Had a great dinner, Aussie fries are always awesome and had to get my ribeye of course. Service was great and I have to take my hat off to the staff when they had to deal with a customer who kept insisting his prime rib was too raw! Really sir??? It's a prime rib. The manager took care of the bill and even though this customer clearly didn't understand what a prime rib was suppose to look like they treated him with a ton of respect..way more than they deserved.

The service has taken a dive.... The food isn't my favorite anymore. They no longer offer 1000 island dressing which is a huge disappointment. The last time we went there for dinner i ordered my usual 6oz outback special with garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were grey and runny... NOT edible. The server did replace the mashed potatoes with another side which was a relief. Not 100% happy with this location. Hate that i have to drive 25+ minutes to different location

Worst food I've ever had at an Outback. Sirloin steaks had nerve running through it, pork chop was WAY overcooked and everything was super salty. The manager was pleasant and took some of the bill off, but it's glaringly obvious why this restaurant was eerily silent on a Monday night. There is absolutely zero excuse for this kind of presentation.

The worst service from waiter all the way to management. Wife ordered chicken salad and I ordered rare steak. Took 45 mins and chicken was raw and pink. Asked for new and it took 15 mins for new chicken. Manager came by with small plate of grilled chicken and asked if this is more to our liking ? Are you serious - yes cooked chicken is more to our liking.. no compensation. Never again shame on outback.

The ambiance in this Outback is better than the others I have been to. It is more intimate. Steve was our server and was Great! He was attentive to our every request. I had the 8oz steak which was cooked to perfection and the rest of our meal was awesome! Thanks for helping make our vacation a good one!

We came here last night. I've never been to this location before. The hostess was attentive and sat us immediately. The server was exceptional as well - we didn't wait for anything but she wasn't intrusive. Steaks were perfectly cooked and piping hot when we got them. Salad was cold and fresh. Potato soup was tasty. Really - all around awesome meal and experience. We usually go to the Louisville location but the hosting staff aren't as attentive and the food is usually nothing to write about. I was very pleased.

First time ok... Second time no... Steak over cooked asked for a comp glass of wine. Nope didn't care that I had to eat after the kids. Annoying

Awesome lunch specials! I've always went to Outback for dinners but never stopped by for lunch, until today. I was very impressed with the portions and value on their lunch menu. I had the bottomless Caesar Salad and Chicken tortilla soup for $6.99 and three members of my group had the steak and chicken tacos. Everyone who tried the tacos said they were delicious. I will definitely go back for the soup and salad. If you're looking for a good and reasonable lunch spot, keep this in mind!

I love this place never disappointed they serve well portioned meals you'll be to full for desert. Prices are great and servers are always polite! I go here often with my husband and kids

Worst prime rib ever. Ordered it rare there was not an oz. of pink through out the steak. When I sent it back the manager brought it back and said "it's the best we can do". Do not go here the management is terrible!

We did call ahead seating, which was supposed to take 45 minutes. When we arrived the girl at the front door told us it would be 5-15 more minutes. After 15 minutes I asked the hostess how much more time and I relayed the information that I was told. She told me she didn't know why the girl at the door told me only 5-15 since it was going to be at least another 15 minutes. What is the purpose of call ahead seating if they can't even come close to the actual time? After sitting I realized why their wait time was so far off. The kitchen was absolutely horrible. Both my mom and I ordered the filet mignon. They came out fatty and over seasoned. After sending them back and having them remade they were still fatty and over seasoned. In addition hers was overcooked. We gave up. Service was wonderful but the kitchen was awful. We had Jesse as a server and she was absolutely fantastic. The kitchen needs to get it together!

This use to be one of our favorite places to eat! The last 2 times we were in, the Steaks were very tuff. Wondering if they changed suppliers for their steaks. So guess it's back to Texas Road House!

My wife and I went in and sat down in the bar area at an open table. Waited 15 minutes and no one came by to wait on us, but we did see a lot of staff walk by our table with out acknowledging our presence. We got up and left, will not go back to this location again. Shame on you Outback, epic fail...

