This place is awesome! Been here 3 times and it's been a good experience. Today, we got the Thai Hot Pot, pesto pasta, and Potstickers. They all came out great! Flavor is comparable to a place like Cheesecake, but cheaper and a smaller portion. The service was fast and friendly too! Would definitely come back again!

Dude, they need these nearer to me! Basically if the spice level of the japanese pan noodles was turned down this would be 5 stars and my new favorite food ever. The other diner with me has serious issues with spicy food- we both failed to notice the spicy notation on the menu alas. Delicious nevertheless!

Steph and I had lunch here because we were craving noodles. We both got the potstickers and the Japanese pan noodles. The pot stickers were a little strange because they were flat and tasted more fried than steamed, but they were good. The pan noodles were flavorful and spicy. We were disappointed that they don't provide chop sticks as it seems strange to eat with a fork. It did satisfy our noodle craving for only $13.

I hadn't been to Noodles & Company in quite some time, so I was excited to check them out again now that I work near the Christiana Mall. It was lunchtime, but there wasn't a line (unlike the mess in the food court), which was nice. Being completely honest, I spent some time checking out the menu during a break at work so I knew exactly what I wanted when I got there. (I take food very seriously - haha!) I went with the Bangkok Curry and added shrimp to it. I paid, grabbed a bottle of sriracha, and headed over to my seat to patiently await the arrival of my dish. A few minutes later, it came out! I ordered the small portion and it was definitely small. I took my first bite - whoa, not good. The sweet coconut curry was REALLY sweet, the shrimp were a little on the cold side, and overall it just wasn't that good. I was so disappointed! Maybe I just ordered something that wasn't to my liking. I may give Noodles another chance, but it won't be anytime soon. Other than my less-than-favorable lunch, I do have to mention that the service here was really good and the restaurant was super clean.

If you are hungry don't go to this place. Extremely slow. 20mins after ordering still no food. I've been to other Noodles & Company and its not the same. Isn't it supposed to be a fast food place?!!!!

Pretty awful place, it used to be really good but I think it was because of the staff. Went to sit down after ordering and all of the tables were covered in old food. Food came out and it was undercooked and dry. We got a refund and left. If you don't care about your job and want to act ridiculous and loud instead of cook good food, please do us a favor and quit.

I work at this mall so I frequent this restaurant often. I never have had to wait more than 2 minutes in the line. I've never waited more than five minutes for my food. Over all every dish has been good. The staff, I have come to know and they have always been super helpful and polite. This place serves fast noodles at pretty fair prices so I don't know why some people expect a five star restuarant, going into length over strength of flavor and what have you; you get exactly what you pay for. I always get a quick, satisfying meal at a reasonable price, the same price as you would pay for fast food, but a much better and healthier choice.

The food was tasty, but it was a bit cold. I asked if they could reheat it, and they said they don't even have a microwave. Minutes later they showed up with a new dish for me. I offered to tip and they said they can't accept tips. Great service, and the food was tasty.

This location was my first experience with Noodles and Company and it's where I fell in love with it. Let's get this out of the way -- they're not a full service fancy-shmancy restaurant, and they don't try to be one either. They're a fast casual restaurant like Chipotle. That is, they freshly prepare your food, serve it almost as quickly as a fast food place, and don't accept tips. So if you come here expecting pasta or noodles which rivals a full-service restaurant, you will probably be disappointed. That out of the way, this place serves practically everything. From Italian, to Asian, to American cuisine, Noodles and Company serves it all practically. And for an extra buck, you can even get a side salad or soup. My favorite part though about Noodles and Company, and especially this location, is how everyone is so willing to customize orders. Yes, you can get whole wheat pasta, add veggies, and/or add meat. But my brother has severe allergies -- he is allergic to gluten/wheat and casein/dairy. Most restaurants look at him, get bulged eyes, and run away. But the staff at this particular Noodles and Company is always so willing to work with us to prepare him a safe dish (that's not yet another salad), and they nail it, every single time. This is a great location to go to if you have a picky eater or something with allergies for that reason. Just note that they do serve peanuts there and while you can place your order without peanuts (and they will wash their utensils and pots to prevent cross contamination), it's not a peanut-air free environment for that reason. All in all, I love Noodles and Company for what they are. They are a fast casual place that serves pasta and noodles with ultra-customizability. I'm five staring that.

