I have gone to this Texas Road House countless times and every time it was perfect. Love the prices, food and service. We did the "To-Go" ordering several times as well and it was just as good.

I really enjoy this place. The biggest drawback is the wait, but they do offer call ahead seating so I would recommend that. The rolls and butter are awesome and I usually order the shrimp. The portions are large and my husband and I always wished we would have shared a plate. It's reasonable priced for what you get and the service has always been good. We have been here with a large group and we were well taken care of.

It's worth going just for the rolls and butter. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. The starts are really good but not fabulous. The ranch (salad dressing) is excellent. The wait is always out of control so that's a big downer.

Average chain food. Wait time doesn't seem that bad. The real problem for me came after the meal, when the waitress completely turned her back to me and said in a sleazy whine to my husband, "Is there anything else you would like? Because I would do anything, I mean anything for you!" I felt like yelling"Hey! Can you not see me here?!" Husband said she was just trying to increase her tip. Too bad she didn't realize I actually control that. Totally disrespectful.

The menu is limited. If you don't plan on eating meat you are kinda screwed. Their steak is okay, but for the price I'd rather eat elsewhere. Service is alright.

  • Brian J.

Fantastic rolls and they have sweet tea! These two things alone earn the rating.

  • Wade S.

The food is reasonably priced and very tasty. The steak is always cooked exactly how you order, and there are a lot of options. I have been there many times, mainly with family, and everyone can find something they like to eat which is always a plus. The reason this Texas Roadhouse isn't getting more stars and because of the service. They don't seem to handle their large crowds very well, number one. Number two, I've been there on a few occasions where the waitresses have been kind of rude. One yelled at my sister once, which was really weird and off-putting. This place is good for a sinfully good unhealthy meal every now and then but not a favorite. And NOT a place for vegetarians at all! I think just about everything on the menu has (if not a lot of) meat in it.

  • Meagan S.

Well first off there was a long wait. Which is expected, but the place was crowded and incredibly loud. The noise was obnoxious during dinner since you had to yell across the 2ft space to hear anyone. On top of that it was incredibly hot! I was sweating just sitting there. Now to the food. The food was actually pretty good. After eating though 2 of the 4 of us got sick about 3 hours later. This is not on the top of my list of places to go to.

Texas roadhouse has an insanely delicious and huge menu. The portions are huge and their drinks are fantastic. Their ribs are better than most bbq places and their free rolls with cinnamon butter will have you full before you ever start. Come here hungry or you will lose out. Even the salads are fantastic with the most delicious croutons. I am not suicidal so I have never made it to desert but I bet thats good too.

Average chain food served with a huge smile and delicious all you can eat sweet dinner rolls! Go for happy hour if you can when the prices are cheaper....not worth full price. They serve you a ton of food, but it's meh at best. Good if you have kids and great if you love left overs.

  • angelica b.

I seriously don't understand why people love this place. The menu has zero nutritious items. Quantity does not supercede quality in my book. Sure, you can get a steak, potatoes, bread, peanuts, and butter loaded veggies and go home with a serious heart attack. The cooks don't know how to cook different levels of meat and everything is just served medium. The wait on the weekends is horendous. Definitely don't bring little kids cuz they will fall asleep before you get a table.

Wonderful Food, Great wait staff, Great Service, Nice atmosphere, Slightly pricey.

Went here for the first time last night and really had a nice meal. We happened to get there before 6 pm so we took advantage of the "Early Bird Specials" for $7.99. Service was great and the steak was excellent and sides were excellent!

This is the second time I've had the ribs at the Parker store, and I'll never do it again. I ordered the half rack w/ fresh veggies and a cup of chili--the chili was fine, the veggies, while cooked, had no seasoning at all, just steamed. The portion of ribs made the plate seem huge--I had to ask if it really was a half slab or a third?! They may have been tender at one point, but after an eternity under the heat lamp, the little bit of bbq sauce and the top side of the ribs were dark and hard, the inside was dry... My wife's filet was good, but her steak fries were not. We had the blooming onion for a starter, and the onion wasn't fully cooked--ok if you like raw onion! The noise level in the store was too much--I couldn't talk to anyone at the table except those sitting next to me. I think there was music playing in the background, but the noise drown it out! I do still like the peanuts though!

I know it's a chain but they put a local spin on it here. The steaks are always well prepared and you get very fair portions for the price. The onion blossom- they're so good, the rolls- all of them heaven, and the by the time the steak comes out- I'm totally full. It doesn't matter though because you can't help but to keep eating. The steaks are always juicy and they always come out cooked to your specifications. The hero of the night was our waitress, Audrey. The restaurant was packed to the gills and we had a table full of my rowdy, hungry family members. Audrey was an ace under the pressure. She was attentive, nice, and never left us needing absolutely anything. She was awesome.

