I ate there quite often till hair showed up in hamberger I went back and said something to the manager she said every one where's hair nets then I looks at her number 2 person and no hair net I showed her this and she said for her to put on a hair net as the number 2 person denied it but I pulled out the hair shed it to her and was a match. She new it to. I hope they fixed this problem but I can't get over it even knew the manager tryed to make up for it by given my a hamberger free no thx. Give me my cash I'm out. But before this happend I would of given then a 4 star now only 2.

Visited for lunch last week. Food just ok. Very annoying that the food alarms for fryers, etc??? Were CONSTANTLY going off every 5 seconds during our entire visit while the staff incl the manager were obviously immune to the irritating noise. Don't eat in if you are looking for a quiet relaxing lunch

This is the best Jack-in-the-Box I have found in Colorado. The food, the service, and seeing that it is 24 hours makes it way better then the location on parker road.

I stop in here whenever I crave Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers. The Sourdough Steak Melt is awesome too. I am not sure why this particular location is always deserted. The kids that work here are very friendly and prompt.

Had to bring an order back: the Sriracha burger was missing the burger, the sausage egg and cheese croissant was missing the cheese, and the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was missing bacon and cheese. On the plus side, the manager was lovely even though I was rather upset at having to drive back and waste a trip (we only found out after getting home, and hubby was NOT happy.) They remade the food and all was better. Just sad that we wasted time and gas setting this right.

I have always had decent experiences at the Parker location, but today was a nightmare. We were sitting still trapped in the drive thru line for about 20-30 minutes. The man in front of us got out of his car and asked if the people ahead of him would drive forward so we could all leave. I'm still not sure what the hold up was, but it was definitely not a pleasant experience. They did apologize once we got to the window for the wait, but it should never take that long. Just a little frustrating. The food was not as good as it normally is either. Probably won't be back for a bit, which will be good for my waistline:)

went through for breakfast. They did a great job of getting the food quick and right and were downright pleasant. Thumbs up from me!

According to yelp and general knowledge, this place is supposed to be open 24 hours. I rolled in last night around 1 after a rather long detour to get there to a rather closed down looking place but decided to try the drive thru anyway. I sat there for a few minutes with no response and then went to the one down the street, which was also closed.

Went thru the drive thru, got home with the food and there was no meat in the burger. How do you miss putting the main ingredient in the sandwich?!? I was the only person in the drive thru and the dining room was empty. When I called to speak to the manager, who answered the phone, I was told to call back in 10 minutes because he was busy. Poor customer service!! If only I could rate for zero stars.

This is the second time I've been to this store and was told that "we can't make that right now". First of all this place has done a great job of taking the "fast" out of fast food and now they are working at taking the food out of it also. Today was the last straw I drove 10 miles to go pick up the Monster Nacho Tacos for my daughter. I get there and I'm told we can't make that right now. Really? I will NEVER go here again, like I said this is the second time that has happened to me at this store.

Disclaimer: I have one of the Chapparal Wolverines fund raiser books and it comes with a card that has a BOGO sandwich/burger coupon that's good for daily use for a year, so the deal I'm getting when I come is wicked awesome. This is a brand new location so you get super clean tables, chairs and food service equipment. I used to only go to Wendy's but their quality has gone so far downhill that I thought I'd give this place a try, having never tried JitB before. I was very surprised. Compared to CrapDonalds and Wendy's, JitB gives you a much bigger patty and much better bun. Note: The automatically put mayo on their burgers, FYI. Their value menu isn't that extensive, but it has the basics and like I said, you get way more bang for your buck with them than the competition. The speed of service is not their strong point. They do try to make every sandwich fresh, but I've waited for 10 minutes for a burger here and if you catch a line of cars you're in for a long wait. Like turn the engine off long wait. But they do get a bonus for being open 24 hours, that's super handy when you're coming home from the town or coming down from the hills late at night and you want some grub.

