Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

Delivery on a weekday took 75 minutes, and the pizza was cold upon arrival. Awfully expensive for something so disappointing.

I have uncontrollable cravings for hot wings --and I call them often. Calling this location sometimes its easy and stress free--sometimes not so much .At times , they forget small items: additional ranch or add ons I May have. Rarely they take my name and information down incorrect. If I didn't live so close this would definatley be more of an issue. I deal with it and take the good with the bad. I love their very vinagar-y hot wings. I called yesterday to get my fix and I ordered the 8 piece. I got home and it was a 7 piece. Really not a big deal to me - they were big pieces . I kinda wished the management would take note of the small problems they have and make the adjustments so its a little less stressful. Otherwise its not bad for such a small pizza hut branch.

Upon leaving Pizza Hut as a employee years ago, I swore off the stuff until every once in a while I crave something like for instance, a while back, pan pizza, bad for you but oh so good, anyways, called in a order, they were out of pan pizza...really??? So decided, stuffed crust may be a good second option, was told the delivery was extremely long, like 2 hours. I accepted this. But it was 45 minutes past that and my pizza was doughy and underdone. Should've figured out not to order again but, this past Friday, figured I didn't want to cook and it's on the way home I decided to place a online order to pick up later in the day. You figure 9+ hours is enough time, apparently not. I went to pick it up, I was about 5 minutes early, there was a long line of people, it was busy for sure. So went up to pick it up, wasn't done yet. Ok. Waited...waited...about 15 minutes after it was supposed to be done, I heard one of the employees yell "remake"...oh those words shook me and surely it was one of my pizzas. So the gentleman working the front, was very apologetic, he actually gave me the "remake" as there was only a small part of the crust that had been bent over by another pizza crammed in the oven too close, and gave us a $20 credit. That will be the last time, once I use my credit, that I will order from there. There are far better Pizza places to order from especially if you are going to pick it up. Don't know what's happened to the Hut since I worked there. Seemed like it was more customer friendly. Oh well.....bye bye...

After waiting 45 minutes for carry out I was handed a cold pizza that was about 25% crust without the extra sauce and pepperoni I asked for. May have been the worst pizza I've ever had. Won't be going back. I'm done with them.

I will not order from this branch ever again. The last few times the food takes forever, is cold when I get it, the dough is not cooked all the way, breaksticks have no flavor, nobody seems to know what is going on there. Two hour delivery times is a joke. The only reason the got 2 stars is the wings were good. I keep giving them chances but nothing has changed a couple years.

Worst store ever. We get burned every time we order from here. I like the stuffed crust so we give it a try every once in a while. Never again. This time we never even got our pizza. Tried to call the store for 4 days for a refund or the pizza. No answer. Finally someone answered and said she'd have the manager call. Never called. Then, someone picked up just to hang up. We went in to handle fave to face and saw first hand the phone ring and ring with no answer and twice a girl picked up and hung up!

They never answer the phone! What kind of service is that! I've tried call before in the passed and was on hold for 45mins! And once someone picked up they hug up on me! I forgave and a few months later I tried calling again. Same thing! On hold for 30 mins and someone hug up on me! I've never ordered from this branch before as they never gave me the opportunity. They do not care about the customers. I had to order from dominos and blackjack. They don't even deserve the one star that they got

I tired this location a few times and tonight was the LAST TIME! Pizza took two hours to get here and of course it's cold. I called and was told I could come in tomorrow to get coupons but they do not give refunds. Horrible customer service!! Don't even waste your time on them.

What a mess. You would think on a Saturday night they would have enough staff. I am afraid to eat after seeing the mess on the floor and in the kitchen. Everyone in the store is complaining about their coworkers. Where is the management in this place. Eat at your own risk.

Took an hour and a half to get our order on a thursday night and it was barely warm. They are literally 4 blocks down the street. I'll order from Papa Johns next time, they're quicker and have a better product. The pan pizza is definitely not what it used to be!

Rock hard fries possibly refried which will give food poisoning or just really sick. Mozzarella sticks soggy and wings hardly had any sauce and very hard to chew. They should close this place.

Once again this location SUCKS! I hate that I love a pan supreme pizza hut pizza. The last 2 times I tried to order I could not get the payment to go through online. Called the store they would not honor online price. Tonight ordered online, payment went through.. delivery time 58 minutes. Cool! One hour 15 min later call to store...waited 15 min on hold only to be disconnected. Called again. 7 min wait, Husband calls on cell phone answers after 3 min.... WTF! I was informed the wait time was 2 hours when I placed online order after web site said 58 minutes. Get your shit together. I will have to pick up my next pan pizza from a different location the next time I get the craving...... Franks place and Blackjack pizza offer must less BS!

No worth it. I've had two sour customer service experiences with this location. No more for me. First bad experience: online order for carry out in July, had my email confirmation in hand when I arrived, cashier hands me the pizzas. I point out they had the toppings wrong and the cashier proceeded to tell me "That's not what the order said!" with a little sassy head shake. I show her the email confirmation, she repeats that I'm wrong. I take the pizzas, furious, and Tweeted corporate customer service. I get a phone call the next day from the manager , apologizing, and that was it. Fast forward to Saturday night. Another online order for delivery ths time. Big dinner box plus an extra order of breadsticks. Driver hands hubby the dinner box, hubby asks where the extra breadsticks are, driver tells him we're mistaken, no extra sticks, hubby shows him the receipt with the extra sticks on the order, driver shrugs him off and drives away, I call the store and am told, "Oh well, we can give you a $4 credit?". Nope, not acceptable. I tell the cashier to send the sticks I ordered over. Then, I ask to talk to the manager, who defended the driver and said, "Well, we'll talk to him about his service skills, ma'am.". I get mistakes happen, but that's twice in six months they've tried to lay their mistakes back on the customer. Done with them. We'll stick with locally owned chains from now on!

The customer service is bad. This store voided an order and never notified me. Apparently they were out of pan pizza. I wish they would have compensated me for waiting so long.

I really like this place. I've only had one problem which was they accidentally gave my order to a delivery guy and I had to wait for more to be made. But they were very nice and gave me free bread sticks. The people who work here are very nice.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