Food was good today... As usual the rolls with cinnamon butter are great. Decided to order ribs for something different they were pretty good.

I have eaten at the Parker Location probably 50 times, until recently it has always been consistent and great for the family steakhouse category. I don't expect it to be Del Frisco's. Unfortunately something has changed here. The last 3 out of four visits have all had one or more steaks dreadfully overcooked, the servers have handled it great but the inevitable manager visit has been less than diplomatic, completely unapologetic, and in fact you feel as though you've annoyed them for even objecting to the steak being off by two temperatures. I haven't given up yet but it's time for some refresher training. The servers here are always outstanding so that's a plus.

This is a great place that our family loves to go to in Parker. The food is great and the staff goes above and beyond to give you great service. The boneless buffalo wings are always a must and don't forget I get the big old brownie for dessert. Great place!

  • Babylyn G.

This place has the best bread rolls! Kinda reminds me of our famous bread in the philippines "pandesal" and the cinnamon butter is delish!!

  • Dawn A.

This place is always I mean always busy! Which means of course it serves up great food for a reasonable price and keeps the customers happy. The staff is always friendly even though clearly the hostesses always look like the are about to have panic attacks, lol. The wait staff takes your order quickly, gets you your salads and before you know it your tasty steak is right in front of you. All in all for a chain restaurant this local one seems to be more charming then other roadhouses I have visited.

  • Nichole A.

The service here was on point . The food came out piping hot and in a timely manner. We ordered the smothered chicken and the chicken fried chicken. Both were very good. Only complaint- small glass of wine was 9.50 a glass (and not very good wine either).

  • Madison A.

Texas Roadhouse is ALWAYS busy. ALWAYS. I see like 5 people I know every time I go there. Peanuts are nice, although people just toss the shells on the floor. I feel sorry for whoever sweeps up there! I love the rolls and stuff that come out before dinner, it's always nice to have something to snack on before you eat a big steak. I used to hate steak as a kid, but I always want the BIGGEST sizes when I get steak now. Very good steak. I came here for my 15th birthday, and they sang to me and brought out a sundae. It's a good place to get a steak or hamburger, at least for a chain restaurant, and the price. They taste the same even in Texas. I recommend coming here (who hasn't been to Texas Roadhouse??), but only when it isn't busy. Or else you could be waiting a while. WARNING: NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH PEANUT ALLERGIES

  • Joanie V.

It's a good steak, but to be satisfied, don't overcook it! The only side dish I don't enjoy I s the green beans with bacon because of all of the grease and saltiness, but everything else is good. The children are always satisfied, Monday nights is facepainting and sundae making night for the kids. Call ahead seating is beneficial because there's usually a wait. Restaurant & bathrooms are are fairly clean, the servers are usually on the ball, the bartender is extremely friendly and welcoming.

    (5)
  • Kristina H.

Dine in food and service is always good and consistent. Calling for take out is a whole other story. Usually it is very hard to get through and if they put you on hold, start cooking your own dinner.

    (4)
  • Roger M.

Just the best steaks in a chain restaurants Unlimited peanuts and refills. Great homage rolls.

  • Elaine N.

Went there for the first time. Food was tasteless!!!! Don't they know about salt? I order the fillet medallions!! Needless to say the dogs had a good meal! Will not return!!

    (2)
  • Ross F.

Another solid place in Parker where you can get a good meal at a decent price. The kids love the food, and the atmosphere is fun. I appreciate the consistency of the meals.

    (5)
  • Al G.

Both the service and food quality seem to be going down slowly... When I continually have to ask for things the server isn't doing their job. When I was finished then she showed up to ask if I needed a refill or anything else...good timing. Hopefully Management figures this out soon and perhaps adds a bit of training to the schedule. It really is simple don't avoid eye-contact and walk back by the table after the food is served...more than once!!!!

  • Elizabet S.

Amazing ! My new favorite place best ribs I HAVE EVER HAD! They all are so nice and sweet it was my first time there I got to sample a free ribs I ended up ordering and a free bag of peanuts and while ur waiting u get free peanuts and sweet rolls love it here!

  • Joe J.

Call ahead seating was definitely the way to go. We had a very short wait once we got there. Our waitress did a good job and the only two small mistakes were no plates for bread and slow refills on drinks. Otherwise the food was great! There wasn't much different here than other TRH, so if you've been to one you've been to this one.

    (4)
  • S W.

