Einstein's has some breakfast competition here with a *$ across the street and a DD a few storefronts away. But they seem to be rocking it with good service and decent bagels. I had the sliced salmon on a toasted everything bagel and it was top notch. It's not the greatest bagel in the world, but it was as good as any Einstein that I've ever had. Refillable coffee? And it's good coffee? Yes, please!

This is the MOST FRUSTRATING Einstein's that I have been to. I started going there in 2012 when I worked nearby because that was what my office wanted. To this day, they continue to get my order wrong. Every time, I say "No onions and no capers" on my bagel with lox and every time, it comes with everything on it. Rather than making my sandwich again, they simply pick the extra toppings off and hand it back to me. This is frustrating because I'm allergic to onions! On top of that, they almost ALWAYS forget my drink! I have to remind the barista, who looks at me confused and tries to blame someone else. The other day, the manager didn't make my drink and blamed it on the cashier for "not yelling it out". Instead of word of mouth, maybe they should try looking up at the order screen. Why ask how I want my food if no one is going to listen? As I was waiting 20 minutes for my order of a bagel and drink, I saw a customer looking around for straws. "We don't have any left. You can try these little coffee mixer straws." said the manager. I thought that was really inconsiderate. A different customer started looking for straws. She asked one of the baristas for a straw and the barista handed her one - then refilled the straws! Why is the manager lying to customers about straws?

Never has enough help -- lines are almost always long and slow. Runs out of the most popular items by 10. With adequate staffing I'd stop by more frequently and rate it much higher

worst place ever. decided to give it a chance today... waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I never seen such incompetence I can see why it's rated so bad on here. NEVER again will i come here ill stick to Dunkin donuts and places that at least try... terrible Ended up getting my money back and going to Dunkin donuts after 25 minutes passed for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. the manager kept saying "it's New Year's Day come on" when I would complain. wanted to punch him lol

Just moved to the area, excited to have a breakfast spot so close to home. Well, Einstein's was a disappointment. I had a bacon, egg and cheese and it was so tiny. Time to look for another breakfast joint.

If their bagels weren't delicious, I would never set foot in here again. In my opinion, DD has horrific bagels so like most people who frequent this shop, we get our coffee next door and come here for the bagels. Several problems. The service is as slow as a sloth. Seriously. Not good for the on-my-way-to-work crowd. Orders are frequently wrong. The last straw was I stopped in for my usual (toasted Asiago with cream cheese on the side) and the bagel in the toaster ahead of mine caught on fire. After blowing into the toaster to put out the flames (so gross by itself), they pulled my bagel out, scraped the burn off, and gave it to me. My whole car stunk like burned bread. I'm sure you can imagine how it tasted.

Chain bagel restaurant that offers a e-club where you can get free coupons for food and drinks. I assume they try to be true to NYC bagel culture because they call their bagel spreads "schmears". Kinda makes me think of the ob-gyn but ok, it is what it is. Its close to my work and has a larger variety of bagels than Dunkin Donuts and until I find a more bagel-centric store that's a local business, I'll most likely keep coming here.

Einstein is a pretty standard chain bagel store. This one is really no different. The workers were very nice and INCREDIBLY patient with the guy in line in front of me who just couldn't make up his mind...even after he ordered (TWICE). It seems a bit dingy in the store but it was 10 minutes before close and it's not like they claim they're fine dining or anything. Coffee drinks here are fabulous - the vanilla hazelnut coffee never fails either.

I used to really like Einstein bagels and coffee, but here is the problem...They NEVER have any bagels and they are ALWAYS out of coffee! The last THREE times I have been here, all before noon, they have been out of at least 96% of their bagel varieties, then you walk over to the coffee urns to fill your cup given to you by the cashier and surprise! ALL three coffee urns are empty! Please tell me what I'm missing? I actually said to the cashier the last time I was there "Your a bagel store, how can you be out of bagels?" to which her response was "We usually run out pretty early" What? Usually? Completely unacceptable! MAKE MORE BAGELS! And for god sake, take one of the kids off the line for 10 minutes to make more coffee, you're certainly not to busy with bagel orders since you don't have any!!!! Not to mention every unoccupied table is dirty and hasn't been cleared or wiped down, there is trash on the floor and the trash cans are usually over flowing! The staff is largely high school kids who really just don't care, but where is the manager here? Sorry Einstein's, but i've given up on you. You suck!

This place is on my way to work depending on which way I go. Never considered it for lunch but im an e club member and they sent a coupon for 3.00 off a sandwich. I forgot lunch today so I gave it a whirl. Tuna on whole wheat wrap with chips for 6.55 (pre coupon) the tuna could have used some salt and pepper ( no not the rap group) but it was pretty large for its size and I was only able to eat half . They have a couple different options for lunch bagel pizza, sandwiches on your choice of bread, bagel or whole wheat wrap along with some salads and soups. Moderately priced between 5-8 I think this place is pretty good for an on the go meal. Not many tables since there was some sort of geriatric convention in the dining room. Breakfast is always good when I bop in here. I think its worth a lunch stop im intrigued by the pizza bagels.

Slow service, guy at the cashier had a long conversation with customer, it is unacceptable to wait for a bagel and cream cheese for 15 minutes only for them to get the order mixed up. Good bagels, bad service.

Let me first say that I think Einstein has some of the best bagels in the area and I used to go there on a regular basis. Problem is that the service is ALWAYS painfully slow (it's not unusual to be in line for 10 mins) and the bagel choices are unreliable, (they are very frequently sold out of flavors). I can't even consider going in there before work, not when I can get a dozen donuts in no time instead. Whereas other places make it a priority to get people in and out very quickly, Einstein makes it a priority to hire teenagers whose priority is talking to each other and moving slow. Don't bother, go to Dunkin for donuts or Manhattan for bagels instead.

This is a chain bagel place at a strip mall next to the intersection of several main roads in the area. Strip mall parking is more than sufficient. I ordered a bacon and cheddar egg sandwich bagel to go. Preparation and service were quick. I noticed that the menu was broad and offered many combinations and much more than bagels, although I thought prices were a bit on the high side for breakfast.

Use to go here at least once a week on my way to work... Notice I wrote "use to" After a change in jobs and such, I hadn't been here in about a year or so. Stopped by for breakfast about 2 months ago. It's a bunch of kids that don't have a clue running the place. Waited over 35 minutes for my order, which was only 2 breakfast sandwichs. The place is disgusting and poorly maintained. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in months. The food prep area was gross and borderline hazardous to your health. I complained, wrote a letter to the management, to corporate and to the Board of Health. Haven't been back since.

We have given this place 3 chances over the past year. Today was the final straw and we will never be back. Service is slow and rude. The place is not very clean. And to top it off our order is never correct. Save yourself the headache and hit up Starbucks, dunkin, brew haha, panera, or manhattan bagel (all within miles)
