Similar to cold stone and as good if not better. I like how the ice cream is home made and you can put as many toppings on it. The ice cream itself is creamy. I got the dark chocolate ice cream and added marshmallows and sliced almonds. It was delicious and the flavor tasted good and not fake. Also tried the coffee ice cream which was good too. Nice place to get some good ice cream!

Ice cream instantly left us feeling mildly sick for the rest of the day. It must be loaded with preservatives and various unhealthy junk. Least favorite memory of Vail. They had a Marble Slab in my town that shut down and turned into a TCBY. What's the hold up Vail?

This place may have good ice cream but it also has horrible service! My sister and I waited in line for 15 minutes dying for a good cup of hot chocolate. When it came time for us to order, the man behind the counter informed us that they had absolutely NO hot drinks left. There was no sign on the board, no sign outside to inform us of this. We asked to Speak to the manager and she informed us that there was nothing she could do, NOTHING! not even put up a sign telling other people that they were out of all hot beverages!! Horrible management and horrible customer service!.

Average ice cream. After you've tried Little Man Ice Cream in Denver, nothing is as good. I bought the birthday cake yogurt and it was edible. The group I was with (who has never experienced Little Man) seemed to really enjoy their treats. The prices weren't exorbitant and the service was quality. The staff knew their flavors and offered recommendations for cones, flavors, and even mix-ins. If you can't go to Denver for Little Man, this will do, but I personally will not try another ice cream place again, I am just always disappointed, but that has more to do with my exceptional experience and less to do with personal flaws of this establishment. Meh. Try it.

Way better than Cold Stone! Marble Slab's ice cream tasted better and wasn't as sweet as Cold Stone. I ordered Irish Cream ice cream with crushed oreo cookie toppings in a Heath chocolate dipped waffle bowl. Oh it was heaven! The Irish Cream flavor was creamy and soft with hints of coffee. The crushed oreo cookies gave each bite a nice crunch. Then, there was the waffle bowl, which was the best part! Cost Breakdown: Original sized ice cream $3.49 + 1 mixin $0.74 + Dipped Waffle Bowl $1.99 = $6.22 + tax. Highly recommended!

So, I've gotten milkshakes here and they are delicious!! However, the customer service is as awful as the shakes are wonderful. They look at me like making my milkshake is a burden and heaven forbid I ask for a sample of something. Don't ask to speak to a manager either because the one I dealt with when I had an issue once was worse than anybody else there. She was useless. Didn't offer to help me out in any way and acted like my opinion was invalid. I'm always a tipper, but no matter how many times I come in and leave a 25% tip I still get treated like they're doing me a huge favor just by serving me. I wish they would do something about the horrible service.
