I tried two of there breakfast menu items. Not impressed except for the hash browns. They were light and tasty and definitely not greasy. They had a distinct flavor that I could not identify but enjoyed them immensely. The two sandwich items I chose were bland. The service was great and the ice tea was not overpowering like some places do to their tea. I will stick to donuts when going to DD. Well maybe I'll order the tea and hash browns as well.

I come here several days a week via the drivethrough. They always forget napkins. When I ask for napkins I get one or two. Why do I need to have to ask for something as simple as napkins? I called to ask the manager if there was some policy or reason why customers have to ask for napkins. I was told the manager was busy and I should call back in a few hours.... with Lamar's donuts, Burger King, and McDonald's nearby... this Dunkin does not really offer anything you can't get better somewhere else.

Great customer service, delicious donuts, and yummy coffee. We went during their grand opening and everyone was super friendly. On my third visit, one of the employees brought my coffee to my car ( my hands were full with a box of donuts and another drink carrier of coffee). Will definitely be "regulars".

Been craving a frozen Coolata from Dunkin' Donuts...Finally got one today. Reason is for my strict diet...Otherwise I would be eating here every day! The last time I had donuts here was about a month back. A dozen, one of each flavor...all very good! My favorite would have to be the double chocolate or blueberry one when they have them. I was so tempted today to try a new purple one that I had not seen, but resisted very well. I always usually get a dozen and a collate frozen iced coffee, but not lately due to my diet. They also have sandwiches, which I have not tried yet, but plan on doing so in a future visit...as well as the tasty looking donut holes in a variety of flavors. Love this place! And I'm glad it's back!

Strike One: No buttermilk donuts like the ones back in Chicago Strike Two: The apple fritter I ordered was actually clumps of dough fried, stuck together in a cluster to equal a little over half a normal apple fritter. Rip off and not even tasty. I had driven away, so I couldn't return it. Strike Three: Rude counter help. I tried. You failed. Going elsewhere.

Quick, friendly service. Doughnuts were fresh (not hard or crusty). Only drawback: a dozen here is a true dozen (Winchell's does 14 in a dozen, and for a family of 6 the extra doughnuts are a nice bonus!!!) Will come here again!

The coffee is good and the staff are really nice there that is the only reason I did not give them one star. I have gone to the place 2 times now thinking that the first was just a screw up but the products they sell just taste awful. Nothing fresh. First I had the doughnuts and they are stale tasting every single one. Even when I have tried them at other locations they are stale. Not sure what cooperate is thinking on that one. Then I had the sausage and egg croissant meal. The hash browns were good but the egg on the sandwich tasted like it had been in a tray for a week. There was something wrong with the texture of the egg it was sandy and gross I could not even finish the thing. I did not know if I was getting poisoned. I would not recommend.

I've run into my favorite DD worker here! Too bad I didn't get her name, the lady is very very sweet. Every time she hands you an item, she wishes you a great day; and any time you ask something from her, she shows you you're the number 1 priority. I'd come here again just to get her name even though this location is far out of my way. I don't know why people keep comparing Dunkin' Donuts with Starbucks, not that I'm a fan of the latter but if you want a well-customized drink, Starbucks' system is more sophisticated to do that and I'm not sure you can call the DD workers who work the coffee machine baristas. But hey, you also don't have to pay an outrageous amount for a cup of coffee! On this trip, I used my free earned beverage credit for a large, nonfat, decaf latte with extra shot and cookie dough swirl (yeah OK, that's my usual way of ordering lattes at Starbucks, decaf with extra shot is because I want stronger espresso flavor without the added caffeine). I took a while for the order to be punched into the computer and my drink came out looking fine, but you've really gotta stir stir stir and stir your latte or you'll get no flavor the first 2/3 of the drink and the bottom loaded with sweet syrup. But at least refills are free! Tried the new Pretzel Chicken Sandwich, the bacon and cheese were nice but it's still not as good a sandwich as the Bacon Ranch Chicken because the pretzel roll would be better paired with grilled chicken, while their French Roll is perfect with the fried chicken. Also had the chocolate croissant, it's a little smaller than I prefer, otherwise passable.

