undergone a noticeable decrease in quality, this one seems to be holding up well. The two things that I cannot understand about the Panera Bread business model, is number one, egg dishes stop being served between 1030 and 1100, even on weekends. The other one is that the two cash register locations tend to confuse customers and create mayhem among the staff.

Can't believe I've never reviewed this Panera Bread because I've been here about a zillion times... Never had a problem with the food or service, but it's constantly packed and the parking lot is a mess. Best to go during off times.

By far the worst customer service I had at any panera. They're unfriendly, in a rush & sloppy.

I've been to this Panera a few times. Usually when I've done too much tax-free shopping & I'm too ravenous to think about going anywhere else. I've got to say that their food & selection is no better or worse than any other Panera (which, for what it is, I'd give a solid 3-3 1/2 stars). The reason I'm only giving them two stars is that this location always seems a bit more disorganized and less clean than the others I've been in. And not that it's Panera's fault (and it's not reflected in my rating) but the parking lot at this place is always (!!!) a nightmare.

So thankful to these guys for catering to my weird food needs, doing it efficiently and with a smile!

I hate to say this but the customer service issues really haven't improved since my last review. The other day I walked up to the counter and asked the guy behind the register if they had chocolate chip bagels. I wasn't wearing my glasses and couldn't see what was in the baskets. He looked at me like I had a third eyeball and just sort of waved his arm indicating the general direction of the bagels. I said "I can't see, I'm not wearing my glasses" - blank stare. Stare lasts about 30 seconds when he finally says - oh, yes we have them. I ordered a bagel and an iced tea to go. I get them on a tray with a knife and fork. Sigh....

My kids and I come here often and it is consistently good. It's healthy fast food at a good price. It's not gourmet obvs but it's good and I don't feel like a bad parent feeding it to my kids. Don't understand the bad reviews! We are always greeted and yes some of the cashiers are rude, but you interact with them for a minute. And yes maybe they hate their job bc it seems like a stressful one because there's usually a line out the door. But the cupcakes, muffins, salads and sandwiches are worth it. Ok maybe some customer service training would help make it more pleasant. The folks making the food do an awesome job with moving quickly and getting orders right. It's healthy fast food without the chemicals, hormones and gross processed meat-- or fried anything. This location is always packed. But you can always find a table as turnover is rapid. It's clean and the bathrooms are clean.

Slowest internet ever. Stopped in for a coffee and some wifi before having dinner but couldn't even get their Internet to complete a speed test. And the coffee wasn't all that either. Parking lot is narrow and folks zip through here a bit too fast. Watch out.

I would rate this Panera 5stars only because it used to be my favorite, and their food is the best of all Panera Bread restaurants I've visited. However they have some really unprofessional, rude and unfriendly staff here and customer service went downhill. Which is a total turn off! It sucks because I used to frequent this place, now I don't go at all!!! The last time I went was a few months ago and had a very uncomfortable experience, so now I go to the Panera in fairfax shopping center instead....it's going to take a while before I go back to this Panera! Hopefully things change!!

All the times I've been to Panera were for lunch and it is always the one on 202 since it is closer to work. They take my order quickly and make my food pretty fast too. I enjoy their sandwiches and salads -- though I've only tried vegetarian and the chicken ones. I usually order the Napa Almond Chicken sandwich - it's delicious with the bread being tender. Comes with a pickle and a bag of chips. The place is a little expensive - about $10 for a sandwich and a drink. If it were a little less pricey, it would be my go-to place for lunch.

It's the luck of the draw whether you will have a good experience here & customer service is just bad all around. I work in the shopping center so I was here quite often. Since they were always busy I started ordering online where your food is ready in ten minutes and you just pick it up. sounds ideal right? except half the time it still wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. (giving at least 15 min each time) There is no constancy in service and food quality here. Sometimes everything is made correctly in a timely manor and other times my food is thrown together, incorrectly made and my lattes are just warm milk. They're sloppy and careless and unhygienic with food handling. I've watched someone make a banana smoothie without gloves. After the past 3 horrible experiences in a row I think i'm better off packing a lunch or buying something frozen from Trader Joes. This place is a little pricey to not know what your going to get.

I've been here a good number of times already with my wife and each time was always a pleasant experience. We've never had any problems with the staff, which is good thing and the food has always been delicious and enjoyable. The atmosphere might seem crowded during lunch hours, but that is expected especially during weekends. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a quick bite to eat that is also a Panera fan.

