Don't get the Cheese steak sandwich. Its messy and tastes gross. I think I'll just stick to wings from now on.

Yet another BWW that disappoints with its customer service. Came in with high hopes, the dining room has beautiful decor more in the high end. Ordered the food was great that's one thing that never disappoints. Unfortunately our waitress took too long to serve our beers. She didn't come and check on the table and our glasses were always empty we asked a few times to get refills and it took an excessive amount of time really disappointed.

A tired restaurant with tired looking servers. Nothing really going for this place. The food (buffalo chicken salad) looks like it was taken out of a box. So they have beer and TVs, but who doesn;t. I see no reason to come out here again.

Buffalo wild wings is usually a great place to go, but when you get terribly slow service when is not even busy, it ruins your mood. This particular location didn't know how to communicate with the customer to let us know they were short staffed or the kitchen was behind. All we needed was a simple, "hey, we're running a little behind", but all we got was attitude from our server and a clueless manager.

  • john W.

Wings, WINGS! Other stuff too, but WINGS! The curds, were delicious but the wing flavor choices are what wins it. Lots of joints have; hot, hotter, we warned you, but BW3 has flavors. Hot is great but not on it's own.

  • Nahla W.

Horrible experience. The wings were hairy and they even had some nasty bones hanging out and fried alone like they were meat. Mentioned to waitress that we didn't enjoy the food and she said the manager would be by but he never came. We paid full price for food we didn't even eat. Decided instead of complaining there I would warn others here.

I went to the bar because the restaurant area was filled with kids. No problem. The stars are for the service I got at the bar, she was very attentive and never had to ask for anything. The non stars are for the wings. Their signature dish was undercooked rubbery and soggy. They put a lot of money into these places and do a great job with advertising but when it comes down to it, they have to deliver on what they are named for. Bummer.

So we all know that one goes to BWW for drinks and sports. However, that should not automatically mean you get crappy, incompetent service. We came here for a soccer match and started off by ordering some beers and a cider flight. The fact it took 20min to get our order placed should have been the first clue. Once we got our drinks, they were wrong so we waited another 20 minutes. The best part was that our waitress was the most arrogant and rude person I've ever seen. I had to speak with the manager it got so bad, but since the manager was just as rude you can guess what happened. In any event, there are better more friendly places to grab a drink and watch sports. Steer clear of this place unless you like being treated like an invalid.

Always great service every time we visit this company regardless of location. New sauces. Love the wings.

Wings and beer. Need I say more. Fast service, lots of TVs and any game you want. Ask for Danielle's section. Smiling, and always attentive. Lots if varieties if wings too.

Came to this location for the UFC fights and a good central location to meet my friends. I was impressed with Nick our server. He kept everything coming out quickly and making sure we had everything we have. I love the atmosphere here, service has always been great, I'm just not a huge fan of the food which is why the 4 stars.

I love wings and this restaurant does them justice! This chain of restaurants is just amazing! I love their sauces and the size of their wings! I have been coming to these restaurants for nearly 10 years now! My favorite sauce is the mango habanero. It is spicy and sweet. The flavor just blows my taste buds making want more and more! There are times that I will order other flavors to eat with the mango habanero, but I stick mainly to that. Other good sauces are Teriyaki, Asian Zing, Parmesan Garlic, honey bbq and their dry rubs which are lemon pepper and Desert heat. Love them! The consistency through each restaurant is great and I have never had a bad experience dining in or taking out. Go on Tuesday for 60 cent wings, best deal for them! Or a $12 all you can eat lunch. I don't remember the times valid, but check with your local restaurant. Appetizers and burgers are super excellent as well! You can choose any wing sauce and have it put on your burger :) They also have a huge variety of beer on tap and in bottle for those wanting others than your typical bud or coors. Love the atmosphere and always have a great time!

Well, really, what do you like? If it's amazing wings, beer and 328 T.V.s, then this is the place for you! The service is always prompt and friendly. Good is exactly what you expect every time! Not really my idea of fun, but my family loves it, so 4 stars for them! Wish they had a few more vegetarian options. Great place to watch the game and play some trivia.

This was a very nice location. The place was very packed but they had a lot of room. Beer specials were very good. And the wings as always were spectacular. The server was very nice and on top of everything .

I don't see what's so great about this place. Service is slow, food is cheap, frozen and slapped together. Bathroom very dirty.

  • Anna B.