Had a really good time there and the food was very good. Our waitress,Joni, was so fun and very sweet. We made sure to tell the manager, Kristin what a pleasure it was to eat there. This was a much better experience than our first time. The fried pickles were to die for and be sure to ask for Joni

Good casual steak and chop house. Nothing fancy, decent prices.

    (4)
  • Chad M.

Great steak for under $10. I always fill up on rolls & peanuts. Good to try & call ahead cause they're always busy. Service has always been fast & friendly everytime we've come here. We usually come in a group of 6 people and it is affordable compared to most places.

    (4)
  • CB W.

The food and service is usually pretty reliable. However, to get a group of 4 or more hostesses to acknowledge your presence is something that still hasn't be addressed by the management.

  • Megan F.

We sat in the bar, the bartender was helpful and friendly. I am gluten free. I was told I couldn't have the margaritas because they weren't gluten free. I was surprised as margaritas are usually safe. She tried to make one without the mixes for me. I was disappointed that I could only have oil and Vinegar for my salad dressing. There weren't many gluten free options for it being 2015. The baked potato was covered in salt, too. It was okay, but I can eat more at other (nicer) "Steakhouses".

    (3)
  • Glitter_Girl ..

The buns are amazing here and really the only reason to go here, I have been here several times the staff are very disorganized and get orders wrong almost every time we have gone to this location. I got a steak the last time I went and it was so fatty I had to end up throwing half of it out, huge disappointment.

Call the fire Marshall! This place is packed on a Friday or Saturday night. Food is top notch. The prime rib is unbeatable. The bread is fantastic. The only downside is I wish they had better desert. Overall great place

From New Mexico to Colorado always consistent good food. Rolls were as warm as the waitstaff. Early bird specials are great and so are the drink specials.

  • Jessica R.

My husband and I had a awesome experience here. We were pleasantly surprised on how good the food was. Homemade bread and free peanuts were a hit for my husband. We will most definitely be coming back. Recommend coming early unless you don't mind waiting.

The first bite of my Chicken Caesar Salad revealed a large dead fly. I sent The salad back because it actually made me feel lightheaded and sick to see the big, dressing soaked bug. I completely lost my appetite and ordered no replacement item. The manager was so apologetic and said that he would "take care" of our meal in the hopes that we would come back again. When the bill came, I was charged full price for my wife and son, but the waitress cheerfully announced that the manager had refunded me $10 for the offending item. The salad was $9.99 to start with, so my reimbursement for the disgusting experience was a whole penny! After I got home, I realized I hadn't been refunded the TAX on the $9.99! Yeah, the manager really "took care" of our meal. We won't be back. I joined Yelp specifically to post this experience. I wish I could post it with NO stars.

Love me some call ahead seating. Made our wait nice and short. Food was fantastic. Our waitress Kelsey was AMAZING. I recommend the rattlesnake bites. They are so delicious. Great atmosphere, reasonable prices. If you're looking for a good dinner in a great atmosphere go here. Love the country music as well that's playing throughout the restaurant.

  • Cassidy P.

Best steak house around. They have great food, fun atmosphere and nice staff. Been going here for about 4+ years and it's always been great every single time!

    (5)
  • Josh P.

Super good. The ribs are amazing; the burgers too! The Only slightly "cheesy" thing is on a Friday or Saturday night it's like half of Parker is celebrating a birthday there (clap clap clap!!!!!) but hey, who wouldn't want to, the food's so good!

    (5)
  • Gia G.

Like any other chain...it makes a huge difference who is in the kitchen. Some days I go and its really good and other days....not so much. I usually try and go for the $7.99 lunch special when I do go.

  • Tony D.

Food was okay ...but the experience with the Manager was horrible. Being told to leave and never come back in a loud voice is not my idea of good management. He must have had a rough night to explode in this manner.

  • Lynda S.

Love this place! Their food is always delicious, it's served hot and it's consistent from one visit to another. Love the early bird specials and also love how there is plenty of staff to take care of you, good job! I'm giving them a 4 star rating, it would be a 5 but have to give them a ding for the ladies bathroom. Not the cleanest today and we were there when it opened, so doesn't appear that it was cleaned from the night before. Also, pretty outdated - having to touch the sink faucets to turn on and off is so unsanitary if you think about it - out of the stall, turn on faucet, wash hands and then turn off the same faucet that you and every other customer and all wait staff touched when they came out of the stall - gross. Still, I love the restaurant and will continue to eat there, but will use the ladies room at home and then us my new purse size sanitizer before I eat.

