This review is for the Chipotle chain as a whole. This just happens to be one of the locations where I've had a meal. For anyone who is health conscious and understands the importance of getting ALL GMO-foods out of our food supply, you will join me in supporting the restaurants and food suppliers who have taken a stand and committed to being 100% GMO-free. Is Chipotle the best food I've ever had - no. It is decent; worthy of a 3 star review. But, the extra star is for their recent policy to become a GMO-free restaurant. When I'm home, I cook nearly 98% of all the meals my family eats. But when travelling, Chipotle now offers a safe and dependable alternative. I applaud them for being a forerunner to a more responsible and sane food industry.

This place needs to train there employees how to fold a burritos!!!!! Every time I go to this location it seems the workers are on break.. They are talking about how they went out the night before.. I never seen a manager there it's just kids behind bar playing games... Parking sucks there also.. It's worth driving drown the street to cottonwood.

Stood in line for awhile to order food. My turn comes and I an ordering vegetarian burritos, and there are no veggies! They tell me it will be 8 minutes or so, because they just put a huge batch on?! What, it is busy here and you ' just ' put some on!! This was not the first time and it will probably not be the last time. Someone in management needs to reach out to their employees! Please! Why must I always stand to the side ands wait.

The Parker location is a good place to eat. The food is consistently good and they are friendly. The two items to be mindful of here are the wait and the portions. If you show up around that 6pm in the evening the line is long. Plan ahead if possible. The other is you must watch portions. They can be a tad skimpy from time to time so don't be afraid to say something. Overall good consistent eats.

I was told tonight that my daughter's chicken rice and light cheese burrito will now cost as much as my loaded, twice the size (although not huge) burrito. What a shame. Not a good value. Told my daughter it was her last burrito from Chipolte

The food is great! We go to Chipotle at least once a week. We have come across the occasional cranky employee. Tonight we had the unfortunate experience of meeting torri. She was not only unpleasant but very rude. I kept trying to smile and be pleasant but all I got in return was dirty looks and a terrible vibe.

As always DELICIOUS food! The staff is usually good, with the exception of a few people that really seem like they are extremely unhappy with their job. Overall this place is great! I'd give it four stars if the people that are slightly unpleasant were no longer working there.

I have never been disappointed in my experience with Chipotle. The food is great and the service is fast. The prices are higher than most fast food establishments but the food is of much better quality. Love this place!

My better half and I was craving Chipotle ever since we landed. We finally had some time today to go and get some. This was the closest one to my sister's house so went here. We went inside and of all the workers in there, it was one of the cooks, which was nice to see someone greet you. None of the girls in the front did which is bad. I might note that we were the only people in line at that time so having a greeting of "do you know what you want" instead of "hi welcome to Chipotle" or something like that would of been nice . We were hungry so we ordered bowls. She asked us what kind of rice? We got one white and one brown. I don't know if it is their policy now not to fill the bowl or at least make it some what appetizing by spreading the rice to make it even and I still don't know if it would cover the entire with that keiki aka small kid scoop they gave. Then we chose our meats. S got the barbacoa and I got the chicken. Btw they were both tasty. She then asked us what kind of sauce and when S asked for both mild and hot mixed she gave her a funny look so I asked for the same. She looked a little annoyed but no funny look this time. The cashier did her job and asked us if we wanted something to drink or some chips. I asked for chips and guacamole. She then asked the person who made our bowls for some guacamole and she looked annoyed. I almost canceled the whole order. I don't think any customer should feel like they are being a pest or nuisance by buying more. I hope management reads this and gives a training on how to represent their brand name.

I have to update this review for 2015. I must say that Chipotle DOES listen to it's customers' complaints! They have since stopped charging for a full veggie burrito when you order just beans and cheese for the kiddos. They are now charging for just the side of beans and cheese, which is what it should be. I can now get out of Chipotle for about $5 for my 3 kids. This makes me happy. If they would eat more than just the beans and cheese, I could see paying more, but they won't. Now I feel like what I pay is perfect for the small scoop of beans and cheese that my kids get. Happy Mom! :)

This was our first visit to this location. It was located on E Main Street between S Twenty Mile Rd and S Parker Rd in Parker in a small strip mall. We went on a Wednesday evening. The parking lot was crowded and the line was almost out the door, but it moved quickly. There were about 6 youths working the assembly line and that's what it felt like. Very impersonal. The adult manager was wiping down the tables and sweeping the floor. The Burrito Bowls were okay. When I finished, I stood up to bus my table and the manager took my tray. Usually at these kind of restaurants, there is no one to wipe down tables. I wish they served crisp potatoes like Big City Burrito, because I will have to return to Big City Burrito soon.

Mixed reviews. Good good but rude staff and extremely cold. Train the people and turn on the heat and maybe I'll go there again. Love other chipotles, this one just irritates me.

Okay...here is the deal. This Chipotle inspired me to open a yelp account due to their stingy portions. I have eaten at this Chipotle three times in the past three months. The last two times i got a steak fajita bowl and both times got one small spoonful of rice, beans and steak leaving the bowl quite empty. I went last week thinking i would give them one last chance and they did the same thing to my bowl. Sorry Chipotle but I could and will from now on be making this bowl at home for a price of about $3 instread of the $9 that you charge. Not sure what is going on at this location..maybe most Parker people will put up with your scrooge-like portions. Adios Chipotle...I wont be back.

