This Outback location deserves 5-stars. Don't be fooled by the exterior, or the location. This is one of the best Outback locations I've been to, and I've been to a lot. The inside of the restaurant it immaculate, colorful, and brightly lit. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very helpful and friendly, while professional and efficient at the same time. The food was great, and the drinks were cold. Service was top-notch. I mean, the girl at the front door practically sprinted to make sure she got to the door and opened it for me before I got to it. This is how an Outback should be run, and I give credit to management for running such a great resaurant. Keep up the good work.

I'd say this met the standards of any outback - but was nothing spectacular. The food was presented well and the proper temperature, but the steak wasn't as tender as it should have been. C'est la vie - it was cooked right, so I didn't bother sending it back. The service was decent but also nothing spectacular. I'd definitely go back to this location, but don't expect anything above and beyond - merely average.

We used to be loyal Outback patrons but will not be anymore. The new Shrimp on the Barbie lacked flavor. My husbands filet was undercooked and had a big tendon running through it. The service was slow. Such a shame.

Unfortunately, the quality of experience here is wildly inconsistent. I've had good food here, but my most recent visit was quite bad. We were told we would have a 20 minute wait, so we went to the bar. Then we were called after maybe 3 minutes, which seems great, but then we had to wait for our drinks at the bar to take them over to our table. Then the waitress (Allison, I think) didn't give us menus, and when we finally got menus, she took a very long time to come back. She didn't bring us any bread, she got our orders wrong, she didn't bring any straws, she mischarged us for an extra item, and didn't return to the table to check on things at all, using the excuse that we came from the bar so she thought we already had everything. The food was also not very good; both the pork and the sirloin were charred on the outside and raw on the inside, possibly because they were in a hurry. I know they were very busy when we came, but I would have preferred slower service to the mess that we got.

This Outback has been one of the best outbacks I've been to until the food's quality dropped. The hamburgers and stake aren't as good as they used to be. I wonder if thats true about all Outbacks or just this one. I'm not sure I'll be coming back here unless the food quality gets better.

The appetizer was delivered cold.we had to ask for our drinks twice. Meat was served rare, when I asked for it medium rare they brought it back out well done after waiting 20 minutes. They only thing good was the cold beer.

Our meal was a complete disappointment. The food was poorly prepared and had way too much garlic. The service was slow even though they weren't busy. They have a bizarre policy which prevents ordering anything from the bar fifteen minutes before closing. We have eaten at other Outback Steakhouses in several states and had great meals. This one needs serious help.

Good was good but tore my stomach up an hour after but seemed great when I was eating it the only reason I am giving two stars is the service sucked sat at bar did not get bread bar was cluttered and dirty with menus napkins used and clean ones and crumbs all over the bartender had no personality and barley noticed us there until it was time to pay she was right there to get the money and before that only came over to get us a drink and that was about it cuz someone else dropped off our food as stated food was good but we were almost un noticed to the bartender who was taking care of us or should I say that was suppose to take care of us

Stopped here Friday night after work with Nicole B and her bf. I ordered the Castaway Cocktail with was fruity and refeshing and full of rum, and my sirloin was cooked perfectly rare. My only complaint is that the waiter was very slow and took forever, but he gets a pass since he let us use our 20% off coupon on the 11.99 special. We paid $20 each with tip for a salad, steak, drinks and dessert, you can't beat that!!

The atmosphere is very nice since they renovated the restaurant. The food was good, I do enjoy their blooming onion burger. I just think they are a bit over prices the the quality and quantity that is served. I don't mind spending money on good food, I just wasn't thrilled the last time my husband and I went for dinner.

Wow, this Outback restored my faith in all Outbacks! First off, the restaurant was at full capacity at the time of this meal, but we were seated within a minute and everyone was friendly and smiling on staff. Our waiter was excellent. Never did we have to ask for a refill he always had it covered. Everyone loved there meal and ate every bite plus a bloomin' onion and two of those brownie ice cream desserts were shared (party of five). I had the smaller ribeye which was slightly marbled and surrounded with fat (good cut) and cooked just the way I ordered it, a bit less than medium. I also added grilled shrimp which were cooked and seasoned very well. The bloomin' onion was good (is what it is), and the brownie and ice cream dessert was the best of the type I can remember having. My last two encounters with Outback previous to this had been disappointing. They also happened a few years earlier at a different one. So I guess Outback is back in my good graces.

I find the hours and last call policies hard to deal with being a late diner after my 12 hour day. The restaurants full but I can't get a refill. Last week chairs were stacked up and lights were dimmed way before everyone was done , and they shut the music off...tonight I was told delaware state law forbids them to serve wine after 915. I don't understand, we spent 100 dollars and I wanted a merlot , after all we were still eating

Ordered prime rib medium came to table rare bloody. Waitress took back and they seared the outside like it was steak and It was dry. Should have walked when the blooming onion came to table raw inside and cook well outside. I always order it well but not raw onions. The bill just came and I get charged for the returned food. The manager said nothing. Miscommunication. ..