Every time I come here, I'm always treated pleasantly by the staff. I've been here in the morning during the rush, in the evening when it's quiet, and I get a friendly employee wishing me a good day/night. They are definitely doing something right here. Way to go, management!

I was literally counting the days till opening when I found out it was them. I LOVE them WAYYY better than Lamar's, but to each it's own. I love their sandwiches and I guess it's more of nostalgia for me. I finally went a few nights ago and used my DD for perks. I got a dozen donuts and a muffin. I wanted to try their Benedict breakfast sandwich, but they don't make that one at this location. It was about 9:30 at night when I went because I HATE crowds. The days prior either literally had about 30 people inside and the drive thru was another mess, so I waited till night purposely. Dozen donuts- a variety of Bavarian cream, glazed, choco glaze, blueberry cake, powdered bavarian cream, boston kreme and Blueberry muffin. They were all delicious, but the galzed chocolate taste Much better when fresh.. They had a fresh batch being made even at night and I love that, because you don't HAVE to get stale donuts like some places..I can't wait to go back and get the APple fritters, they look SOOOO good.. This is my go to place now and forget Lamars..lol

Pros: Cheaper than Lamar's. Better hours than Lamar's. Love the coffee and the breakfast foods are yummy. Most of the time the donuts taste fresh. Cons: Several times they've run out of donuts or at the least the flavors we want. One time I drove up and ordered a half dozen donuts and they didn't have ANY. I was super bummed. Will of course go back because when the sugar craving strikes at 9pm they're my only option.

I've tried DD a couple times now to give them a fair chance but this place is terrible. If you like the donuts here it's probably because you're from back east or you just have horrible taste or most likely both. Once might be an anomaly but 3 out of the 4 times I've been here they served us stale donuts so it's definitely a recurring theme. They also seem to constantly be out of the most basic flavors of donuts. The only redeeming experience earning the second star is the Munchkins. If you can get some of those fresh, which is rare, then they're pretty good.

I should have turned my car around when there was no lights on the outside of the building....are they open....no lights outside at all and the drive thru was closed, just before 8pm. Its already not located in the best neighborhood, but to be backed out is crazy. against my intuition i went in because i could see a few heads from my car. I ordered a dozen assorted, of course they were out of the donuts i wanted so i randomly picked some that looked decent to try. After spending almost $15 on a dozen, and the staff look just short of "crack heads" i got in the car and took huge bite of a donut on the ride home to the kids i nearly gaged to death the donuts were so dry--old tasting. at home we tried them with dipped in milk and still could not consume what they call a donut. In the trash can the dozen went- we called it a loss and went to krispy kream the next day to satisfy our craving. the 20 minute drive one way to krispy kream is worth it for a donut that melts in your mouth. never going to dunking donuts again. sad because I'm from Cleveland and i grew up on dunking donuts-but this location 88th and Washington is a joke

I could not wait for this place to open, I love their coffee and they always seem to put just enough cream and sugar in it. Not a fan of their donuts, I am pretty sure they have them shipped in. Breakfast sandwiches are good. Customer service is always top notch.

I went to get a donut and one of their turkey sausage breakfast sandwiches. The sandwich was dry and tasteless, akin to eating cardboard. The donut was nothing special, I could've got better at the local Safeway. The coffee was weak and about the temperature of molten lava. I shant be returning to a Dunkin Donuts in the near future.

Love DD!! Very excited they are here. Been in this location several times and the place was very clean, the staff were great and the food was yummy. Will only get my donuts here. My father in-law and husband love the coffee.

Never being to a dunkin donuts before i heard great things and expected better. Still a month after their opening they do not serve tea. Every time i go in i ask and they always say we just ordered it should be on the way or still waitin on that truck. Sorry guys, but i work in a restaurant, i know it's not just a truck you're waiting on. Frozen coffee coolatta was dreadful, my girlfriend says all the coffee coolattas are the same way. One night the kid running the restaurant told us he was coming down with something while he was handling food and beverage...not good.
