Pretty solid Starbucks. I knocked off one star for the Barista who either forgot or ignored a small request with my drink order. Place was pretty clean except the floor needed a good sweep from the morning rush. Atmosphere was calming - decor was pretty typical, nice. I would come back if ever in this neck of the woods again.

I NEVER take the time to write reviews but this Starbucks is so consistently horrible I felt the need. The staff at this store are rude and entitled (ex. Irritated being asked to put steamed milk in a drink, let them know they're out of sugar, etc.). If I could I'd mark 0 stars. Today was the final straw. The store was empty other than one customer in front of me who ordered a drink and two breakfast sandwiches. After the customer paid and it was my turn I stood at the register for 9 mins. Without even being acknowledged. No joke. The cashier was putting the sandwiches in the oven, another was using a blender for maybe 1 min of the 9, and the other was wiping down the espresso machine. Not a single one looked over or said a word. Again there was 1 order in front of me. Finally I ordered my drink to a quiet and unapologetic cashier (he was friendly I'd like to note). It then took another 10 mins to get my Americano minus the milk I asked for. I went to add it myself but alas nothing but half and half the normal after 11 standard. No big deal. I asked the barista who looked confused and irritated. "I guess I can poor it in your cup for you." 20 mins on a slower than slow day at a Starbucks. Absurd. If I was a business owner I'd be ashamed of my staff. Time for a secret shopper visit. For me I will never, literally, waste my time here again. I'll gladly go the extra mile for someone who appreciates the $3.75 a day I spend on my drink.

These geniuses have ruined more mornings than they have helped. Not once have I received exactly what I've ordered. My girlfriend is a vegetarian and they add bacon to her sandwich almost every time. I get sweetened drinks when ordering unsweetened. They simply don't have the attention span necessary to correctly prepare simple food and drink. And as other reviewers have pointed out, they are unbelievable snobby and unpleasant to deal with. I have never received such consistently poor service anywhere else. That location is quickly becoming the Comcast of coffee.

I don't frequent this location, but was in the area....Barista working this morning, very RUDE.....Rolled her eyes at making my Wet Cap....I asked, "Is that a problem?" She replies, "That's just a Latte, you should have just ordered that.." REALLY ?! Wow great customer service and I'm pretty sure there's a difference....look it up! One has foam the other doesn't last I heard? Lucky this is a chain, but if that lady is working and I am ever here again, I will be sure to walk back out.

I don't normally go to Starbucks, but... I'll give this place 4 stars for being so super friendly and so clean and so comfortable to just sit and chill (with a hot coffee)

Whenever I am back in Parker I go into this place they are always full of smiles and energy. Atmosphere is great. Plenty of outside seating, and chairs on the inside. The staff made a point to know my name when I lived in the area. Now that I can only visit when I visit Parker, I always make a trip in to say hello. Great place.

I used to really like this Starbucks and drive out of my way to get here. But they started renovations and I don't think it has changed for the better. They have a wheeled cart in the corner for condiments but there is a table right in front of it. So when you have three people sitting there only one person can get to the stand at any one time. So after waiting for your coffee in the queue you then have to wait in line to top off your coffee with creamer and sugar. They should think about getting rid of the huge-ass display in the middle of the store and move this table over there. There is now also a table on the wall between where you wait for your order and the doorway toward the bathroom. So while they thought this might streamline things a bit more I don't agree.

I could have sworn I wrote a review for this 'Bucks over a year ago, but I am not seeing it. The coffee and service here are both fine, just what you would expect. The main problem (as mentioned by Cheryl L. and Chris M.) is that this Starbucks is about the size of large walk-in closet. There is no real flow, and the line frequently is at, or out, the door. Also, the relatively close proximity to Chapparal High School means that coming here in the afternoon can be a bad choice. If you see the line at the door, don't stop, keep going (there are other places within a couple miles). Seating inside is extremely limited. Patio seating here is basically just a token, as there are perhaps two or three tables on a narrow sidewalk with constant traffic. Parking is also a bit of a pain here. My advice is just to plan on parking several rows away, and avoid the headache.

This is my least favorite Starbucks in Parker because of it's WAY too small lobby. Other than that the Baristas are nice, drinks are hot/cold as you like them and the pastries are always plentiful. The patio also opens into the big King Soopers parking lot so it's just not a place to hang out and/or meet friends. But ya know.. it's a Starbucks.

Sadly, the ambience at this Starbucks is just not enough to overcome the wonderful baristas. It's small, crowded, and often noisy, whether it's the slicer at the next-door Champa Burger or the crowds of teenagers who come in and are a little too noisy. Although we used to be regulars, that thumping got to be too much to bear. The last straw was when a crowd of about 40 very noisy teenagers came in and started jabbering at full volume. We want a coffeehouse, not a school cafeteria. We left, and we have never been back since. If only this place were a little friendlier to the staying crowd. This Starbucks is a good place if you're picking something up to go. Don't expect to enjoy a relaxing bit of time out with your cuppa inside, though.

Not my favorite Starbucks, have experienced more unfriendly staff and confused jumbled service than any other Starbucks. Last year I handed the drive through worker my free birthday drink postcard watched her rip up the postcard and didn't realize until the next day that she had still charged my starbucks gift card for both my drink and my meal. Found a toothpick in a spinach wrap, and have generally dealt with some unfriendly baristas on a regular basis. I have stopped going to this Starbucks on a regular basis.

How does this place not have a review? Very nice place with great baristas. It's a Starbucks that doesn't suck...what more can you say? I had to remove a star based on the tiny size and slowish internet.

I've been very happy with this Starbucks. My orders are always right and there's always a selection of food available. The coffee is great. I give it 4 stars out of 5 because I find Starbucks' food, in general, to be barely edible. But as far as a coffee place, or a place to meet up with clients or friends, I've been happy here.