Meh. We ordered takeout, which my expectations are always low for, but they surprisingly got the order [mostly] correct (in that nothing was missing). Their glaring mistake came when we saw the steak my husband ordered. My husband ordered the filet and shrimp combo, and let me tell you, this was no filet. I know a good filet when I see one, I've cooked filet, I order filet whenever i have steak, and basically, I LOVE filets... And who wouldn't? That juicy, plump, round cut of tenderloin is mouthwatering (when prepared correctly). What my husband received was an incredibly small, flat, tough, fatty cut of cheap beef... It reminded him more of skirt steak. That is definitely NOT what we ordered and paid for, but I digress. What else did we expect from a pick-up order from a big-box national chain restaurant. Quality and consistency are always lacking at these places. His meal unsatisfying and not worth the price paid - even with the four dinky shrimp that came with it. My shrimp Caesar salad was fine... A decent amount of shrimp came with it, which was surprising to me. All in all, we'll probably go back to avoiding chain restaurants again after this. The food at these places is never worth the time or money. The reason we gave Outback a shot is because they do have a decent selection of gluten-free friendly menu options.

I hadn't been to an Outback Steak House in quite some time. Now I remember why. The $20 prime rib was tough and tasteless. The hamburger was dry (including the bun). The "Signature Salad" for $4 is a joke. The size is quite small and lacking in ingredients. The waiter appeared to be wanting to be elsewhere. Needless to say, I won't be back anytime soon to any Outback.

Such an awesome dinner experience. After shopping til we dropped, Abby Q. and I were famished and in need of decent quality protein and carbs. Outback to the rescue! Everything we ate was delicious, cooked how we liked it, and the service was all in all pretty good. I highly recommend trying the new banana pudding mini-shake. MMMMMMMMMM!

I went in for a birthday dinner with 2 other friends. We ordered the bloomin' onion to start. Two of us got steaks and the 3rd person got a burger. The food took quite some time to come and the burger was burnt. The 2 of us who got steaks went home and both had stomach issues; I'm talking pull over on the way home in negative degree weather whilst snowing. I don't know what went wrong tonight but 2/3 of our party was home sick. As such, I could not recommend this place even with the 15% off coupon. I would have preferred to pay full price and not experience food poisoning.

Well after going here for the last 7 years I can say that I'm done. I cannot think of a time that I have ever went to outback and it went smooth, No matter what day or what time of day something always goes wrong. Today was the last straw. We went to do curb side pick up so we didn't have to deal with sitting down and being ignored. We showed up and a young guy came out and asked for $27. I told him we paid online so he when back in and came bak out and said that we still owed them. So we showed him our receipt so he went in to get his manager Chris came out and asked us to see the receipt so we did along with our bank statement to show him we paid so he went back in and we never saw him again next thing we know a different kid comes out and hands us our food and walks away. So we check out the food and leave. I needed a explanation so I called back to talk to Chris after waiting for about 6 minutes he came on the phone and told me that they got us mistake for a different order that they had. I told him we would of been nice to get an explanation from him. He didn't seem to care too much about my issue I also told him that I've talked them in the past when we've been in there for my wife's birthday most recently and he didn't seem to care that he was losing one customer. So by the time we got home our food was cold, it wasn't bad just cold. Kind of a bummer since my wife likes the food. Step up your game Chris.

We frequent this particular Outback about once a month. We have had a couple not so great nights with service but we have had some really great servers here as well. The food is always pretty good. For a chain restaurant you can't get much better.

Food was horrible. .all of our steaks were tough. Mashed potatoes were oily. The wedge salad brought out was brown on the bottom. Not surprisingly 3 of the 4 in our party got sick on the way home. Looking for a fast food chain steak stick with roadhouse or one of the others ....folks this place was bad not worth the price!

Excellent, tasty food! My family got there close to closing time around 9:30pm. The server was very friendly, made sure our drinks were refilled promptly, the steaks were fresh, and everyone was welcoming even though I'm sure they were ready to go home after a long day. I will continue to go there whenever we come down to Denver for events!