Potato was nice and freshly baked. 6 oz steak was cooked to a perfect medium. Didn't eat half of the potato because I was full. I'd definitely come back to try the other items on the Early Dine special. $8.99 + $1 for the cheese and bacon on the potato. This had to be the worst food I had ever had! Ordered a chicken fried steak and the brown gravy had a metallic taste to it. Sent it back immediately and unfortunately none of the other menu items appealed to me. So typical of the restaurant offering in Parker... Plain Jane meat and potatoes offerings or chain precooked food from Chilis, etc. Will state that the staff was attentive, manager was empathic and they did not charge for the food. Will never return to that place! Parker really needs better restaurants but understand it is not a destination town for metro area residents so it is not looked at as a good place to setup shop

Texas Roadhouse has always been a chain where I have had good experiences. We ate here last week and had a young server who was pleasant. The manager came to our table and gave us a sample of ribs because it was our first time at this location. I had the smothered chicken breast, baked sweet potato and fresh veggies. It was good. I enjoyed the sweet potato being baked for real verses wrapped in foil whish steams it, and causes a different texture and flavor. Overall a very good meal.

The food is on par with every other Texas Roadhouse but the service is not. I have a choice where and how I spend my money and it won't be here again. Sheridan, Littleton and Aurora are all about the same distance from me as this one and if someone says "Lets go to Texas Roadhouse." I'll remind them there are several in the area other than Parker, CO.

We've been frequent customers of the Parker Texas Roadhouse for a couple of years but had stopped eating out for a while because I have a lot of new food tolerance issues. Friday night, I was so tired of my own cooking and we decided to give it a try. They were delightful. The server was educated and well-informed about how to handle allergies, and she walked me through several questions about the menu, wrote down all of the foods I couldn't have, went to talk to the kitchen manager to make sure my choices were safe, then came back to confirm for me that they indeed were okay. When the food came, the runner confirmed exactly how the order was prepared, including no seasonings (as they are often a problem because of hidden ingredients). The manager stopped by at least once to make sure we were having a good experience. I am delighted to have yet another restaurant on the list of 'safe' places to eat. Thanks Texas Roadhouse for a great experience!

Big fan! Food is always consistent (delicious) and the service is always very good. Love the ribeye steaks and of course the beer is ice cold at all times:)

Go before 3pm on weekends and they have 10 items on their early bird menu. Tried Pulled pork, baked potato and green beans. Pork was plentiful but ends were dry. Asked for bbq sauce to help out. Green beans are great, I always ask for them to drain them first. Baked potato with extra butter, excellent as usual. They do offer hot rolls with two types of butter but Im not a big bread person. They did have drink specials during those times but to early forr me. Excellent service at bar. Restrooms spotless. This time only giving a four because of dry pork.

I come here occasionally throughout the year. The steak has been pretty good every visit. Service is spotty though, my most recent visit was top notch, but before that it was just okay. I'll be back in the future though, the food is still tasty!

It was a last minute decision to go out in the cold for a late Valentine dinner. It was around 9pm, the resturant was still busy so we decided to sit at the bar & watch the Avs game. Travis was our Bartender. He was outstanding!!! Introduced himself, shook our hands & called us by our 1st names the entire evening. Hot bread was brought out immediately. YUMMY.... We ordered the BBQ grilled chicken & the pulled BBQ Pork dinners. Both came with (2) sides of our choice. The amount of food was more than enough. Our bill was more than reasonable with a few adult beverages... Highly recommend..

In a word: average. Our friends who were there seemed to really like the rolls and cinnamon butter that comes out to the table, but honestly I wasn't a huge fan... they were just okay in my book. There is also a bucket of peanuts on the table which is something to keep you occupied while waiting for your food or to keep the kids busy if their kid menu activities aren't cutting it. One of my friends ordered a chicken salad with honey dijon and it was a good sized portion (enough to fill him up and have more to take home!)... most all of the meat dishes seemed pretty large portion-wise too. I tried the ribs and honestly I think I make them better myself at home; they were okay here I guess. Pretty much everything seemed like that -- just okay... I will say that they easily accommodated a large group of 8 and if you like country music and nascar (both of which I do not) this is probably a place you'd enjoy if you just want big food and maybe some good company too.

  • Chris M.

I just don't like the food at Texas Roadhouse.. I know.. I have friends who LOVE it to death but everything I've tried is too greasy / salty / or flavorless. The drinks at the bar are decent so if you like margarita's you could give it a try but I'd rather hit one of the mexican joints for that. The staff and management are great so I wish I could give it a better rating. :(

Smothered Chicken and Portobello Chicken is amazing!! Deep fried pickles will make you want more. Service is on point. Ive never had a bad waiter/waitress. Extremely friendly staff. And that bread with cinnamon butter. Omg. Out of this world. Call ahead seating is a MUST as this place is always packed!