Been there several times because they play the ufc fights. Their wings are dry, taste old and super salty (and I generally love salty stuff). Service is good, never had an issue with that. Although, the bartender under pours (I have watched him make me drinks) so stick with beer. I will not return to this location.

  • Tara H.

I am standing here waiting to pick up my food. I've been waiting for over 10 minutes. There have been at least 5-10 people who have come by without asking to help me. There have also been many of the workers just standing around. I'm very disappointed!

  • Estella B.

We walked in, sat, and waited 15 minutes and nobody took out drink order! So we left and came over to BJ's and were greeted, seated, and served up immediately. Don't waste your time!

The bf and I came here for a quick drink and pit stop before singing the night away to Sweet Caroline with Neil Diamond at the 1st Bank Center and were both surprised by the following things: -The bar was packed. Not sure if it was full of other concert goers or just sports watchers, but it was crowded! -Service was slow. Even though we took quick shots at the bar, service took a while. boo. -They are one of a few businesses that offer a military discount. The bartender offered to pay for our round of drinks, showing support for my boyfriend and the like. Overall, not too bad. Not worth the drive up north but it's decent. I just can't bring myself to pay that much for food served on plastic plates with plastic silverware.

It's a Sports Bar. There are TVs, Fried Food, Loud People, Trivia, Poker, and People Watching. The Food? Eh... the food is generic bar food, and I genuinely HATE their Boneless Buffalo Wings. But I understand that is an opinion, and honestly, their Bone-In Wings are not terrible. (Especially in BBQ or Spicy Garlic Sauce with Ranch.) Their Onion Rings are good, but they are they typical SYSCO Frozen Beer Battered ones. (I happen to like those.) And their "Fried Mushrooms" are tasty, but a teeeeensy portion. The potato options are fun, wedges, chips, or skinny fries, all available with melted actual cheese on top. Dip 'em in the Bacon Ranch. Nom Nom. The Nachos, on the other hand... Skeeeerrry! They literally had GELLED that Orange-Glow Cheez-Saus on them. Not so much there. Their cheesecake is apparently good, at least based on the rate at which my friends' tend to scarf it down. When it's not Happy Hour, their drinks tend on the expensive side, but there can be some decent specials. All in all, it's a Sports Bar. Don't go in with high expectations, and you won't be disappointed.

Service was slow...waitress took our drink orders and didn't not return before happy hour was over to take our appetizer orders. Think she also had a cold, ick. 70 wings, 3 basket of fries, a few drinks...$60. Can't beat that on a Tuesday night!

  • Rinks A.

The wings up here is horrible. The main dish they are named after is the worst. The wings are horribly over cooked and hard and dry. I tried several times and all the times it was horrible. Loved the pulled pork and potato wedges. gave three starts for not doing justice to their brand name. Love the atmosphere and service

Buffalo Wild Wings has good food, however, the service here is atrocious. Not only are they super slow but they are absolutely oblivious. Our experience tonight was dreadful... Our server was aloof and we were sitting right next to the kitchen door, where servers come in and out... We got our appetizer and then had to wait 20 minutes to even get our order taken. While we were waiting for our server to appear we saw what I think was the general manager and even HE was unaware of his surroundings... We tried to get his attention and he had no idea.. Finally we flagged down our server and got our food order in and still waited forever. Bottom line, food is good but if you're looking for quality service and personable people.. You're in the wrong place.

  • Greg H.

This BWW has been passable at best. The wings came out undercooked before, the service was terrible, and the appetizers came out after the meals. I was also charged for things that you're not supposed to get charged for and told "Well, that's what we do at this location" as if it were a convenience charge or something. Why don't you just charge me for dirtying the glass of water and the refills on it too.

    (2)
  • Samantha S.

Its OK. Yes I have had better. I know this is a chain and often you can't experiment with the recipes... I just find the food OK... I came here for Monday Night football after work with my boss. We sat in the bar area. The service was good ( that is always a big factor to me)... and the crowd was rather well behaved for a bar crowd.. The occasionally whoop and holler over a good play... but that was it. Pretty decent atmosphere for a sports bar.... We tried 4 different types of wings ( boneless)... I remember the Spicy Garlic was OK and something sweet AND spicy ( can't remember the name for the life of me). ... but they are not anything so uniquely done... I will give props to the chips... they are pretty decent... They have their work cut out for them when the Quaker Steak and Lube opens across the street! One of my favorite places back home.... Good to come and drink and munch on some snacks... watch some games.... Not something I would go out of my way for....

