Went there for lunch today with my wife. Let's begin with the place itself and the staff. It was immaculate and the folks were very friendly. Their credit card processing software was not working right so after trying two different cards, they said "lunch is on us today". What a great way to make a positive impression on a first time customer. The burgers are handmade with lots of choices to put on the homemade bun. The sweet potato fries were great with a unique blend of sweet and spicy spices on them. Didn't try the handmade shakes but I'm sure they are as good as everything else. Would definitely recommend them.

This is the type of burger joint you want to go to if you're craving to create a whatever burger. Not as crazy as Cherry Cricket (you can add peanut butter) but enough add-ons to satisfy your rambunctious stomach. First time here I got kinda overwhelmed with the menu. On the left side you get your generic burgers that come with the cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, pickles and their mooyah sauce. On the right, there's the build your own burger with 12+ different add-ons like bacon, avocado, relish, cholula, A1 sauce (lol), etc. I ended up ordering a double mooyah style on wheat with add-ons of pepper jack and jalapenos, a side of sweet potato fries and fountain drink. It was delivered to us on a metal plate with a generous portion of fries and a fat stack of juicy meat patties sandwiched between layers of jalapeno and pepper jack goodness. It tastes like any burger anyone could make. I didn't notice the flavor of the special "mooyah sauce" maybe they got my order wrong, i'll be sure to ask for it next time because maybe you don't get it building your own burger??? I was expecting something unique that would set it apart from the likes of Lark Burger and Smashburgers. To my anticipation, I was a little disappointed. It was a good plain jane burger, nothing I'd call exceptional. But I would like to give a second try! However, I loved the sweet potato fries!! I could munch on those all day. And they aren't wimpy in size either, these hefty sized fries that need to be served on a metal plate for a reason!! (lol jk) Expect to pay at least $14 for your meal. lawlz.

To start: Jake and the GM (sorry I forgot your name) were really cool. Friendly and not too pushy nor rushed. Did not take too long for lunch to arrive. Burger was quite juicy slight charred crust and had the right dash of salt. It tasted more like a ground, prepared steak then just ground meat. Lettuce, tomato, and pickles were good. I had blue cheese and that added just the right amount of zip to the burger. The wheat bun was not too hard/chewy - just the right amount of tender bread to compliment the burger. The only down side were the fries. Nicely salted and peppered, but a little limp/soggy. To her credit, the GM (sorry again about your name!) spared a few minutes to discuss how the fries were washed several times before cooking as this can affect the outcome. Overall, a nice experience with a better than average burger. Definitely up there with SmashBurger - one of my favorites.

Mooyah? I think MooNO. Firstly they are over priced - you can get a burger from smashburger that's better in my opinion and they kids menu prices are a bit silly too. My daughters chicken strips were bland with zero flavor and honestly the fries were under cooked, limp and just gross. My toddler wouldn't even eat them. They do come in a large amount so if you like under cooked fries where you can taste the raw potato flavor yay lots of them. My burger didn't hold together, not because I had two many toppings but because the meat patty actually DID NOT hold together. My husband said his was nothing special and we could have made burgers at home. You get to pick what you want on it and at least my veggies were good. The shake was watery and had mint flavoring in it which tasted chemically and that wasn't very good. Then I was watching the staff because the kitchen is open. The guy who was doing fries and shakes was wearing gloves - that's a good thing but he scratched his armpit with the gloves on and touched his hair. GROSS. We will not be back here when we can get better burgers, fries, and shakes in lots of locations over town!

I went to Mooyah this evening and absolutely loved it! The restaurant was clean. One of the best burger and fries I've had and the service was outstanding. Two different employees checked on us to make sure all was great. I seriously want to go back tomorrow!

Have eaten her twice with my husband and daughter. It is kinda like a Subway mix with Good Times. The ordering process is a little long. You have to basically build your burger. The burgers were good but messy and over priced. A large fry was more than enough for the three of us. Overall, I give it 4 stars we will definitely eat here again.

Another burger joint in the Denver Metro area, but this one is actually pretty good! Let's start with atmosphere and people: I was greeted when I walked in, immediately, and the person who was going to help me approached the register, ready to help. All the people I had contact with were very friendly, and very professional. I liked that a bunch. The interior was pretty cool, very open, very spacious. Pretty cool thing for kids here, they have a wall that's actually a giant chalkboard and a nearby bucket of sidewalk chalk. Food: Being that the name mentions "Burgers fries and shakes" I figured I'd try one of each here. Shake: Delicious. Thick and delicious. Quick to melt though, but still pretty good for a fast food type place. (I had the mint chocolate chip one, and was pretty impressed by the flavor) Fries: This one was a bit of an anomaly... somehow, about one half of the fries were crispy, and the other half were limp. Fun fact: I like it that way. The fries tasted fresh, had a great fresh cut flavor to them, which was enhanced by whatever it is they use to season them. Perfect? No. But really, what is? They are probably the best you're going to get in a fast food setting. Burger: This my friends, is where this place REALLY shines over other fast food places. I had something of a basic burger: beef patty, cheddar cheese white bread roll, mooyah sauce (Something like thousand island), ketchup, pickles, and tomatoes. It was wonderful. The beef itself was well cooked and flavorful. The veggies were fresh (especially those pickles!). It held together well and the bun was soft and delicious. So, hey, there are other options if you are looking for a phenomenal burger sure, but if you are looking for something fast and delicious, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this place.

I LOVE Mooyah!!! So excited they opened one further south! This location is much larger which is nice for a group! The food is amazing! My fries were perfect with just the right amount of crispness! My burger was delicious and looked just as good as it tasted! I'm definitely coming back!!!!