I've gone to Chipotle my whole life...I have always been a fan, and will always be a fan. Some locations consistently serve excellent, fresh food and friendly, memorable service. Unfortunately this is not the location for either of those things. I come to this location maybe once a month and it's always okay, not great. I think they have changed management multiple times in the past few years, and unfortunately it shows. Small portions, less than great food. However, there is fairly consistent service on the line. This summer while eating carnitas tacos from this location, I found a substantial piece of soft plastic (like from a ziploc bag) in the carnitas. This was just after my friend that I was eating with told me she had plastic in her meat the last time she ate at this location. I truly only come to this location because of the convenience, nothing else. If possible I try to go to the Cottonwood location.

As far as Chipotles go this one is decent. Steak is at least cooked. I miss the old chipotle when the steak was spicy and you could have a flavorful burrito with just beans, meat and cheese. Meats just seem very bland these days. That said, this location was better than most I have been to.

About the same as every Chipotle I have been too which isn't a bad thing. Consistent large burritos for about 7 bucks. I will eat here about once a month and it never disappoints. The service might be slow because of all the people that go so it is best to go on an off time if you don't want to wait 10-15 minutes.

This is a great location to go to. Friendly, professional service. Their line moves quickly and above all...they are frequent donors for many Town of Parker functions. They are the very best for supporting the area in which they operate their business in. If you have to go out of your way, please give these kind folks some of your business. They never hesitate to say "yes" when called upon. Customers appreciate that and I will ALWAYS spend my money at this Chipotle restaurant. P.S. Their pork tacos are amazing!

Love chipotle but these employees seem really disgruntled. Been there several times and most seem pretty abrasive :( food is also dry. My favorite is the lone tree chipotle.

This is an update to my 2010 rating. I always loved two things here no matter how the other items fluctuated on quality: the chips (even though they were overpriced for what you get) and the green tomatillo medium salsa. They changed both, and now they are both sub par. The green tomatillo salsa used to at least TASTE fresh-not sure if parts of it came from a can, but it was spicy and very yummy. For about the past year, it seemed to fluctuate between what it used to be and the now fully-canned-product tasting thing it has become. To my dismay, this location seems to permanently use the fully canned thing (for the past 3 months that is all I have gotten here) which makes this salsa sadly close to the nasty variety one gets at QDoba. Other locations still seem to vary on this item, so every now and then I get to enjoy the original product.

Visited last night with my family. The restaurant was filthy trash cans were overflowing, food was all over the floor, Soda was all of their counter at the soda fountain. My wife got a chicken salad, I ordered a chicken burrito and My son chose the build your our taco kit. They were all out of bowls and my was wife's salad was served in a lid. The chicken was awful it was full of gristle and cartridge and was not seasoned correctly, The beans and rice were not cooked enough (Your brown rice is awful). We asked to talk to the manager (Alejandra Garcia) and this unprofessional kid came out and was very condescending to my wife and I, he had an excuse for everything, The restaurant was filthy because they were under staffed (Not a reason to have a dirty restaurant!!!), The chicken was bad because they have a new cook and he seasoned it wrong (Then don't serve it !!!!), The manager did offer us a coupon for a free burrito on our next visit (Oh thanks!) but he was all out and we would have to stop by later to pick it up. I will no longer be visiting Chipotle I will be taking my business to Qdoba down the road.

Very friendly staff. I am writing this review because I hear alot of people say they don't like Chipotle. Well, I guess I don't necessarily either and maybe that's why I get the same exact thing every time(for the last 5 years) Get the Chicken Fajita Burrito(white rice), mild salsa, hot salsa, sour cream and cheese. Great with the chipotle tabasco. Amazing!

My relationship with Chipotle has been a roller coaster of ups and downs. At first I was being dragged there by my friends. A short time later, it was me dragging my friends there. Then it all came to an end. I got off the ride and did not go back. Today, after probably 6 months, I went back. The burrito and chips were better than I remembered. It was like coming home on Christmas day and getting to eat Mom's pumpkin pie. It was like logging onto Yelp to find out that you have complements waiting for you. It was good with a side of hell-yeah. What I like the best about Chipotle is that the "hot" salsa is exactly that kind of hot that is one shade down from being painful. It is the kind of hot that is all flavor and no discomfort. Chipotle's hot salsa tastes exactly like the number 5 would taste if you could taste it. What I hate the most about this Chipotle is the parking lot. The lot and all of its parking spots are like two-thirds normal size. Every spot is perpendicular to the lane, so no matter which way you come at a spot, it is impossible to correctly shim your vehicle's fat ass into a parking spot that was apparently designed for clown cars.

Every time I go to this location I am unimpressed. The staff seems unconcerned with what you want, they don't listen & always have something "else" to do rather than make your meal. The food doesn't taste as good as other Chipotles. The Cottonwood location (near Costco) is way better. I always tell myself that i'll never go to this location again.

I love Chipotle but was disappointed with this location. I ordered my usual which is a chicken burrito bowl and felt like they skimped out on the portions. I barely got any rice or chicken and my bowl was only half full by the end of my order. Most other locations give you a full bowl, feeling ripped off.

The place is solid Chipolte. The food is always up to standard. This location is always busy and the parking lot can be a bit of a hassle to get in and out of. I personally prefer the Cottonwood Dr. location.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