I love the early dine special - great price and good portion size. They have buckets of peanuts on the table. Which is really nice. Their rolls and honey butter rock.

Steaks were excellent; very tasty and prepared as we ordered. Staff greeted us when we entered; very welcoming and friendly. Withholding a star, as our waiter on this visit was way too intrusive, to the point of being a nuisance by constantly interrupting our conversation to ask if everything was ok. He also kept asking if we were done with our meal, when it was apparent we were not. Hopefully better experience on our next visit.

The noise level is a bit high in this place, however to me that means everyone is having a good time. I loved the rolls with cinnamon butter. The ribs are to die for.

This is our favorite restaurant to go to. It is a typical chain restaurant but the food is always good. I think the only complaint I have, and it's a big one that drive me up a wall, is how quick they bring everything out. By the time you start your appetizer they are bringing your salad and you barely have enough time to finish that before the main course comes out. I absolutely hate it!

    (4)
  • Jt U.

I have always had a positive experience except for last night. I think it was a newer server that just wasn't quite up to speed yet but that won't deter me from going back. Steaks are always perfectly prepared and the staff is always welcoming.

This use to be my favorite restaurant - good food ... good price, but two out of the last three times we had diner at Texas Roadhouse were not good experiences. The first time, the waiter knocked over my husband's beer while reaching for something and it went all over me - he apologized but that was about it - it went all over my shirt, jacket and pants. They did not offer anything and even charged for the beer on the receipt!!!!! The next time we went was so-so, still unhappy from the previous experience. The third and last time was a few weeks ago for my birthday - we've eaten there every year for my birthday for years. They changed the menu, the girl who waited on us had a horrible attitude, we had to wait a while for out drinks after ordering ... I ordered a margarita and then I had to wait for her to come around again to ask for a straw ... she brought one water for two people, etc. ... just not a good experience once again. We use to go all of the time - we went to this restaurant 80% of the time. It's been 8 years since we last went to Chili's after a horrible experience there so we probably won't be back to Texas Roadhouse for a while. When you dine out and you wished you would have stayed home not once but twice, it's time to eat somewhere else or learn to be a better cook.

I don't care what anyone says. This place is the best hands down. They have the most buttery rolls that you can grub down on anywhere in town and their ribs are succulent, fall off the bone and they taste so good. It's definitely a place that you should go if you're really looking to eat because small time eaters aren't welcome but if you have an appetite, this place is the bomb!

We took my dad out here to celebrate Father's Day. Both the hostess and the girl who brought us to our table we awkward. The hostess acted put-off that my dad requested a larger booth; as we were walking to the table, the girl asked us, "How was your last visit?" We thought we mis-understood her because it was such a strange question. Only 2 people in our party had ever been there before. As we ate, we watched the same girl ask this question to several other parties, who were obviously confused as well. We had the potato skins as an appetizer, and they were average. I had the 6oz prime sirloin with mashed potatoes and veggies. When the food came out, my sister and I both were struck by the odd presentation of the food on the plates. The potatoes were served in a little cup, so the steak was the ONLY thing on the large plate - it didn't exactly make the meal look appetizing. Both my mashed potatoes and my sister's were hardly warm at all...the cheddar cheese on top didn't even begin to melt.. They were pretty good, but they would have been better hot! I will say - the steak was the best part of the place. Despite the odd presentation, it had good flavor and was well-cooked. It was ok, but it won't be at the top of my list to visit again. For the prices, there are many places to go that are better.

We use to frequent here a lot but service seems to be going downhill. Waited 10min just to get our drink orders taken... by this time we were ready to order but the waitress darted off. Took another 10min to receive our drinks (non bar items) which were never refilled. I had ordered my steak medium and cut into it to find it still very bloody. The waitress came to take plates and drop off check and I hadn't eaten 1 bite and she said, hope you enjoyed your meal.

My family & I are in the middle of moving didn't want to cook so we decided to eat at Texas Road House tonight..VERY dissapointed in our food...for $90 we should of had a great fabulous meal...My husband and sons ribs were sooo dry they didnt eat them..my daughter ordered chicken fry steak and she didn't like hers either... My steak was fine.. The service was a tad bit slow but the waitress was nice enough..we told the waitress the ribs were DRY and she offered for us to speak to the mgr..we shoulda said YES..regret that one..there's nothing worse than going to a quality resturant and expecting awesome dinner but getting terrible food..usually its pretty good...feeling ripped off and bummed.. we all said we wish we would have went to Chilis across the street instead! I may just call them to complain and let them know anyways.

