the food was on par to any Arby's restaurant, but the service at the drive through was like that of a candid camera episode. The person taking the order through the speaker was slow answering, and then was confused on the order, but it got straightened out. We get to the window and it took forever for the girl to come to the window to take the money there was no verbal exchange and then the food (taking a little longer to arrive) was just handed out the window as she stared back into the restaurant talking to another coworker. To make matters worse, the food was not hot.

Sometimes this place can be slow but that is when they have large crowds or something is making them run behind. Overall the service has been speedy for me and it is convenient because it is right off of the Interstate. The manager is usually there and is always friendly. There are typically quite a few high school kids that work there and like with most working high schoolers a few of them don't work with the polish, sheen, or verve(i.e. customer service skills) like more experienced workers...not saying all high school workers are that way. Just a few. This place is no exception to that.

We called another Arbys earlier today to place a rather large order for my work and they refused to help us...we called this one and Mandy was amazing! Her attitude is great and she was more than willing to provide us with what we needed. Thank you for everything! We will be using your store for our Saturday orders from now on. :)

Typical Arbys. Consistently good food but not great. The service is hit or miss as it is at most fast food joints. Though lately they have been pretty polite.

I had no problem with this place until I sat down to eat and overheard one of the men in the kitchen saying something about how someone thinks he's "fucking his neighbors wife". He said it repeatedly. I was sitting in the back of the restaurant and granted the place was empty, but still not the kind of environment I want to eat in. Maybe I'll just use the drivethru from now on.

Mandy is amazing! I have never seen a one woman show like her. She keeps that place running smooth even on the craziest days. She is an invaluable asset to the place.