    (3)
  • Colin M.

Gross. Gone are 50 cent traditional wing Tuesdays replaced with 60 cent wings with a choice between traditional or some unknown piece of chicken nether region that has been labeled boneless. The wings that we got were soggy and the meat was tasteless. The fries were room temperature. It cannot be that hard to properly work a deep fryer. This place is no longer a deal by any stretch of the means and I will not be giving them my business.

You are the wind beneath my (Buffalo) wings... What a fun place to hang out and watch a game .... have a beer .... or watch people drinking beer while watching a game! The noise level is LOUD ... perfect for ignoring someone you don't want to talk or listen to. The food is pretty good. Try the Fried Pickles... or the Caribbean Jerk (that is a flavor ... and not a rude Caribbean Pirate) wings. The standard buffalo sauce is very tangy and quite delicious.

  • Courtney B.

I eat here on my lunch break sometimes. The service is often not so great, but the food during the 12pm hour is fresh and tasty. I get sat right away and I have enough time to order, eat, pay and leave. It's convenient and tastes good.

We enjoy this Buffalo Wild Wings because it's close and my other half loves the mango habanero sauce. It's his all-time favorite out of most of the wing joints in Denver & the surrounding area. I like the naked tenders that you can get with a side of whatever sauce you choose. It's a lighter option than going with the fried traditional wings. We always sit at the bar where the bartenders area consistently friendly & helpful. This Buffalo Wild Wings lacks the charm & local feel to it so most times we opt to head over to the location off of 80th in Arvada.

  • Kyle S.

Ribs tasted VERY VERY BAD like the meat was bad (this was the worst *felt sick afterwords)! Appetizers came right after our meal arrived and they were mostly cold. Waitress apologized (not sure it was her fault). We were very pleasant in our concerns but now all of a sudden she was shying away from our table (no refills unless we flagged her down - POLITELY) Tipped her 20% as I think that sends a better message then a poor tip! We have been to this BW's many times and it has always been very good - THIS WILL PROBABLY BE OUR LAST TIME TO THIS ONE! Server was Lauren B (ticket #677568.1 $77.10 plus $15.00 tip = $92.10)

Very good experience food was taking a little bit longer than usual after making an online order so the manager discounted our food by 50% & Gave us a coupon for free wings next time

Mediocre food. Ordered a buffalo chicken salad with grilled chicken. Had to send it back as the chicken was so rubbery you couldn't cut it much less chew it. Went with less healthy option of fried chicken fingers. Service is excellent, draft beer good, food...not so much.

I only give this place 5 fake stars because of our waitress Brooke. She was awesome! They have 3 projection screen tvs, all of which were fuzzy. This location you were probably better off sitting at the restaurant side versus the bar side. There were plenty of other tvs to watch the games. However, they weren't that big...I'm not saying they need to be 50" plus but larger than 17". Food was the same as any BWW's you can't really stray from the concept. This location does make a mean bloody mary that cured my hangover. Not one of the better BWW locations.

Perhaps I'm spoiled, but I was expecting BW3's boneless wings to have a bit more meat and a bit less breading. They were damn good though. I've only been here a couple times and have never been impressed by the atmosphere or the service, but the food is pretty good. I decided to avoid both problem areas by picking up a takeout order on a recent rainy night. I called on my way home from work, placed my order, and picked it up exactly 15 minutes later just as I was quoted. I really appreciated that the takeout employees display the contents of each container so there isn't any confusion. More companies should do this. Anyway, my wings were fast and good and I was happy. I'd like to give 3.5, but BW3, I really just can't give you a 4. Maybe if your dine-in atmosphere was less obnoxious. Sorry.

Honestly, the only bad thing about this place is that it's almost always too bright and often a bit too loud. But I really enjoy everything else about the place. I've been there many times to grab a beer at the bar with friends. The bartenders are always happy, friendly and attentive. It seems like everyone really enjoys working there and that says something about a place. It's a comfy bar with big TVs. I'm not really a sports fan but I like playing trivia. They have it displayed on the big screen and that's a bonus. They often have a decent sized group of people playing, too. I've had a few things off of the menu, too, and all of it has been good. The wing sauces are fabulous and served on good quality chicken. I wouldn't say that anything is healthy but sometimes you need to eat something bad for you. I'll keep going back. Even the patio is good for some people watching in the summer. Keep up the good work!

where can you go and rely on an awesome good night grub? Buffalo Wild Wings! i have been coming to this place often and the service had not disappoint me yet. the waiters are so nice over there and that the food is the bomb.