I struggled between one and two stars on this one. The food was good, not great but good. But the service was absolutely horrible. We took our son and his friends for his birthday, so we obviously wanted to have a good birthday experience. We had a party of seven. First of all, we called ahead to get on the list. I am not really sure what the point of the list is, because it doesn't seem to do any good. We still waited 30 minutes after arriving at the restaurant (1 hour after calling in) and the restaurant didn't seem to be that busy. But that's not the bad part of the night. So Justin was our server. He strolled up to our table at least 10 minutes after we had been sat. No apology, no "sorry to keep you waiting!" Nothing. He had an attitude that we were just damn lucky he showed up at all. We then waited at least another 5 minutes for our drinks. I am not sure what Texas Roadhouse's service standards are, but I can assure you it is not a 10 minute greet and 15 minute drink service. There are full service restaurants that promise food around that time. One of the boys in our party ordered steak and shrimp, which is a combo on their menu. Justin, the World's Best Server, asked him what temp he would like his steak. Well the food shows up, and we recieved the grilled shrimp, which is a completely seperate menu item. Then Justin, with of course no apology, blames us for ordering the wrong thing. Our glasses sat empty several times, and Justin had a piss poor attitude. And then, my biggest pet peeve? I can't stand it when servers don't prebus tables, and dirty plates just sit when we are obviously finished. Our table was covered in piles of dirty plates. Justin saw this numerous times and didn't clear anything away. I think this is the first time that my husband and I tipped less than 20% in our lives. We only tipped Justin 10%, which was 10% more than he deserved.

This place is a really good, solid steakhouse with delicious, well cooked steaks and yummy sides. Not the best steak I've ever had, but really good. The place is huge, yet the night we went, the line was insane and the crowd was packed into the small lobby to avoid the cold weather. Good service, though not always the fastest. Loud rooms, BYOB. Check it out!

the wait was CRAZY even at 5 pm on a Saturday night... I think we waited somewhere around 45 minutes... and we thought we had beat the crowd... I guess that's the suburbs of Colorado for ya! I'm used to eating dinner at 7 pm in LA.. hahaha! but the wait was worth it! I had fall-off-the-bone ribs... and they weren't kidding... the meat just slides off!!! it was surprisingly really good (i'm also from Kansas so I know my BBQ). I also had loaded baked sweet potatoes & green beans on the side... and yummy!!! but the BEST was the rolls & butter!!! hahahaha... sounds ridiculous, but i couldn't get enough of the rolls & butter... btw, they make their own rolls right there by the entrance... pretty cool... the food was great, but it was super crowded, and a little crazy... because we had 6 in our party, they pulled up a table next to a booth, and added two more chairs... and the servers kept bumping into my chair... nevertheless, the managers were super friendly, especially when they found out that we were from out of town... loved that they gave us tasters of their ribs before we ordered! great friendly people... but a little too crazy to have a relaxed dinner... hmmm... maybe i should try going on a tuesday night instead next time i'm in town...

Average big-chain steakhouse. Food is decent, you get all the peanuts you can eat and you can even throw the shells on the floor and management doesn't complain? We recently went on a Monday night in the Parker location and they had a face painter and a balloon artist for the kiddos. Also, if you get there before 6pm on Mondays, they have a number of their entrees at a reduced price. For a quick fix for a decent steak, it'll do.

I usually go here with 3 or 4 other people and we usually have the same experience. It's busy - we wait up to an hour to get a table. -No, it's not worth an hour wait but they generally quote you 30 minutes and I'm not going to leave to go somewhere else when I've already invested the time and am starving. When we do get seated, the service is always just fine. I like the buttered rolls the hostess gives you as you sit down -- and the peanuts are tasty too. Although the peanut shells lying about really bother my husband; he finds it untidy but that is a personality quirk of his and should in no way affect anyone else's decision to eat there. It usually isn't too long of a wait for food. The food is where we typically have a problem. Half of my party has good food and the other half doesn't. It's usually not bad enough to complain about - most of the people I know are the type who it has to be really bad to complain anyway - but bad enough that it's a disappointment. I always get the rib eye there because you really can't screw up a rib eye and it's always been pretty good. They also overcook their steaks so keep that in mind. It's a decent meal but it's certainly not worth waiting an hour or even 45 minutes on a weekend night for especially when there are some really good places to get a meal in Parker.

Food was good but being in the foods service industry I notice a lot. The guy behind the bar was handling food and was touching his face and digging in his ear. It just grossed me out because he was picking up clean mugs and handling bread. Other than that they were friendly and food was okay.