Newer place to stop by to eat at the Christiana Mall. I waited to eat here a couple of times before posting my review. It is a chain so some of the meals are fairly standard and middle of the road in order to satisfy a broad range of customers across a geographic and taste variation. There are also specials that occur depending on the season (?), ingredients, or time; not sure if the specials are a chain or local occurrence. I have tried the truffle mac, peanut thai, and the spaghetti and meatballs. The truffle mac is their signature dish and probably the best thing that I have eaten on their menu. The macaroni is well made, cooked slightly beyond the level of al dente I like but acceptable. It was never mushy or hard. The cheese sauce is thick and adherent to the noodles with a mild flavor. The mushrooms added helped to broaden the flavor profile and were good. Recently the truffle mac was changed to a barbecue pork mac and cheese. The base mac and cheese remained the same and serves as a good base. The bbq pulled pork was tender with a sweet sauce that had a little amount of smokiness to it. The spaghetti and meatballs and indonesian peanut were somewhat lacking. I found them to be ok, but fairly one dimensional without much flavor to standout. They were passable and okay from a fast food chain standpoint. Not sure I would get either again though. Portions are on the smaller side but prices are reasonable. Service was fast and friendly. However, when they were first open and I stopped by they did forget one portion of my order that I had to call in to make sure the charge to my card was removed. My fault for not checking the order, but this has not happened again. Overall I would stop by for the featured mac and cheese (previously truffle, currently bbq pork). I will probably try the other dishes at some point but so far I am not impressed with some of their regular items.

Sugar my Noodles!!!!! Egad 16 grams of sugar in the small portion of Pad Thai and 12 in a teensy cup of tomato bisque (actually suspect it was marinara sauce though)!!! I am a noodle freak however I'm just not impressed with my first order from Noodles & Co. I obviously had the small Pad Thai as mentioned above and found it sickeningly sweet. I have no frame of reference but the over-sweet sauce really killed the dish for me. I added the shrimp which made the dish edible and adds a star. Plump, fresh and flavorful; the shrimp tempered much of the sweetness. You get about six with the add on so after 7 bites I had to toss the remainder of the dish. The tomato soup/sauce was thick and paste like in texture. I gave it away. On the upside they allow you to sample things-beware the hot pot could peel paint off the wall, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Not my first or even third pick for food in the area but if I'm out-voted in the future I will give N&C a second chance.

Went here with my boyfriend for a quick dinner. Very disappointing, I got the Thai noodle bowl, hardly any actual noodles- soup was nasty and lukewarm at best. Super small portion. Not worth it. My boyfriend got the pad Thai- he said it was okay, nothing special and again was only lukewarm. We won't be going back.

Noodles & Co is not my usual venue but I liked it ever since I tried the location in Hunt Valley, Maryland. I think they have a good variety of noodle dishes, both East and West, although portion sizes seem a bit smaller than I would expect for the price. The fancy new touchscreen self-serve soda dispenser is rather cool (not unique to this chain though. Some Burger King locations now have the same thing.) but the major problem here is customers can never make up their minds and are slower with it than with traditional soda dispensers. They should really have more than one of these machines. Restroom looked clean. Dining room tables were not so clean but this wood-grain design makes it too easy to miss a spot here and there. However, I do not like that this location closes half an hour before the actual mall closing time.

Japanese noodle dish was dry and had very little taste. The vegetables that were part of the dish were few. But the worst part was all the dirty tables - not appealing at all.

I enjoyed the Pasta Rosa with Parmesan crusted chicken. Pasta had a little bit of a kick to it. Loved the fresh spinach. Wasn't impressed with the lettuce wrap appetizer. There was no meat in it and it was cold, not what we are used to.

Was okay. I took my family here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon trip to the Christiana Mall. We found it to be a little pricey for the quality of food/experience. Maybe that was at least partially because there is no kid's menu, so my three younger-than-10 kiddos had to order off the regular menu (they have 'small' and 'regular' sizes for all their entrees). In hindsight I probably should've asked to even split an order for them. My Japanese Pan Noodles were fine. The spaghetti and meatballs and Mac and Cheese we ordered was also good. The croutons in my Caesar salad were stale. A pretty 'meh' experience I guess. I wanted to enjoy it leading up to the visit more than I actually did once I got there.

Worst pad Thai ever - the noodles were under cooked, the eggs were over cooked. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I don't understand the hype. I can make homemade past dishes at home that taste a million times better than theirs. Kraft makes better macaroni & cheese than this place.

The prices were good but the good had a little too much Spice in it to enjoy fully. The restaurant is very clean and it's a great environment.

Tried this place for the first and last time! We ordered 2 entrees (Japanese Udon & Indonesian Rice noodles). The noodles in both dishes seemed like it had been reheated, it was all soft and almost soggy. I'm a big fan of noodle dishes and have never had noodles this bad and lacking texture. The chicken was dry, probably reheated. Veggies were fresh but just added on top rather than blended in as a real stir fry should be. Typical chain restaurant with precooked, reheated food assembled together and pretending to be a real entree!

If you like fast food noodles this is the place to go. The Japanese noodles were bland. The Indonesian were spicier. Helpings of shrimp were pretty good. The salad was tiny and had too many pieces of romaine stalk. The small portion was almost the same size as the larger one, small. Everything is extra, so it adds up, pricey for fast food. The staff was very friendly. We might try it again or else back to the food court.

A modern clean restaurant, fresh food served fast and great service. Staff took time to review menu and help us have a fantastic lunch experience. Price is also very good compared to other places in the mall.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
