We arrived just before closing on a very cold night and the owners didn't hesitate to help us with very quick and friendly service. The Kung Pao Chicken was excellent, with lovely crunchy vegetables and the fried rice was very tasty as well. I don't know if I'll pass through Pueblo again, but if I do, I'll definitely eat here!

The Milk tea Boba is tasteless and the tapioca pearls are mushy and taste a little like liquorice. Not recommended. The staff took it off the bill without a question so that was a plus! The meals were okay but not great. I have traveled a lot and this place is good but is really not as great as the previous reviews say it is.

Really enjoyed this place. I had the chicken lo mein and it was delicious. The chicken was very tender and had great flavor. The noodles were cooked to perfection. If you're looking for Chinese food in Pueblo, I would highly recommend checking out Wonderful Bistro!

Really not good. What the heck yelp?? The only reason I came here was because it was highly rated on yelp. The chicken was extremely low grade chicken with really lackluster and greesy sauces. Kung pao chicken was the worst I've ever had... By far!!! Crab rangoons were below average and the place is downright dirty. This place does not deserve the high ratings. Please avoid!!!

This place has good food. I gave it three stars because there is nothing special about their food. It is just another good place to eat on a budget. In my visit I had the Moo Goo, it was a good plate, but again nothing special. My Girlfriend had the sweet and sour chicken and was heavily breaded. Stay away from that dish.

Wonderful! Aptly named place. Very good Chinese food, attentive service and a great selection of food that will please everyone in a big group. My only complaint: those damn energy efficient light bulbs don't dim enough, and the place is just a bit too bright. Minor complaint, but for the price, one would expect just a bit more ambiance.

I have lived in Houston for a long time so my expectation for Chinese food is pretty high. One thing to keep in mind is that this place offers American Chinese food. If you like Panda Express kind of thing then this is your place. I mean the quality of food is better than Panda Express' but same style, -i.e, many sweet and deep fried dishes.

Hands down, best Chinese in Pueblo. Everything from the soup and appetizers to the main courses were fresh and delicious. The service is very attentive and friendly.

Large portions. Very good flavor; very awesome menu; very attentive and helpful waitstaff. Being my first visit I can say I'm very satisfied with my experience overall. Did I mention large portions? So hungry I forgot to take a picture so you'll just have to take my word for it, or better yet just go have dinner here !!!! A bit pricy but worth the extra to find cloth napkins on a well appointed table. Dine in or take out this is a small place with a big heart that is worth stopping in for.

Came to visit family and was a little skeptical about eating Chinese food here. I'm from San Diego you see. We have delicious Chinese food there. Anyway, this place is awesome!

We came back from yellow stone and passed by this city around 10 pm. Most restaurants were closed by this time and restaurateur was about to leave. Known that we traveled a long way, they welcomed us with great service, we were so touched. At that moment, we feel like we went into the best restaurant in the world. And it is! Great food, traditional taste, especially for typical Chinese. If you are into traditional Chinese food, this is the one!

My parents were here visiting and had a craving for Chinese. Since moving to Pueblo , we've tried a few different Chinese restaurants - all were less than desirable...anyway- decided to try Wonderful Bistro out and it was, well, wonderful. Service was excellent, food was tasty NOT greasy. They even brought us complimentary cream cheese wontons. We ate family style and tried many dishes- all were delicious. Prices were also great. Can't wait to have leftovers tomorrow!

Great place to eat not very busy at all, we were the only customers at first they had several to go orders. We decided to stay and we're very glad we did. The food was very flavorful and great price. We had stayed four nights in Pueblo this was by far the best food we had while there.

Our first visit here was WONDERFUL indeed! By far the best Chinese food we've had in Pueblo - in 25 years! Their food is as good as any we have had anywhere in the country, the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is great. The portions are large - we had the family style dinner for 2 and brought home enough leftovers for another full dinner - and the check total before tip was only $30.00. If you've been disappointed with Chinese food in Pueblo in the past - you MUST go to Wonderful Bistro.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