Not sure where to start on this. The burger flavor was good (I got the double with bleu cheese, mushrooms and crispy onions) I think the burger was cooked very well (a bit too greasy for my taste) and cooked when you order it (loved that freshness). The tine it took to cook was quick and efficient. The French fries sucked in my opinion. They were limp, over greasy and not a lot of natural flavor (which is weird since they are supposedly fresh. The salt on them was blah... The staff seemed preoccupied in their thoughts. The cashier kept talking to everyone else while I was saying my order so he needed me to repeat constantly. He couldn't figure out the change because he hit the wrong button and it wasn't on the screen. I read other reviews that say the decor is hip and modern. I have to disagree, it was plain, empty and boring. Music was way too loud.

If you want a really good burger, culvers is right down the street. The burgers fall apart, not that good and too expensive!

Mooyah is a Five Guys clone (there's even a similar smell due to the peanut oil that they use), inexpensive and fast. We were greeted and our order was taken as soon as we walked in the door. Prices are low, and there are gluten free and low carb options if you're into that. Portions are generous; my daughter's children's burger wasn't the tiny slider that some burger places try to pass off as a meal. There are the usual choices-bread, sauces, toppings, etc. "Have it your way." You know the drill. The burgers are big and moist, but not greasy. The fries were as good as Five Guys', which is really good, both the sweet potato fries and the regular ones. The portions are huge too. My daughter had 1/2 of her burger and a portion of fries left over for lunch the next day. The place is big and clean, and there's even a chalkboard for kids to draw on. I'll definitely add Mooya to my list of go-to burger joints.

I tried this New Mooyah about 3 weeks ago right after they opened. Overall I was highly impressed. The restaurant is clean, hip and trendy. The burger was cooked perfectly and the presentation alone was worth yelping (see other photos). I tend to always order sweet potato fries if they're on the menu and these were at the top of the list for quality. Oh yea, and the friendly staff recommended a shake (A burger and fry aren't complete w out a shake), and I was yet again impressed by the taste, presentation and quality- and the huge straws that actually allow you to get to the shake are a nice touch as well. I'll definitely be coming back to Mooyah and recommending it to my friends. This fast casual dining is on point if you're wanting a good quality, price pleasing burger!

I came in alone a few nights ago at 8:01 pm. I waited 28 minutes for a burger and fries. I have returned since once and I waited 7 minutes for a burger and shake however the sauce was only in the very center of the burger. I really want to like this place and I think if they can get their wait times consistent and their burgers consistent they would be great. -luke, northglenn co.

I have never been here before and decided I wanted to build a bacon cheddar burger. I asked for everything but the bacon. After I say down I realized my mistake and was silk content despite my mistake. One of the employees asked if we needed anything. I said we are good and the only thing us ever want was bacon but it was my fault I forgot it. No questions asked, he just brought me bacon for my burger. Awesome experience and great food!

I love this place, it finally just opened a couple weeks ago and I've already been several times and every time I have been impressed. The food is perfect, big juicy burgers, crisp golden fries, and shakes so thick that they give you a giant straw to drink them. The place is clean and the staff is friendly, I'm happy to pay a little more for this kind of quality.

Went to Mooyah's today..first time. Really enjoyed it. The person who took our order was the asst manager (I think), was very pleasant, and patient. Ordered a double burger with fries. I thought that the burger was juicy, or greasy, whichever way you want to put it and was very tasty. The fries I ordered were fresh cut, with skin partially on, they were salty, but I like salty food, particularly fries. I look forward to going back. Mooyah!

Do not want to say much, they were just opening and staff was in training mode. The wholewheat bun was too much for the burger size and dry, but everything else seemed ok, but they are pricey, so you should be able to expect better than average. I will have to re-visit to get an honest feel for this one.

When you're serving burgers at a premium price you have to play by the rules. These guys don't. First off, I order my double burger MOOYAH style and ask to make it a combo. The clerk snaps back real snotty and says "we don't do combos, do you want fries and a drink?" and I had to refrain from saying something really mean that involved his mom and the high school guidance counselor. Long story short, they don't have any bundled deals, which is kind of silly for a burger joint. Second, I hand him my AMEX and he quickly snaps back with "we don't take that" to which I also had to refrain. I mean, come on. You're selling my a premium $12 burger lunch and you can't take a premium for of payment!? Third, while waiting nearly 20 minutes to get my lunch I visited the restroom. This was strike three for me. It's noon on a Monday and the toilet looked like someone had dumped 5 quarts of wendy's chili into the porcelain from about ten feet. There was stuff splattered everywhere. (I almost took a picture but didn't, you're welcome) I would expect this on saturday night at closing but first thing on monday? These types of interactions tell a lot about the sanitary practices of a restaurant. So to be fair, when the food arrived the burger was good, not exceptional but good. It was really greasy and fell apart easy. The fries were a little underdone but for the most part pretty decent too. I guess in closing I would say that I would come back for another burger if they took AMEX and had help that was courteous and sanitary.

Came here after hearing the hype and I don't get it. The burger was extremely messy to the point that I almost gave up. There was nothing that really set it out amongst the other popular burger places. The beef was good but way too greasy. The Mooyah Sauce was wasn't anything fancy either. If I was rating on service at the specific location strictly though they would get a 5. The staff was friendly and the food came very quick.

Mooyah is a shrine to yummy, greasy goodness for all burger lovers! Their hamburger is freshly ground each day and cooked to order. You choose the bun and all you want from a plethora of toppings. The fries are real, and very tasty. There are also non-beef options available. It's the place to go when you're craving a burger, but your arteries will not be happy if you visit too often!