The service was good but the bathrooms were an absolute wreck! It was around closing time so I didn't mention it to the staff. The front desk guy was the most visably punk rock person I have ever seen at a food restaurant. Black nails, face piercings, tatttoos, greasy hair, etc. It was a trip. I couldn't get a job when I looked like that! I also used their computer to order just to test it out. I found it slow and unresponsive. Not only that but we had to cut the line to get the cups that came with our order.

I had a good experience this fast food. I love their taco plus they have a smoothies. I love smithies every time we eat outside. Also they serve so quickly. That's very awesome! I love the ambiance the location and it's clean. The staff are also nice.

Love love love the new late night menu. I'm a huge fan of being able to get breakfast anytime. Helpful to have a 24 hour drive thru in parker. They're even open holidays which has helped us out a time or two

Their burgers are fine, the curly fries almost but not quite Arby's, and the shakes are solid. Let's not kid ourselves, pretty much everyone knows what to expect from Jack in the box, and this location delivers that... almost. I say almost, because this location is no longer 24 hour. Drive-through hours showed 10PM for every night of the week when I tried to get a late night snack the other day. A Jack in the box that isn't even open as late as the Mcdonalds down the road is a shame.

The egg rolls wont disappoint. I do enjoy a Sourdough Jack when it's fresh and hot. This place pre-cooks the patties and then assembles their sandwiches. Not what I'd call fresh. Not exactly hot. However, If I'm in the mood for some hot and fast egg rolls, this is the spot. They deep fry their egg rolls, so they only get dropped in the hot oil after you've placed an order. I have, on occasion, eaten egg rolls ONLY for dinner. Not haute cuisine, just hot egg rolls. Bonus: they do have RANCH DRESSING ON TAP!

This is the newest location and one of two on this side of town. Did I ever tell you that I have been in love with Jack since I was a wee wittle gurl? After we came back to the states, I grew up on the fusion tacos (nice name for no where near mexican tacos but a taco nonetheless) between California and Texas and they used dto be 3 for $.99. Yum... There is nothing on the Jack in the 'Crack' (family name) menu that isn't tasty. If I had to put something at the bottom of my list, I would have to say the teriyaki bowls only because I like my rice to be more firm but everything else it he bowl is deeLISH! Jumbo Jack, tacos, eggrolls, seasoned fries, curly fires, shakes, cheesecake, salads, fish & chips, tenders, yum.... *salivating*. They even have a wider variety of breakfast now but I still go for the french toast sticks and a side order of tacos. HA! What a breakfast. I do wish they had more locations in the area but, no matter the distant, I am willing to make that drive for Jack.

There aren't many companies/businesses that Parker can say it's got two of; this is now one of them. I'm still scratching my head at it actually. It's been several years since I went to Jack-N-D-Box. Even though we had the other location open up a while ago, I guess you could say the only time I'm truly compelled to eat here is after a night of drinking and clubbing. That being said, I remember the tacos being slightly different then they are today. Perhaps it's just my fuzzy memory. They were okay, but not nearly as good I remembered. And the main reason I'm willing to say they are okay is because I had been drinking. This isn't the kind of food I like sober. We just did the drive thru... around 2 AM. So I have to mention that I am grateful they were open as many places aren't. Anyways, I'm sure I'll be back after another night of drinking. It's too bad we don't have Taco Cabana here... I think this place is still hiring if anyone is interested!

In January, during snow storm I stopped on the way home for dinner. A new crew was working & I received the wrong order. Got home gave them a call & they said, just come back anytime & we'll replace it. Of course, I lost the receipt. Just found it & they kept their word & replaced my order.(3 months later) That goes along way with me..Thanks Jack!!!

$1 tacos (for 2 of them) are the best deal in town. They are great tasting too! The location is fairly new which is always a plus.

OK, I know I'm not supposed to eat this stuff but I do indulge sometimes. The sourdough sandwiches are like big kids grilled cheese sandwiches!