I have been here several times due to its close location. Always had a good meal (steak, steak and more steak). The appetizers are pretty good also. This place could have gotten five stars, but on our last outing, the hostess took us to our table, but we never got a waitress. After about 15 minutes, I was ready to walk out but my wife caught a waitress going buy our table and was finally able to get some drinks. It was a birthday occasion for a family member and got a free desert for our troubles. We will still go back again.

My boyfriend and I visit this Outback location once every few months. In our experience the service is pretty good, and every time we go the restaurant manager is there and he makes his way around the dining room to make sure everyone's meals are to their satisfaction. This location also underwent a remodel back in August, and it looks pretty nice inside now. They have fresh ice water with lemons for customers that have to wait for seating, which I thought was a nice touch. The pumpernickel bread that is served upon being seated is always warm and delicious. During this visit we ordered the Aussie Cheese Fries which were tasty, but could have had a little more cheese. My boyfriend ordered the Alice Springs Chicken and he commented that it seemed like there were bigger portions than the last time he had ordered it. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad and it was pretty decent--crisp lettuce and just the right amount of dressing with tender chicken cooked just right along with garlic croutons and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. We never have had to wait for seating at this location, but I think we usually visit during non-peak hours. Overall I like visiting this location because the food is good and the staff is friendly!

Ate here again last night. They actually come around with samples now which I thought was cool. The Steaks are always top notch as well as everything else. Always hot, fresh and good service!

I am originally from Newark, but now stationed with the military in Fort Lee, VA. I had to travel to Philadelphia on short notice and along the way, my oil change light came on. Being from the area, I made my way for the Jiffy Lube in the same shopping center as this Outback. I dropped my wife and infant daughter off here before going to get an oil change. Needless to say, I joined them earlier and was able to have dinner. The service was awesome, all our needs were met. The steak was amazing, perfectly cooked. Couldn't ask for a better meal on a long road trip day.

Our party of two plus a 10 month old visited this restaurant around 6:30 PM on a Wednesday. We called ahead, though it wasn't needed because there were no patrons waiting in the lobby area. The hostess sat us and got a high chair quickly. Our waitress got our drink orders and then we ordered the Aussie Cheese Fries as an appetizer when she got out drinks. We ordered about 5 minutes later and the waitress told us that our appetizer should be right out. A family of four sat down right after then across the aisle from us. We waited and waited for our appetizer to come, the family across from us got their salads. Finally a few minutes later our Aussie Cheese Fries arrived. They tasted slightly overcooked, but it took long enough to get them and they were not cooked beyond being edible. We got our salads at the same time that the party across from us got their entrees, and the kitchen got their order wrong. There was also a party of two behind my wife that had a problem with their order, dealing with a food allergy. When we got our entrees, my wife's medium steak was very well done. At this moment the manager that was helping the couple behind my wife was walking by and heard about her displeasure with her steak. He whisked the overcooked steak and her three crab legs back to kitchen to remedy the situation. A couple minutes later he returned with four crab legs and told us that a new steak was being cooked. My wife finished her crab legs and the waitress asked her if she needed anything else. We informed her about the overcooked steak, which the manager did not inform her about. She went back to the kitchen to see the progress of the new steak; she returned by herself almost ten minutes later. At this point, our ten month old was ready to leave after she has been in her high chair for almost a half an hour. The waitress came back around about ten minutes after she dropped off the steak and my wife asked for a to go box for her steak. This was not a pleasant experience nor the same as past visits in the last ten months. Our problems concerned a slow and disorganized kitchen, a wait staff that was not observant, and management that lacks problem solving and customer service skills. And the family of four that arrived after our party of two, and ate before us; they had their meals removed from their bill, they were given some type of coupons, and they left before us.

I know, I know a chain steakhouse with a faux-strailian theme. We went here the other night and had one of the best meals I've had in a restaurant in a long time. My steak a humble sirloin was one of the best I've ever had period. We went early so there was no wait and the service was great without being overbearing. They accommodated all of my requests light on the seasoning, fries with bacon on the side. Everything was delicious. I really like the mild flavor of the pumpernickel bread they bring to the table. My only complaint would be that the salad was very heavy on iceberg lettuce and tasted watery. Otherwise this was a great meal. Well be back.

I go to Outback Steakhouse once a week. So when I went to Delaware on business, dinner was a no brainer. Not Really! I got there at 10 after 9 and they close at 9:30pm. The food was the worst, and I couldn't get a drink. 15 minutes after I left, I had a VERY bad stomach ache. I will NEVER eat at that Outback ever again. Beware...