I remember the first time I ate at a Texas Roadhouse. I was on a trip for work to Owensboro, Kentucky in 2001 and it was just across the street from my hotel. I ate there 3 nights in a row and thought it was the best food I had ever eaten. I'm not quite as easily impressed as I used to be, but TR is still one of my favorite places to eat. When I moved to Parker last year, I was very pleased to have my very own local TR. My family and I have eaten there several times and the food is consistently good. My favorite is the rib and sirloin combo. The ribs are awesome, but a full rack is just too much. I like to break it up with a few bites of steak in between. The loaded baked potato is always great - but sometimes so loaded that it's hard to eat. I do have three complaints about TR. 1) Its very loud in there, which makes it hard to have a conversation - but this is true of every TR I have been to. 2) Its always busy. We have twice resigned ourselves to eat at Chili's because you just can't wait for a table with two small kids and still hope to enjoy your meal. (need to try the call-ahead seating.) 3) Its not open for lunch on the weekdays!!! Oh, and you best bring your Epi pen if you have peanut allergies.

The service here is terrible. I have been to several Texas Roadhouse restaurants and have loved every one. The food is always very good, the rolls and peanuts cannot be beat. The food here was on par with that but the service was not. It took over ten minutes for our table to be acknowledged and the only reason we got attention is I went back to host stand to have them send someone over. When the waitress came she was nice but not apologetic at all. Ten minutes later she brought our drinks, but they were wrong. Finally the manager came over and apologized and gave five reasons that this happened but said "don't worry, I will take care of you". After an hour and a half we were done eating our quick dinner, and needless to say we were never "taken care of". We paid the full price for our meal and were on our way, the place wasn't even busy- NO EXCUSE.

My parents and I live coming in to eat here. The service is always friendly, the food is amazing and the drinks are delicious. The reason I wanted to write a review this time is because of the exceptional service that our server provided that night. Originally we were planning on going to the location off Iliff but decided to make the trip to Parker knowing that we won't be disappointed. I did the call ahead program and was told the approximate time to be there so that we can be seated accordingly. We arrived (of course 5 min after suggested time) but we were seated within 3 min after coming through the doors, amazing!!! Let me tell ya, this place was crazy busy...I mean it was Friday night and all. But anyway, our server was at our table very fast, she introduced herself as Riz I think, she was fantastic! Got our drink order, she suggested some delicious drinks that we had to try, our salads were out right after our drinks (very fast), our meals were delivered shortly after our salads were finished and everything was prepared perfectly and to everyone's liking. We were all impressed with the speed Riz was handling her tables, she had enough time to take everyone's orders and throw in a joke every now and then. We love this restaurant and we will definitely be back. I hope that all the staff from the hostesses to the servers to the bartenders (yummmmmmy drinks) to the cooks and especially Riz, get the recognition and appreciation that they deserve!! The Dallas filet is delicious...t-bone is great...and the ranch steals my heart every time!!!

While other specialty stores might do things just a shade better, the Texas Roadhouse pulls many things together to create one great restaurant. Texas Roadhouse has good BBQ. It has good steaks. They give you yeast rolls with cinnamon butter as you sit down at your table. While the meals are usually in the $10 to $15 range, if you can get there before 6pm on the weekdays, there are many 2-for-1 specials that can help keep the costs down. The place is all decked out in neon beer signs and "Texas" stuff. Country music is playing constantly in the background. All part of the Texas Roadhouse experience. While they usually ask, tell them it is your first time there and they will give you a sample of their BBQ ribs. One last secret, if you are going to be showing up after 5:30pm, call ahead to get your name on the list.

I have eaten at several Texas Roadhouse locations and this is my first disappointment. The food was very good as usual, but I used call ahead seating and was told 6:45. We were seated at 7:43. The server took our orders then returned minutes later to inform us they have run out of ribs. We ordered different items and I handed her a coupon for a free appetizer. She never took it off the bill and I didn't think to check until we were walking out. I still enjoy Texas Yardhouse but have had much better experience at their Iliff location just north.

Service was ultra slow, but very cordial. The food was way sub par!!! This was a family birthday event. We never got our celebration for our birthday celebrity! 12 of us were very disappointed!!!

Great rolls and butter. The quality of the steak is great. My steak temp is always perfect. This place makes Outback taste like dog food. I think I'm going to stop by on Sunday. If I get to sit in Cassie's section again I'll change my rating to 5 stars! Great service. Great looking service.

I don't know why this chain restaurant is so good. I love the ribs, pulled pork, everything. I have been many times and have never had bad food or bad service. The call ahead seating is a call ahead waste of time, it seems to be completely ignored, even when you remind them. Calling in food to go orders have always been perfect. It is noisy and crowded on weekends, so you have to be in the mood for that kind of atmosphere.

