Plllllbbbbbttt. 'Nuff said. Came here for the first time after years saying "yuck" as I passed by, and I need to start listening to my instincts. Don't come if you're 1) hungry 2) in a rush 3) in a good mood or 4) want good service. Just horrible fried chicken - absolutely gross. No spice, cold, overcooked, dry and the taste was bad. The seasoned fries as a side were old and there was no spice. The biscuit was better than expected but couldn't save the meal. The drive thru took 18 minutes and the staff girl didn't say hello or sorry about the wait or anything. A good waste of $5.

It seems like it takes forever than others when ordering here. I tried their Rip'n chicken and it was a complete embarrassment vs. when I tried it in California. Definitely not worth the price for something that is small enough to eat in one bite. I wish I had taken a picture to post on here. Their habanero ranch and blackened ranch sauces are yummy though! I love Popeye's but this location needs a facelift!

Awful service! They forget food every time I've been. And when they do remember it's old and gross. Put this place out of its misery already and shut it down. Save your money and go to a different one.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service. Went through drive thru. Ordered a 3 piece combo, politely asked if they could replace the thigh with a breast and I didnt mind an additonal fee. The worker says "NO" I said Im sorry?? He says no we cant. I said YES you can I dont want the thigh so please give me a breast and charge me the upcharge for a breast. Speaker goes quiet and he says I will just give you a extra biscuit. I laughed and said I dont want the extra biscuit I want a breast. He says ok. Didnt ask me what I wanted for a side and I missed that too. Pay for the food he shoves the box in my face and gives me my drink... Im now at work with no side even though my reciept says coleslaw. And FIVE pieces of chicken. TWO breasts, a THIGH!!! , drumstick and wing...... No more Popeyes for me.

Slowest service I have ever experienced anywhere! You can almost go into a sit down restaurant and get your food before you would here. Also, in the the past 9 years I've lived in Parker NEVER ONCE did they actually have the Macaroni and Cheese NEVER!! They always say there out even 30min after opening.

$0.99 for a thigh and a drumstick on Tuesdays! 3 bucks and change and I was stuffed! Great fluffy biscuits, killer spuds and gravy, really good fried chicken! This place is in a gas station with a drive thru, too! Yummy, yummy!!!

The service here is the slowest I've ever seen at a Popeyes, and if you have to wait for one side, you have to wait a very long time and the rest of the food served is usually old, and you can taste that. Popeyes chicken and biscuits can't be beat though.

As far as fast food chicken goes, the spicy chicken from Popeye's is fairly decent. Some friends of mine like to pick it up and take it to Elk Mountain to be consumed while we sample the weekly firkin of ale. This week, I decided to return the favor. I thought that $35 for a bunch of chicken (perhaps 22 pieces), 5 biscuits, and a couple sides was a bit steep. However, it did feed 5 people, so perhaps it was not that unreasonable. The chicken was fresh, hot, and moist. I have a sneaky suspicion that they subbed in a few less desirable pieces and shorted us on white meat, but that may have been my imagination. I am not a huge biscuit fan, and I don't think the ones here are anything special. The mashed potatoes and gravy here are not that great either. However, I think the red beans and rice are an acceptable side dish.

I don't go to Popeyes for the service, but it's worth mentioning how horrible it is here. Waited 5 minutes in line to be told that it would be 20 minutes for the chicken to be ready (meaning 25 plus realistically). No service, no apology. Not the first time for horrible service and execution. I wrote the review because I just want to them to know how much they suck.

I like Popeye's. I really do. Before moving to Colorado, my office was a block from a Popeye's and I ate there nearly once a week. THIS Popeye's however is substandard. I have eaten there more than a half dozen times over the past year, so this rating is based on multiple experiences there. It's always difficult to order because the staff have thick accents which are difficult for me to understand. I always feel bad having to ask the clerk to repeat themselves. The times I have eaten there the food has been ok, if you don't mind eating in a gas station, but my wife has gone through the drive thru a few times when her order has been wrong. At least twice she has ordered extra biscuits only to find out they aren't in the bag when she gets home. The place isn't that busy, so there's no reason why they shouldn't be able to get someone's order correct except that they just don't care.

Their coupons are awesome. Great deals! The chicken is good and so are the side dishes. Their biscuits are always fresh and soft unlike KFC. KFC biscuits taste like you're eating a brick. The people there are also polite unlike KFC. The Colonel would be turning in his grave now if he knew how these KFC franchise owners are ruining his life's work. Popeye's gets my vote for freshness, tastiness and value.
