Ever since the chipotle on Grant had went down hill we started coming to this location (120th) & we are very happy we did. It depends who helps you but most the workers aren't stingy and will give you a good amount. There's always a line but when there is they have lots of workers there trying to speed it up. Never have waited over 10 minutes. So far so good, keep it up!

The Good: The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Always a quick turn even during their rush hours. The Bad: Sometimes they can get a little greedy with the good stuff by shaking the hell out of the serving spoon until most of it falls off before it gets to your burrito. My advice - stand in line behind that guy in a skin tight shirt who talks too loud into his Bluetooth headset or the rude "always in a hurry" soccer mom who is on a diet, but demands an extra scoop. I always seem to get good portions after those people get their skimpy portions. The Ugly: Other than small portions at times the only other issue is the cramped parking, but that not their fault so it doesn't count against them.

Fast line and one of the better Chipotle's. I ate here twice when I was in town for a week visiting. It was just THAT good.

Our office placed a pretty big order for our employees. The order was placed online, some simple others a little complicated. It's disappointing to order a "taco salad" that doesn't come with any sort of chips or taco bowl. Also, the order was sent without any utensils or salad dressing for any of the salads. My vote was not for Chipotle nor will it ever be. I was in it for the free lunch, already regretting even ordering.

This is a review of this Chipotle and every other Chipotle. I am sick of the long lines for what you get, never again will I wait for substandard portions. The flavors are descent no doubt to crazy amounts of sodium, but that is my biggest gripe of this chain is the inconsistent portions. Very rarely you get a person who actually gives you a full spoon of food in the bowl and all other times they scoop a spoon full and sprinkle half of it in the bowl and put the rest back. You ask for more and they look at you like you are trying to rip them off. Just paid over $9 for a Sofrita bowl and had to bring it home and cook up more rice to actually have a meal. How sad is that. I shoulda just walked out but I waited forever in line already and was hungry. Chipotle your portion size system is a joke and if you want to keep it the same, teach them how to serve adult portions not children meals. Lame....

I had a pretty bad experience today for the first time the staff shorted me on just about everything I got about half of what I would normally. I can understand using less meat that makes sense but shorting me on rice and lettuce, even on cheese? That's just frugal and made one sad looking burrito. I hope this place improves at gets back to its normal self.

Compared to other Chipotles I visit, the meat at this store isn't very good quality. The staff is very friendly though, but this store always has a long wait.

I've had several visits to this Chipotle location, as it's literally one of the closest stops to my house. The burritos are always awesome, very fresh. Friendly employees, great service.

Really bad one. I love Chipotle but this one is not doing the national franchise any favors. Not only do they rush you through your order, they interrupt each other and get visibly frustrated at the customer. It is really aggravating to have a HS aged person snapping at you. I had to tell 2 preparers to slow down and speak one at a time. Now on to the food. Not good compared to the others I have been to. Overcooked the tortilla and it burst so they "double wrapped" it without asking. I made them start over. Got attitude for that too! Lol! Chicken just doesn't taste done either and had bathroom issues 2 hours later... Do the math. This place is in dire need of new management. I won't be back, and now I fear Chipotle is headed the way of Blockbuster Video. Moe's and Qudoba are passing them up in quality and service.

I absolutely LOVE Chipotle. I usually go to the one on 104th and Federal and this one (120th and Washington.) I mostly on customer service - friendliness, consistency, communication etc. When I first arrived I wanted to purchase the new quesadilla burrito and I only received regular tortilla; meaning there was a lack of communication on the staff's behalf. The rest of the line workers did great and were quick and friendly. Once I sat down to eat two girl staff workers were sitting in a booth talking/mingling with friends. They were all talking and laughing obnoxiously loud for at least 20 minutes. I came here during the evening and expected a neutral/more quiet environment from a pretty empty restaurant, but instead, had to endure loud chatty teenage girls speak INCREDIBLY LOUD in Spanish. So unprofessional and unnecessary Chipotle staff!

I love Chipotle :) I rarely have any issues here, and I come in quite often. I always get the chicken burrito with black beans, no rice, cheese and salsa and it is so tasty! The Sofritas is pretty good, I tasted it when it was first released and while I am no where near being a tofu kind of person, but this is well seasoned and pretty darn yummy! I am picky, so I was shocked that I didn't gag when I ate it, I actually swallowed it without puking, which speaks volumes. The location is clean and the staff is friendly. I love that Chipotle sources locally and cares about their food, I know that when I eat here I am eating good, local food which makes me love it even more.

I am always impressed at the quality of food when I visit a Chipotle. I mean for a fast food stop they really have nail the quality aspect. Service in here is usually pretty good, often time that are packed because there isn't another Chipotle in this part of Denver. The restaurant is typically clean and well run.

Good place to eat if your hungry and don't want to think about it much. Often long lines at certain times of the day. Been to one Chipotle, you been to them all. No surprises, just another consistent chain.

I agree with Monique. For what you are paying, they should be loading that burrito. $2 for a single scoop of guacamole has made me stop visiting this place. This is a pricey place. The food is heavily seasoned and can be overwhelming (lot of salt). Two stars for the taste and quality of ingredients.