Nicely done! We grabbed a carry out order for 4 during lunch rush and made it in and out in 5 minutes. A manager was standing at the line directing food and people which made the process smooth. Good job! And the food was great!

I ordered a small cream of tomato soup and a small Mac n cheese. My soup was luke warm at best and my Mac n cheese actually had cold pieces of Mac mixed in with warm pieces.

Stopped in here while I was shoping . The place was very busy and crowded, but we were able to get a table. The food was pretty good I enjoyed the corn soup the most. Everything was good.

I really wanted to like it there. But every soup you get - it's all around the plate over the napkins! They throw the tray towards you with all the food. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I was there. The tables are dirty, the floor too. Stuff is not friendly. The music is good.

Met up with friends for a lunch date on saturday. its always crazy packed in here. I dont think i would mind the crowd it i wasnt made to feel like cattle. this place is super unorganized and the line situation reminds me of boarding a southwest flight. I wish i could give 3.5 stars the chain just came out with a panera card. a way to earn free pastries, coffee and food. :) SIGN ME UP I ordered the greek salad w/ multigran roll and it was delish :) My order was correct and with the amount of people in this place that makes me very happy. i dont venture here often to actually sit and eat but now that ive got my panera card i may have to make my way over here for take out more often.

Stopped in for a bite to eat before grocery shopping at Trader Joe's in the same shopping center. Hated to annoy the frontline employees by interrupting their conversation, but I was really hungry. Got ignored for just long enough to ensure that I got the message that they were, indeed, annoyed at the interruption. No greeting or pleasantries, just shouting to other employees at either end of the building to communicate my order to the people who were making it. Ordered a tomato and mozzarella panini on ciabatta and a latte with skim milk. The sandwich was delicious except the cheese was ice cold in the middle. The latte was fine. The table needed wiping. Every employee I encountered seemed sulky and annoyed at being there. The music and dining room atmosphere (other than the table) were nice, especially the fireplace. $11.07 for a glorified grilled cheese and tomato sandwich and a latte seemed a little excessive. Will probably go back for coffee due to location and convenience, but overall, not impressed.

I love the bagels from Panera, and the hazelnut cream cheese is amazing. A dear friend treated me to lunch today, and I had my usual order of French onion soup in a sourdough bread bowl and iced chai. Yum. Friendly service, decent prices. My only complaint, and what keeps Panera from receiving 5 stars from me, is the ordering process always seems hairy. The counters are set up in such an odd fashion, that no one ever seems to know exactly where to go.

the pastry wheel is sooooo good , the very reason while I work out some time. The food is tasty and creative, but still chain store food. Good for a quick pick up. I do like the comfortable atmosphere.

Let me recall a conversation I had with one of your employees. I won't mention her name, but it begins with an "S" and rhymes with the word "Mavannah." (Mom and I step up to counter near breads/pastries) Mav: What do you want? J: Can I please get a blueberry muffin... (looking toward my mom to see what she wants) Mav: Will that be it? (looks outside store) Mom: Oh, and a chocolate chip cookie... Mav: Will that be it? (looks behind me) J: And a small cup of coffee please Mav: Will that be it? (looks at co-worker) J: Um... yeah "Mavannah" was all kinds of rude. She never looked at us, didn't give us much time to order (there was no one in line after us), and made us feel like we were a nuisance. If you hate your job so much Mavannah, just quit. You'd be doing everyone a favor. As for the muffin, it tasted kind of funny. And the coffee was luke-warm. I've had good Panera experiences before, so I don't know what happened. Maybe when you forgot to train your employees on customer service skills, you also forgot to refill the coffee? I'm just sayin.

I'm a carb-aholic - sort of the anti-Atkins. And I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality of Panera's baked goods. A generalized bake shop usually has mediocre bagels, but theirs actually tasted authentic and at least as good as most local bagel stores'. Meanwhile, their breads lived up to my hopes - tender when they should be, pleasantly dense otherwise. (Hey, that describes me too.) My favorite little treat is a pumpkin "muffie" - a muffin top with a cuter name. Mildly savory sweetness but not too heavy a lump of dough. I've eaten lunch there a couple of times. The salads are good-sized and seem fresh (though the iced tea is nothing to write home about). I know this is a chain, but this is the only location I've been to. Apart from occasionally over-robotic help, it's quite a pleasant place to score some baked goodies.
