Was seated promptly but the floor area was trashy under our table. Used napkins, straw papers, and other trash littered about. Table across from us had nacho chips (crushed) and other food on floor. Ordered ice tea and they came without straws or ice tea spoons. Asked waitress when she came for our order to get us straws. She said she always forgets them. 15 minutes, I went to the kitchen to get them myself. Service was poor and facility was nasty for a place that hasn't been open all that long. AND, they weren't busy at 8pm when we were there. Won't be going back!!! It's been a month and still no contact from Green Turtle after I answered their generic response to my posting!!! Really sorry business.

We stopped here after passing by many times just to give it a try. The food menu, service, and decor is great. The food was well prepared and fresh. The waitress checked with us frequently and the checkout was quick.

Umm....the mashed potatoes are delicious and the waitresses extremely friendly and professional. I went here twice. But the manager both times neglected to come to our table to ask if we liked the food. He blatantly skipped us by going to booths before and after us. Rudeness. Then to top that off, my salad (garden) that I ordered was horrific. The lettuce was all brown and it tasted old. Did I complain? Nope. I scarfed down half of it and politely tipped and left. Never going here again. The manager should have stopped by. Poor representation of a well-known brand. Where is undercover boss when you need them?

This is one of the best pub style restaurants in the area. The menu is a bit limited but is very enjoyable I love the crab dip it actually has a good amount of crab in it. The service is typically good and the servers are always friendly. The prices are a bit more than you would pay at a Fridays for example.

Great local, outstanding burger and the service was phenomenal. They care about the customers without a doubt. The beer was very cold and the atmosphere was perfect. I'll be back!

It takes a lot for me to rate a business this low, but I feel it necessary to warn other diners. I know Dover is not a restaurant hotbed, but spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. I ordered garlic parmesan wings. They were brought with hot sauce on them, and not a hint of either garlic or parmesan. We called the waitress over and she kindly agreed to replace them. She came back out and said the chef told her they were the garlic parmesan wings. Alright, so according to the "chefs" garlic parmesian wings are served covered in hot sauce. Then, my wife's side salad arrived, and it looked deceased. Picture the worst salad you've ever seen, and this was it. You wouldn't expect a salad that looked this bad to be served anywhere other than prison. We had to send that back too. Also, she ordered some sort of crab soup, that didn't taste like crabs, or have crabs in it. As a business owner, I'd expect the manager to come out and say, "Look, we f&cked a lot of stuff up here. I'm going to make it right." Never came once, despite us asking to speak to him. We left a 20% tip, as this was not the waitress' fault, but we would never return...ever. Awful. Please, a 1 from me is huge. Take that as a huge sign to go anywhere else.

I signed up just to say how bad of an experience I had this evening at this establishment. I want to start by saying I am...was, a regular customer prior to this horrendous experience. I arrived at roughly 2:30pm to watch a couple soccer matches, in which I was treated fairly by the bartenders that knew me. Afterwards, as I hung around, I was double-charged (possibly triple-charged) for drinks I ordered. The amounts they charged me for would have put me in the hospital. I contested it only to have been condescended by the manager. If you visit this place, keep a close eye on what you order, and expect a fight with management if it's wrong. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be warning others to avoid as well.

Got seated very quickly even though it was busy with lots of people. We sat down in a table for two but it was so small we were bumping knees and we are not big people. Looked at the menu I heard the nachos were good so I was going to try it. The prices were higher than I expected but I was willing to give it a try. But the problem was it was so loud! We weren't even near the bar, and there was no big game on or anything. It was so loud I couldn't hear my man talking. So while we were waiting for our server which seemed like forever we just left. Too loud, and too much time to think about the prices. I'm happy they renovated the place and it's no longer vacant. Lord knows dover needs some renovations but this isn't the place for me

We got seated quickly at a booth per our request during lunchtime. After waiting for twenty minutes with no contact with any employees, we decided to leave and go get Mexican food due to better service. We wanted to voice our feedback to the manager, however he was busy with another table listening to their complaints about the service. The Green Turtle wins the Mayor's Award by far for the worst customer service in Dover, Delaware. Being Active Duty military, we've been to quite a few restaurants throughout the world. I give a star to the quick seating and the tri-color crayons that they offered with the kids coloring paper. We will not try The Green Turtle again or recommend it.