BW3 is good enough for a neighborhood wing joint. It will never be featured on Food Network, but it's fast and close and the wings are tasty. If only they delivered. I will say that this place is not great for lunch. It just takes to darn long.

I took my oldest boy here and we laughed and enjoyed wings while playing some games at the table. Service was great and so was the food. A overall fun place to eat lunch.

I'm a self proclaimed lover of everything Buffalo Wild Wings. My last apartment was chosen SPECIFICALLY because it was across the street from a BW's. I have never had such lousy service in as the service I got at this BW's. Now granted it was a Saturday morning, the bar area was relatively packed with people watching their favorite college football, but seriously. Our waiter, Leonard, came up and just looked at us. No "hey what can I get you to drink?" or anything just blank stare. We both ordered beers and waters, the waters were brought out promptly and our beers sat, where I could see them already poured for I kid you not 15 minutes. Apparently Leonard had a bad ass game of solitaire going on on the computer or he's addicted to looking at them because he went from the one behind us, to the one over by the dining area, to the one in the cubby by the bar, and then back again. He did this circle no less than 10 times before he noticed our beers. He comes back and I have to ASK if we can order food. No dude I didn't come here to eat, I just came to hang, you could at least ask, if we were eating. The manager brought out our food, which by now we both needed more beers. Mr Man was able to give Leonard the heads up from across the bar, and again his beer sat for another 15 mins or so. When ol' Leonard finally noticed it after doing this computer jig again he actually stirred it up. GOT OUT A SWIZZLE STICK AND STIRRED IT UP so it'd be foamy again. I thought Matt's head was going to pop off. I had to order a beer from another waitress and made the comment that I didn't think that ol' Leo liked us because apparently he was allergic to our side of the bar area. My beer was brought promptly and politely. By now an hour and a half into it, most of the other patrons had left. Either their game was over, or they just were hungry, or thirsty and were going our to find their own food/ drinks. I was so disappointed when we left. At least I know one BW's that I'm not going back to.

I've been here several times and each time i have a blast. the place is great. the environment is fun. and the people you go with only makes it cooler =] i was visiting my boyfriend here in colorado and he and his friend took me to this place and i loved it. i loved it so much i had to go back before i got on my flight. i mean i almost missed my flight. don't want to make it sound like it's beyond five stars but it's a definite must go. i mean applebees is suppose to be like "the" sports bar type of place, but I'd say buffalo wild wings can beat it any day. the service here is also good and acceptable. they are definitely friendly people. shhh, but my boyfriend's friend actually also enjoyed eating there because his waitress was soo cute and nice =] service speed is not disappointing...hmm i really don't have much more i can say...except you have to VISIT!!! lol i'm probably a bit too ecstatic about this also because i am a city girl, so i don't do much of this. *innocent shrug WARNING: the portions are huge or pretty huge so don't bite more than you can chew

  • Alicia H.

Service is slow and the food & aps come out in odd orders, but the wings are cooked great (wings on the sauce before being cooked). Again... I like to try out all the locations to find the best BWW to spend my Tuesday nights.

  • Steve K.

We've gone to BWW several times, but last Sunday caused me to write a review. I called ahead and asked if they were showing the Dallas/Philly game (that conflicted with the Broncos game). They said 'yes', and I should come well before the 2:15 kickoff. We arrived at 1:30, and I asked the Hostess which screen would show the Dallas game. She promptly took us to a table right in front, and at 2:15, YES, the Dallas game appeared! KUDOS! Bonus star added! During the next 4 hours, we ordered countless beers, "The Sampler" appetizer ($11) and the boneless Mango Habanero wings ($9). We were expecting fire-breathing, eye-bulging, rectum burning wings, but these were just--Ehh! Mildly spicy. That's an automatic 2-star deduction! The service was great--especially since the bar was crowded--and our Server would check on us every 10 minutes or so. Still, I'm deducting a half-star because the specialty beer was "so-so", and another half-star because there were several screaming children in the bar. I'm not judging, but taking your children to a sports bar, where guys are yelling expletive-filled rants at the football players, is probably not a good idea. Overall, we will be back. The sports bar experience is better here than at Rock Bottom (in the Promenade), BJ's Tavern (next door), or Old Chicago (located near 88th & Wadsworth).