Register girl has bad courtesy and etiquette. I've been going here for years and always have a great experience. They're nice and friendly, I always leave satisfied with my experience. Today I downloaded the app and ordered on there for the first time. I did so because I had to use my card but have my wife pick up the food since I'm home with the kids. I must have typed in my cc number incorrectly because it came back declined. It doesn't tell you this on the app. So when my wife showed to pick up our order the cashier informed her so everyone in the restaurant could hear that her credit card was declined. My wife tried to explain the situation and she continually repeated quite loudly that it was declined. I resubmitted the order with the correct number and the incompetent cashier still couldn't figure out the situation. She got a manager and he immediately rectified our issue and my wife left with our dinner. The food was good and everything ended up fine. But for an employee to attempt to belittle an innocent person in a place of business is unacceptable. Maybe she had a long day, perhaps she wanted to somehow make her insignificant, sad life seem better by trying to ruin someone else's night. I dont know. Uncalled for. I would give a 5 in result of a cashier change.

Open late. This place is like all the other Chipotle which isn't a bad thing. Food taste fresh and they use quality ingredients. The workers are always friendly and always quick with making food. I like this chain, they do a great job for making quick meals.

Chipotle used to be better. Now your faced with random non-listening HS kid noobs who ask you the same questions over and over, taking too long to move you down the line and then can't wrap your burrito. The food is still decent but nothing to be wowed by.

Chipotle is always a winner. This location can get quite packed but the service is speedy. A couple of times I've gotten brown rice that is just slightly undercooked. Not a huge deal. They also now serve a spicy tofu option. It's pretty spicy for my gringo tongue, but if mixed with guac, very good.

Great meat! Ok so that sounded better in my head then typing it out. But, if you want quality meat, this is the place over Qdoba. Their hot salsa is amazing and the chili lime rice is fantastic as well. The only thing i have against them is that they don't have queso; but they make it a point not too since they are the "healthy alternative." Also, they were run by Mcdonalds to help get them started years back, so sometimes you have to question some of their ingredients.

I'm very disappointed in this Chipotle location. I have found chicken cartilage and chicken bones in my food three times in the last couple of months while eating here. Maybe Mr. Chipotle should worry about his customers and their families more than trying to serve free range chicken with bones in it .After nine years I'm done with Chipotle . This location has done a 180 since I started coming here. Shame on you Chipotle !!!

If your looking for a delicious quick meal, you better keep reading! Chipotle Mexican Grill is the place to go! The food is so fresh and yummy! And its is so quick and easy. When you enter this restaurant you will stand in a line and pick what you want. It is similar to the way subway works. Once you are done ordering your food you can sit down at a table or a booth. First you pick what type of meal you want. (Tacos, Salad, Burrito, Burrito Bowl etc.) Then you pick your type of meat. (chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas) Next you can pick from a delicious selection of toppings. (Fajita vegetables, beans, salsas, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce) The price is so inexpensive. You can get an enormous burrito for about 6 dollars. The service at any Chipotle is always the best. The employees are very courteous and always do a good job. The restaruant is always neat and tidy. The food here is for all ages. Kids will love the food as much as anyone else would. All of the people i know love going to Chipotle with their families. It is a quick delicious dinner that is worth going to! If you haven't gone to Chipotle I strongly recommend it. I go very often and have never been disappointed. One final thing is that you can actually see the chefs cooking your food, so you know that it is as fresh as it can be. PORK BURRITO BOWL!!!

Five stars because this is by far the nicest Chipotle I have gone to. Nicest as in service. They were very attentive, super nice, and even came by to see how my food was! I've been to a lot of Chipotles too in my lifetime so this is saying a lot.

F...I didn't want to review this place but honestly this is one of the worst Chipotles around town. Parking blows since it's in a strip mall shared with like 10 other stores including a liquor store. That's really not what pisses me off about this place...they f'ing cheap you on EVERYTHING. Seriously the burritos rolling out of this place is 10-15% smaller than other ones. Usually I order the barbacoa fajita cause I hate beans, but here they just cheap you so much that there's barely a bite of meat in there. Also, there's barely any seats in the joint, don't even think about coming here with more than a group of 4, otherwise you'll be spread like butter. Pro-tip #1294: With all Chipotles, get a side of guac instead of getting it in your burrito. You're literally paying almost two bucks for half a scoop of snot if you get it in the burrito, but if you get it on the side you get...A FULL SCOOP OF SNOT. BAM. Pro-tip #1678: If you don't like beans and you're getting a burrito bowl, just ask them for two sides of meat and a side of rice. You should be charged less and get more meat.

There are too many good Mexican restaurants to eat this stuff. I was here only because of my co-worker.

Not my first Chipotle rodeo - I know what to expect when I walk in. Indie music, meat sizzling on the grill, and a friendly "Hey, how are ya?" Kinda lacked in this one. The line wasn't too long, but they seemed to just slop our burritos together then tuck-roll-handoff. When they were loading up my carnitas burrito, they weren't paying too much attention to where it was going on the tortilla, so after they tucked it into the foil, it was bound to leak all over... which it did... in the car. I was super hungry and craving it, but will likely skip it next time I'm on the go.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