Went with a group if five, the only thing ordered at the table that was worth writing home about was the chicken fingers. But if we wanted good chicken fingers we could've went to a fast food restaurant and paid a quarter of the inflated price. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and for the first time ever didn't finish it. The quality if food left a lot to be desired. Waitress was average at best. Food took along time to come out. They either need to increase the quality of food or decrease the prices.

This a good new restaurant in the area. The food is decent & the service is decent. They have a good variety menu and discounts for being a loyal customer. The food is not bad, it's just ordinary. They have an extensive group of beers & happy hour is pleasant. The restaurant is no different from Chili's, Applebee's, or Olive Garden in that they have good food, the only problem is that it is ordinary. There is nothing bad with ordinary right? I would just like spectacular in my area. In order to get spectacular in Dover is go all the way to Wilmington or Philly.

I'm stunned - at the slow service. I'm desperate for some decent restaurants in Dover. Rule #1 - good food. Rule #2 - some level of attention service. The food was okay. Not amazing -but exactly what you'd expect for this level of restaurant. But the service? There were at least a half dozen people working there, doing nothing...including my server. I'm always very polite and pleasant with people handling my food for a reason (they're handling my food!) - I don't think that matters here. Sunday night, myself, my kid and my wife. Nobody seems like they want to work here. Ordered kids meal first...and then couldn't seem to get the waiter to let us order dinner. Dinner shows up and we finish before he asks if it's any good. Waited and waited and waited to ask get the check and a box. Server goes to get the check (after 5 min.) and comes back...without the box. Goes to get the box...without taking my card. Meh.

This was a great place to go and watch football. Even though the place looks crowded, they are always able to seat you rather quickly. Our waiter seemed new so she wasn't super attentive at refilling our drinks, but she was very nice and apologized a lot. I think they may seat more people than they can handle. Overall, the food was great and the staff was nice. I love their crab dip and fish tacos!

I've had better food at the airport. The French onion soup was just water with a few onions in it, totally tasteless . The chicken strips were really greasy and nasty, total waste of time .

The food is great, nice and clean. Friendly staff and great bar selection. Good for all ages and offer a very well done point system for regulars

Fish and Chips should have disclaimer that it is SPICY, just says beer battered. Asked for with no Old Bay but had some godawful spice. Wait staff very helpful and accommodating to replace meal. Got a burger I didn't want , bun tasted like movie fake butter popcorn. I will go elsewhere for lunch.

We didn't stay to eat, just grabbed a few beers on our first night in Delaware. Prices were decent and the bartender was friendly.

Food is delish but the service is always slow. I contribute this to hopefully that it is a new restaurant in town so they have been slammed. I hope it improves over time because I really do enjoy their food!

Got seated pretty quick and was served pretty quick. Of course my food wasn't cooked all the way through which explains the quickness. So, they took my food back and while I waited, my husband was able to eat, play some games on his phone, use the bathroom, and flirt with the waitress all while I waited to get my food again. Never going here again!

We actually had a great visit. Sierra W. was our waitress and she was probably the most attentive waitress we've had in quite some time. Sincere, sweet, nice gal. Food was done just as asked. Tasted good. Lots of specials and happy hour options. Good app n burger. I don't see what the fuss is about here. I travel FT for work and eat out a lot. It was very nice, for a casual dining establishment. We would definitely return.

Found a fly in my crab cake. Don't go there, food poisoning assured! It just goes to show how dirty their kitchen must be. I told the waiter that I wanted to speak to a manager and he never showed up. This place does not deserve a star.

Great staff, fun times at Trivia. Definitely one of my better Greene Turtle experiences. This location is much more impressive than Rehoboth- even with the beach view! The food was pretty good- I got the fish tacos. I'll be back again.