I'm apt to re-visit any kind of restaurant: fast-food, fast-casual, fancy-schmancy, whatever - If I get good service & good food. For a spur-of-the-moment decision to grab a bite to eat, Outback turned out to be a pretty nice choice for my friend Mona and me. We had such a competent and friendly server which made for an easy night. Since we got there early, 6:00 on a Friday night, we were able to get a table easily AND, most of you who know me are waiting for this one: we were able to get half-price beers for Happy Hour. Already I'm a happy girl, right? AND, since we were at the tail end of Happy Hour, exceptional server offers to hold back our second beer until we're good and ready. 4 stars. We both ordered steaks - a strip for her and a rib-eye for me. I love that I can get a decent wedge salad here that comes with the price of my meal, versus having to pay 10 bucks for one at a higher-priced steak house. Decent steak, nice salad and a potato on the side, 2 beers each - under $50. If you can't beat it - join it!

Steak and Lobster and a loaded baked potato for only $14.99! Really, really good, as always OutBack is. Sat at the bar, Jeff was our bartender and server. Halloween afternoon, he is dressed like an EMT. Comes right up to us and asks, 911, what's your emergency?" Too cute. Mrs. Doubtfire was the hostess. A man dressed like Mrs. Doubtfire.... Funny. Only thing missing is that Outback NEVER has Wi-Fi. Come on Outback, get with it.

I am , and yes it embarasses me to admit this, an Outback fan. Yes its a company that stole a whole nation's identity for its advertising. Yes its a bold faced chain with corporate putzes running about, but the food is consistantly good. And the service is excellent, always! GREAT training. This location, however, is a major cluster , a victim of its own poplulariy. Crowded, loud , long waits. I do like Outback, but this location is a bit overwhelmed.

Okay, where can you get a $10 steak, two sides, and a bottle of wine for around $20? Yes a full bottle of decent wine? Outback on a Tuesday night, that is where, and all day long. They have a special for a $10 steak everyday, but on Tuesdays, you can get half off bottles of wine on their wine list. So, the house bottle, from Australia and a Cab, and decent too, is $10. Outback also has a good happy hour 7 days a week from 4-6, half off beer, wine, etc. Good deal Mate!

Compared to other steakhouses I found the food average. I got a porterhouse that was well seasoned and cooked well. My wife had a well prepared steak also. The sides are average, my wife had a quarter wedge salad which still had the core in it which is inedible. When I asked a server who had walked by if this was normal, he said he sees it all the time so it must be. I wouldn't ever serve something like that. We were brought plates for appetizers that are dirty. The one bright spot was our server Ashley. She was getting a real lashing from an egregiously self righteous a-hole from another table, but we found her delightful. It seemed as if the subhuman from the other table was looking for nothing more than a discount. But she was funny, very attentive and provided an added element which we thoroughly enjoyed. As a server a main objective to keep customers returning is to provide a positive memorable experience which she did.

Outback is always good for a steak or some ribs. They have a good variety and everything is quality. The only reason I took one star off here is because the temperature inside the restaurant was ridiculously cold! I have to order a cup of hot water to try to warm up but I was still covered in goosebumps my whole dining experience. I would suggest they turn up the temp just 2 degrees to make it more comfortable.

Never. Again. Outback is not one of the restaurants that I frequent. We got gift cards from family and didn't want to waste them. I ordered a medium 11oz sirloin to share with my daughter. The steak came out and it was RARE, cold and bloody in the middle. I sent it back. Again it came to the table rare. I sent it back again and it came back charred and over cooked. I think I'd rather eat my leather belt. I thought this place was a steak house. Well apparently it's a steakhouse that doesn't understand how to properly cook steak. I ordered macaroni and cheese for my daughter to go with the steak that was inedible and the Mac and cheese was terrible as well. They put bland cheese, zero flavor over penne noodles. I had to feed my daughter real mac and cheese when we got home. If you want good steak go to Texas Roadhouse. If the manager hadn't taken the meal off the bill I would've given them one star.

