Food was good, the host was so incredibly polite and outgoing, he should be made a server. Out server Jennifer was awful. Slow and not attentive at all. She took forever to greet us and spent most of our meal sitting in the back eating. Usually this restaurant has splendid customer service but I'll think twice before returning because the experience was not enjoyable.

The service was so slow. The server was not concerned. The food was horrible. Iceberg lettuce is no good but when you serve the yellow and white stuff you are not allowed to charge as much as you all do for your plates. My mixed grill had steak and chicken or pork but it was a horrible texture.

This is absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been to when it comes to customer service. The first time I went there (a month ago), I called in an order to go and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up in 30 minutes, just to give them a little time. Business was slow and 3 staff members were standing at the front desk. I asked for my order and was told it was being "packed up". It took 45 minutes to "pack it up". I left the restaurant and called the manager, who apologized and sent me a gift card. I decided to use the gift card this Sunday. I called at 4:30 to place an order for pick up at 6:30. I showed up at 6:45. The restaurant was very busy. I was told, again, that my order was being "packed up". It took over 30 minutes to "pack it up". The man who was waiting with me said he'd been waiting 50 minutes. I didn't bother to complain this time. I'm just going to recommend no one ever go there again.

I came in tonight for a to go order. I was not aware how much good food I was getting! Unfortunately, there was a little problem. After speaking Chris the on duty manager tonight he had the culinary artist make us a new family pan of chicken parm, added in more bread sticks and a salad! The really cool part...he have me a $25 gift card! Chris thank you! I see why this is your favorite dish! It's a clean, fast and friendly restaurant with reasonable prices! I would highly recommend The Olive Garden in Pueblo CO! THANK YOU!

Food was awful, pasta sat under lamp too long. To the point it had hardened towards the outer sides of the plate. Server was not attentive. Our table was not prebussed once so at dessert we were starring at our appetizer, salad, and dinner plates. Yuk won't go there for dinner ever again. I usually attend during lunch and it's good food and good service. The lunch staff and cooks should teach the dinner staff servers, and cooks how to do things correctly.

I like Olive Garden in general and I visited this particular restaurant about 3-4 times last year. I like the ambience, quality of a food and felt well taken care of. I didn't experience any significant delay ever. I look for 3 things, the ambience, the food and how I was treated and I liked all three aspects and that's why I gave them a 5. And yes, I will definitely go to this place again.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
