The service and food were great! Wish they had turkey bacon or turkey sausage, but I'm merely passing through. We didn't wait long for our food and bellies are satisfied!!

Stumbled at this place on our bike ride. We were surprised by this place. Friendly service, nice varied menu extremely reasonably priced. Excellent chicken soup and very tasty chicken on both our garden salad and wrap. Good coffee. We are definitely coming back.

A couple of repeat visits have warmed me to this place. The service is always fast and efficient. Some, but not all, of the food has a pleasant homemade quality to it, e.g., one recent meal of their chicken pot pie and split pea soup. The prices are about what you would expect from a diner: wallet-friendly. I won't go out of my way to visit but I'll come back when I'm in the neighborhood.

It was my first time this far south on Rt. 113 at the bottom of Delware. The road had finally opened up after hours of slow July 4th beach traffic. But, I was hungry and this was the next place up on Yelp. What the hey?! I made a Uwee to the northbound lanes and pulled in to their parking lot. It was almost full at 6:30, which could mean it was good eats. In fact, my Fried Flounder was very good, but everything else about the place was only so-so. There was no counter, so I waited for a table, an inefficient use for a solitary traveler in a crowded restaurant. I was eventually seated, but no one came to take my order for several minutes until I flagged a server down and asked for help. She was cordial and apologized for the wait. My food arrived, but not the utensils to eat it with. I went hunting for the service area and asked another worker to hand up some silverware. The fish was certainly fresh that day, and nicely breaded and lightly fried. No complaints on that score. Still, watching the joint operate it was clear they were not all pulling their oars at the same time. Tables needed bussing. Orders needed taking. Bills needed paying. The woman who seemed the manager was trying gamely to keep everything moving, but it seemed to slip from her grasp. Maybe on a slower day this place would present better, but on this hectic entry into the 4th of July weekend, it was barely holding its head above water.

Stopped here on the way to VA Beach. The service was good however the food was less than memorable. The pancakes were heavy, the french toast was ok, the biscuit sat in my stomach. The prices were high too. Won't stop here again.

Love frankford diner I'm a local and I eat here about twice a week. The food is great and the staff is real friendly. I really recommend this place! You will enjoy it and will come back for more!

We stopped here for breakfast after checking out of our condo in Ocean City. We were pleasantly surprised. Number one it was not crowded like the restaurants in OC. The menu was varied, the prices reasonable, the staff prompt and pleasant, and most importantly, the food was excellent. We will definitely return.

I had previously rated much higher but unfortunately tonight that was ruined! I ordered a meal with rice and it was brought with pasta. I sent it back and all they did was scrape out as much pasta as they could I guess as it was pasta mixed with rice. Leaving a restaurant hungry with no meal is ever a good thing

It was ok. I would stick to breakfast. I got a breakfast meal that was pretty good, but my husband got dinner and he was not super pleased. The staff was friendly. There isn't much to the place though, no ambiance.

Stopped by on our way home from Ocean City. What a great find! The food was great, you can tell they use "real" food and it was very fresh. The veggie omelette was awesome, and my husband had chipped beef on toast, which he usually is very particular about, but it was wonderful here. The restaurant was also very clean. We highly recommend!!

My friend and I picked up take out from Frankford Family Diner for lunch. I really enjoyed the turkey club & fries I ordered, mainly because they use "real" turkey breast!! You don't find that very often. Yummy!! The food was fresh and ready when we picked it up. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Well, for starters....their 4-piece chicken dinner consisted of half a breast, a thigh and a chicken wing cut into two pieces (and yes, they counted the chicken wing as TWO of the FOUR pieces). On top of that none of the food had any taste. We won't be going back at least until another restaurant takes its place when this one closes down.
