I just love Popeyes chicken. This place is clean inside and everything was good. No complaints here. I will come again anytime I come back to Dover.

I started using the drive-through because of the hard sell by a man I believe is the owner to increase my order every time I went to the inside counter. The first two drive through trips, I ordered 8 pieces and got home to find seven in the box. Yesterday, I ordered 12 pieces and got home to find eight. I am contacting corporate about this flim flam operation. The chicken however, is great!!

Terrible service. I pulled up to the drive through and the guy said "pull up to the window to order" in very broken English and kind of rudely. Thought it was strange to not place my order. Pull up to the window and the car in front of me b-lined it out of the line. She was clearly frustrated by the guy in the window. I pull up and was rudely asked, "what do you want?" Wow. I should have left too. I said "chicken". He said , " sides". I said, "what do you have to offer". He seemed annoyed. Worst service ever!! Never going there again.

Newley redecorated. This popeyes has the best fried chicken. I eat there at least once a week and it is always good.

I'm just wandering what's going on with the fast food or restaurants in Dover. I can't seem to find quality and good service in this town.

Place was filthy..customer service almost non-exsistant. I don't mind the the counter person making sues scions but babbling at me while I look at the menu after I say I haven't decided is no help. Arguing with me when I make a choice that suits me but is not what he suggested gets one response...i walked out...no idea what the food was like.

I went to get some chicken last night. The pushy "salesman" at the counter attempted to upsell me on everything! When I finally got my order, I got home and noticed that my sides were only half full. If I am paying for a large side, I want the cup full. The red beans and rice were watered down and there were both mild and spicy chicken instead of the mild I ordered. I get that you have to watch food costs but this was unacceptable!

No napkins, no spoons. Ridiculous! I am staying in a hotel and got all the way back up to my room to discover that I had no way to eat my food. Therefore it is in the trash can.