I LOVE THIS PLACE. BWW has the best wings ever. so flavorful and delish, couldn't ask for better. I don't really come here to eat the other stuff because I think BWW pretty much just specializes in wings. I've the salads, and burgers and stuff and it's a so-so experience. But I'm always there for the wings. They could totally expand their drink list but that's about it. Great service, waitresses and waiters are always coming to back to check up/refill drinks. I've never under-tipped anyone here because their service is fantastic. There's lots of entertainment and tv's. It's quite loud of it's busy but that's fine. It's still decent enough to have a conversation. All in all, BWW is a great hangout place with great wings. It will forever be my #1 wing spot.

    (5)
  • Brandi F.

Every BW3s is loud, but this location I found to be a little less so. It's hard to give more than 3 stars because there's always a wait for your food and while it's not quite as loud as other locations, it's still hard to have a conversation over the din.

    (3)
  • Chris M.

Went with a party of 5 and 2 people got confirmed cases of food poisoning. The food is not that good, it's not worth it. Do not risk your health, do not go here. I can't believe I have to give it even one star. NEVER AGAIN.

  • Melyssa W.

I love this place with 49 cent wing Tuesday and Bonless wing Thursdays...so many flavors to choose from. They do wings here really well oh and Fried Pickles. Can be pricey if you get a waiter/waitress who nickle and dimes you, but worth the price on a Tuesday for Sure. Love the Mango Habanero Sauce!

whatever its a chain. foods ok we came here because hacienda up the street sucked. they were very helpful and quick with drinks and food.

  • Dan S.

One of my former co-workers seems really like this place so this is usually where we meet him for lunch to see how things are going for him. The first time I went I had the wings with the hottest sauce they have and it did live up to it's end of the bargain. They were blazin all right and I paid for it later. This time I decided that blazing hot wings weren't a good idea when I have to go back to work so I had the black and blue burger instead. I do love my wings and I was sad about not getting them but it was a pretty decent burger. Their shoestring fries are really good too. Service was decent but the place was pretty dead for their noon rush. No complaints other than they don't have any sweeteners.

  • Col. Hector B.

I wouldn't touch wings for a 10-year period in my life. I think I associated the flavor with being in bars I didn't like with people I liked even less: seeing a pile of them would send me into an intractable depression. Wings were Rockies shirts and PT Cruisers. Wings were the deafening big-screens, the crazed CGI segues of their sports programming a bald acknowledgment that the distant events they primed were of absolutely no consequence whatsoever. Wings were no cool music playing. Wings were ennui. But having a place three minutes away that stakes its brand on them, and knowing exactly nobody in the neighborhood, it was only a matter of time before I found myself in front of a basket. And you know? Not bad. I've explored the medium-hot spectrum of their 13-odd wing flavors. I like the sweet-hot Asian Zing (I know, I know), Caribbean Jerk, and Hot BBQ. Although the kitchen could do a better job of keeping the heat levels consistent. I've had Hot BBQ and Caribbean Jerk baskets I've torn right through, and some so hot I could barely finish them. Last night I veered from my usual basket of a dozen and tried a ribs-and-wings combo. Mistake. The ribs were chewy, with a flat, greasy flavor. I ordered them with the Asian Zing sauce and they were like convenience store teriyaki nuggets that had somehow found their way onto a bone. The fries, which looked promising -- long, slender spikes with skin on either end -- weren't cooked well and I left them untouched next to the ramekin of perfunctory coleslaw. They were like eating warm packing material. The slaw actually wasn't bad, but slaw doesn't satisfy as a discrete entity; it has to be the perfect counterpoint for great BBQ. Which this wasn't. Nonetheless, my local BWW is staffed by cheery kids who are unfailingly prompt, friendly and efficient, and I'll probably be back for a dozen from time to time. When in Westminster...

I was with phyllis of choi realty and saw places in arvada but I said you can have this stuff as i lived in la and am personal friend with bunch of celebs and shaolin monks. Some wings were tasty but most tasted like poopenhausen and flat beer is only good for pimp wrestlers. Tap beer drunkened me anyways because I get melancholy when think about when the nazis took my granddad factory and 2000 window warehouse in Hamburg because he refused to join the NSDAP that I would have inherited. I am so angry ... we would have 1000 or 10 000 employees by now - but I am also happy my granddad said go to hell to mr. hitler rather than just go along and be his bff even if it means my grandma had to live as a chief secretary and my ma as a doctor - a slaves job but the wings were a bit dried and small.