I'm consolidating my previous updates...this Texas Roadhouse gets a consistent two stars, sadly. The food is decent...you can get a good steak, or a great hamburger, for a reasonable price. But the service here makes it so difficult! Between the phone not being answered, orders being incorrect and difficult to get fixed, and the chaos at the host stand, to-go orders are not quick or easy. Eating in the restaurant is more of the same--the hostesses are completely disorganized, and the service is nothing special. This is on top of the hour-plus wait you can usually expect on a weekend evening. I want to like this place more, but this location just doesn't seem able to pull it off.

Texas Roadhouse - A Haiku Steak, Ribs and Chicken Cant hold a candle to the Delicious fresh rolls. I have been a fan of Texas Roadhouse since my college days in Greeley. Of all the lower tier chain steak houses, this one is the best. A much better choice than places like Outback. Most everything on the menu is pretty good. I usually stick with a Rib eye or a Prime Rib. Occasionally I throw in the Ribs. All are pretty good. My favorite side is the Loaded Sweet Potato. All of these are complimented by their delicious rolls. They usually have some pretty decent drink specials, stick with the beers. Their Margaritas are lacking. The decor is old west right down to the throwing of the peanuts on the floor. The service is always average. There are 300 tweens at the host station, but don't expect much from them. They can take names and pas out tables. That's it. Most weekends this place gets hopping. Tons of suburbanites and their broods running around like crazy people. The call ahead service will get you in line. If your in the mood for a cheap steak and a beer, this place never disappoints.

We had an early dinner last night with my two sons and experienced INCREDIBLE service from Jay Jay in the bar area. Jay Jay was polite, respectful, intuitive, and even my 13 year old son said "this guy is a REALLY good waiter." He never let our drinks go dry and asked my 5 year old if he needed Ranch Dressing to dip his fries in without being asked. Great job and great teamwork in this place.

Good consistent food and a great prices. The steaks are good and the sides are tasty. It is not a place for a quiet evening but a great place for big parties and gatherings. Our kids love it and we feel very comfortable taking them there. The occasional outburst is washed away with the background noise. Our family likes it.

Very clean. Nice staff. Great service. Menu was big and many things looked appealing. I had the shrimp which was pretty good. Hubby had a burger which was really good. Waiter was super nice and attentive. Love the decor and relaxed atmosphere.

The food is great just like at all Texas Roadhouse restaurants! What I really impressed me about this location is that the owner comes in frequently and walks from table to table thanking guests for coming in, getting them water, and asking them if they need anything. Classy operation for a chain restaurant. Great food and great ownership! UPDATE - Great ownership and management staff at this location! My wife and I stopped in with to dine and we planned on using a gift card. We finished our delicious meal and handed the server our gift card to pay. She said, "Our card reader isn't working today, you'll have to pay cash or credit." That annoyed me. This worker should have said this up-front. I didn't have the cash and had to charge it. I was upset and acted polite to the server. I called later and voiced a complain to the manager for not being told up-front that the card-reader wasn't working. She not only apologized, she put my name on a list and gave my wife and I a free dinner the next time we were in. We weren't looking for a hand-out but were so happy and blessed to have not only been heard but to have somebody do such a nice thing. Support this location!

this trip was first time to this location. past vist was to the iliff and i-225 locations. upon entering about 6 pm .on 9/11/10,. place was packed and floor was littered with peanuts.. got our beeper and sat at the waiting area (room about 20 feet long with wood benches on each sides with giant containers of peanuts here and there ) munching on peanuts.. and few minutes later, our beeper went off and surprised to seat faster than expected. sat at the south east section on booth type of seating for two. im impressed at their fast, and well organized team of hard working waiters and waitress.. 1. while hostess is seating you, she grabs bread and butter and places on top of the table while you were sitting down.. so, if you are hungry.. food is there already! 2. within seconds, waiter is there to get your drink order and.. about 30 seconds later.. he is back with drinks.. wow.. speedy. 3. we did not even had chance to look at the menu since only 1 minute has passed.. so we told our waiter to give us few more minutes. 4. when we decided with the picks.. he came back on time to take order and.. we were happy of his good senses.. 5. my salad came out about minute later.. fast.. its good mix of greens.. was happy. 6. meal came out about the time i was done with salad.. fast.. they had two teams.. food delivery team and . the wait staff to make sure things were ok.. 7. i wanted glass of water instead of just beer and.. .. he was happy to bring it fast.. 8. my half slab of ribs were better than expected and .. i was happy camper.. request for extra bbq sauce was fullfilled nicely. i will definetely come back to this location for fast, clean service even thought its out of our way.. we ended up tipping more than usual.

If you like loud places to take your small kids, than this is your place. The wait can be very long on weekends, so stay in the lobby and fill up on the peanuts. Want a romantic place with amazing food? This ain't it.
