Well there's no options for 10 stars but the country corner cafe sure earned them. The customer service is unbelievable. Our waitress had the most positive attitude and was very helpful and enthusiastic with explaining the menu and would soothe our appetite. Speaking of soothing, my throat was sore when I came in and I ordered water to not irritate it any further. However, I looked at rn drink menu and saw herb tea! Perfect to help soothe my throat. I got the mandarin orange spice tea, our waitresses favorite, and it is great and did the job! I ordered the biscuits and gravy platter. It came with the perfect combination of flavors. Biscuit with peppered gravy, bacon, 2 eggs (sunny side for me), and potatoes (she'll be able to tell you which are best with the meal). I got homemade salsa with my plate and it tied everything together. The potatoes and eggs and salsa was amazing and dipping the bacon in the gravy was irresistible. Filled my tummy the perfect amount before I continue on my bicycle trip across the country. Follow @traveling_two and @conorkirke Country Corner Cafe has provided the best breakfast experience of the trip by far.

Wow- not sure how long this place has been open ( it appears to have been open a while) but surprised there are no reviews yet. Stopped here for a week day breakfast and it was pretty full around 10 am with what looked like mostly locals. One friendly & efficient waitress was the only person we saw but I assume there was a cook as well. She kept our coffee mugs filled, despite all the other customers. Our food arrived in good time and was all very good: Our eggs were cooked perfectly, potatoes were nicely browned and the side of salsa ( with roasted green chilies maybe?) was some of the best salsa I've ever had for breakfast. I ordered the rye toast which was home made and had a great texture -yum! Can't remember what else we ordered, but all good. Oh, and the decor! Pretty flower garden right out the front door and the chalk-drawn map of Colorado on the back wall was a nice touch too.

This is a seriously great place for breakfast especially for a spot-in-the - road location. The Greek owners make wonderfully seasoned and prepared meals. Service is friendly and prompt. Whatever you order get salsa on the side - best ever! We stop here annually on our CO vacation. It is consistently great!

This place is Great! First of all, I am from the Seattle area and me and my family are in town to visit my mom's side of the family. We came here the weekend they were having Simla Days and decided to stop in and have breakfast. It is a very small, but very welcoming and friendly place with excellent food. If you go here, TRY THE LEMONADE, seriously the best I have ever had! I ordered the green chile and cheese omelet with hash browns and was very impressed. If you are ever in Simla check this place out, you will not be disappointed!