The special they are running...$15 for 4 courses is a great deal. The chopped bleu cheese salad is amazing. The service and food have always been good and consistent. Good value, food and service. :-)

My family loves Outback Steakhouse. But I can honestly say we will never return to this location. We first came to this Outback back in March 2013 and had some of the best food. We had ordered chicken, steak and mac and cheese off of the kids menu. the second time we came here the food tasted slightly off. Everyone in my family was sick later on that night that ate any meat. My little one was fine not eating any meat. I am pretty sure we were sick from Outback. Then we didn't go back for a while. But me loving it there decided to give it another try and it was good not awesome or amazing just good. Well last night was my final no way am I going back here ever straw. I had ordered online. Went to go and pick up my food. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes over the time they said it would be ready. When I got home my crab legs were missing. I had asked for cheese sauce on the broccoli which was also missing. My steak was cooked rare. I ordered medium. So I called back to let them know what happened. Talked to a man who said the lady doing the orders to go was new. I said okay can I have my order fixed the way I had ordered I will be back in. The man said sure. So I hopped back in my car and went back. They had not even started my re order. I had brought my steak and the broccoli to show there was no cheese sauce. I ended up sitting there waiting for an addition 30 minutes for my food. I ordered to go cause i didn't want to sit there all night and ended up wasting an hour there. I was told that my steak was cooked correctly when in fact my steak was red and very bloody. Medium in pink with a hint of red. I know the difference. I was offered a free drink while I waited on them. Well I had already ordered one with dinner and felt one was enough. When my food came out the second time. She opened the containers to show the broccoli had cheese sauce. Then the second one to show that the crab was there with butter sauce. THEN with her UNGLOVED BARE HANDS picked up my steak to show she cut into it and asked if it was done properly. It was cooked wonderfully to bad I didn't eat it! To top it all off. They charged an additional $6 to remake the broccoli (2 orders), 10.99 for the additional steak and 7.99 for the crab that was never given in the first place. The waitress told me that not to worry about that check they covered it! So essentially I paid in full for this awful meal. Sat in my car and had to go back twice. They did nothing to compensate for it except offer me a free drink while I waited on my food. My other half had also ordered a steak medium rare which was cooked perfectly but unseasoned we did not complain about that. My sons mac and cheese last night was hardly a normal serving but well under it. So like I said I will never go back to this location.

I always enjoy the Bleu Cheese Pecan Chopped Salad. It has a special zing to it I just can't get anywhere else. I'm not a steak eater, but my hubby and our kids like to eat a decent steak. Outback has enough "non beef" options on their menu to satiate me. I've never had bad service, or bad food at Outback.

Free hot bread! With soft butter! Besides that we get appetizers salty enough to cure a ham hock, steaks salty enough to to keep seafood alive and desserts loaded with enough sugar to turn your pee into syrup.

Our recent dining experience at Outback was very disappointing. Arrived 5:30pm on a Sunday and didn't get out of there until 7:15pm due to the slow service. The food was slightly tasty. Wait staff had to be reminded to bring all our food to us, they forgot things we ordered and appeared surprised that we even asked about that baked potato side dish (yes you did write it down mr waiter). We ordered two desserts but they only brought one and tried to run away from the table without bringing what my daughter ordered. Then they forgot spoons. All the while the waiter was always running away. Called the manager over (he was busy making up for the rotten service at multiple tables) to educate him customer service, which got us free dessert. Clearly they don't have enough staff in the front or back of the house to take on their customer base. Smirking, unprofessional waiters don't help the situation. If they knew what they were doing, they'd turn their tables over faster, there would be less waiting for a table, and they'd make more $$. Honestly, you can get better service at the local Wendy's.

Tried to get us to sit in the bar when we first walked in. Now know why, took long time to wait on us and turns out it was the bartender who ended up as our waitress. She was good, but of course serving us and making drinks things took a lot longer.

A good friend of mine months ago bought me a gift certificate to Outback and as my husband and I hadn't been out in a while, figured we would go. The ambiance is great, we sat at the bar, had some drinks, visited with some of the regulars. Was great till we ate. I got the Roasted Prime Rib, it was horrible. In fact, it's the worse I ever have eaten! My husband had the porterhouse and considering it's the most expensive steak on the menu, you would think it would be fantastic. Not. It was horribly underseasoned. I have made far better steaks at my house. The service was good. But I would never go back. For far less money, I could have went to Gala Gardens which has much better prime rib and steaks. Count me out, won't be back.

This restaurant has never disappointed me. No matter how busy they are, the food and service is always perfect. I love the rack of lamb and the porterhouse steak. The drinks are a good size too.

For me, the best thing about Outback is the consistency of their food. I always order steak and so far they have always been cooked medium rare to perfection. The Porterhouse is my favorite. Tender with a nice seasoning. I also have a 15 year old daughter who, for better or worse, is a connoisseur (thanks, spell check) of Mac & Cheese. She says theirs is definitely the best among a long list of restaurants! :)

I was given a gift card to this place. Our family of four went to dinner there. Haven't been there for several years, and now I'm reminded of why. My wife and I ordered sirloin & lobster. My son ordered a 6oz sirloin, and my daughter just some kids mac & cheese. When we got the food, our steaks with the lobster (8oz and 11oz) were way WAY under cooked. We asked for Medium, and they weren't even close to med-rare. RARE through and through. I didnt' even have to cut it open to feel that it was rare, but I did anyway. We sent them back for more cooking. Meanwhile my son is complaining about how impossible the steak is to cut, so I dig into it. Awful... the 6oz sirlion was one of the worst cuts I had even seen. It was cut like a wedge, so one end was WAY over cooked, and the other end was over-medium, even though we all asked for medium. Daughter's mac & cheese was terrible. It's just penne with some unbelievably tasteless cheese sauce on it. Plain old Kraft Mac & cheese is a billion times better, and it's $1/box. Steaks come back, and my 8oz is still slightly under medium, but totally edible. My wife's was still just under medium rare, so she sent hers back again. My steak wasn't too bad, but still just not a good steak. My son is now refusing to eat his steak, and my daughter won't even eat the mac & cheese (her favorite dish, period). He's right, the steak is terrible. Not at all tender, not cut right, and therefore not cooked properly. My wife's steak comes back, and she cuts into it. There's no red left... but there's also no pink either. It's not just medium well, it's not well done, it's OVERCOOKED. The guy kept explaining that it's a very thick cut, and hard to get cooked properly. It took everything I had in me to not burst out and explain that this is the reason you need to fire whoever is cutting the steaks. When you have inconsistently cut steaks, you get inconsistent cooks. Now let's get to the lobster. I got mine grilled, and my wife got hers steamed. She said hers was cooked perfectly, but mine was on the edge of overdone. If it had been on there for another 30 seconds, I would have sent it back. Overdone lobster is EASY to spot by just pressing your finger against it. Again, any competent chef should be able to spot this, but it didn't get spotted. Regardless, it was pretty good, just not properly cooked. When the guy dropped off my wife's overdone steak, he explained he removed the plate from our bill. That's good, because I certainly wouldn't have paid for it. As we are preparing to leave, he comes over again and asks if we'd like some free dessert. We are all now afraid, so we say no. He gives us a card for a free bloomin' onion on our next visit. Next visit? What the hell makes you think I'm ever coming back? I left the card on the table when we left. Maybe they got the hint? I can't believe I paid money to this place for the food we got. We consistently go to Texas Roadhouse because their sirloin is absolutely perfect 19 times out of 20. If it's not, they refire the steak, even if ti's undercooked. They don't throw that same steak back on the grill and give it more time. What this does is give the outside an overly-done shell, while eventually getting the inside the proper temperature. You NEVER throw a steak back on heat after it's been pulled off and given time to rest. I do not know why our experience was so awful. Everyone was quite nice about it, so I can't complain about that, but really, the customer shouldn't have to tell the restaurant how to cook the food.

It is a chain. Prime rib wasn't what we have had. Not consistent with what you would expect from a chain.

This Outback his consistently the best one I have ever eaten at. The service is always friendly and fast. The food is always correct and cooked well. We have never been disappointed with location!! My husband and I quit eating the lamb at other locations because it was usually dried out. I finally got up the nerve to try it again since we have been so happy with this location and it was cooked just right. You also can not miss with the steak special, add some shrimp, their new green beans, and carrot cake at the end.....MMMMMMM!!!!
