Very poor food, don't waste your money or risk your health. You would think that having a number of employees standing around that the restaurant would be spotless, not so, the service area was filthy and no one cared. The food was very bad, you are paying good money for food you can barely eat. Having been at this location for the amount of time it has, the bad food and employees who Don't care indicates that the owner must be hanging onto this location as a tax write off, because they sure can't operate a restaurant. Don't waste your money coming to this Carl's Junior. You'll regret it.

Went into this Carl's Jr. today to have lunch with my husband. BIG mistake! The 2 managers sitting at the table counting a TON of money out in the open. A girl in the back was arguing with why I wanted fries with no salt. The Coke is flat, the beverage area was filthy! Dried syrup, dried ketchup, employees talking about their court dates. Manager told the kid Douglas County are assholes. And mind you we are 2 tables away. We paid $27 for 2 people for this!?! Should have had McDonald's.

I went to this place twice over two weeks. The first time I had the chicken fingers. They were cold, and barley any meat. The second time I had a burger. It was sloppy, and dry... probably from the night before. I'll not visit this location again.

$8.28 for a jalapeño turkey burger & iced coffee. Drive thru line was long around 1PM. I didn't know Carl's junior even existed in Colorado. It's combined with a green burrito so you can get stuff like street tacos and enchiladas here. The burger was huge and the cheese was liquidy. There were way too many jalapenos in mine so I had to remove 1/2 of them.

I've been sitting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes with one person in front of me waiting at the window and one behind me blocking me in. Nobody will come to the window or say what's going on. This is after they argued that the mobile coupon I have isn't valid even though it clearly is. Update. Finally through after 25 minutes. The excuse is "we were changing over from breakfast." Really? This is the last time for me at this Carl's Jr.

I came here the other morning for a breakfast burrito, and had the pleasure of waiting 15 minutes in the drive-through for an order that was incorrect. The subtotal of my order was $21 and still was not given or appreciation for my weight. The food is normally good here but at this particular location the wait was not worth the reward. My order was incorrect and was cold. I would not recommend this joint to anyone that wants to achieve a "Fast food" joint. Because it is everything other than fast!

Decent, run of the mill fast food joint. Drive thru is usually quick and the food is better than average, but you kind of pay for it - the prices are definitely higher than the competition. Friendly staff and the interior is kept clean.

This was the worst fast food I have ever had. Couldn't even eat the fries. I know it's fast food but it doesn't have to be this bad. My husband and I stopped by because we were starving and needed to eat quickly. We have eaten at a Carl's Jr before, it wasn't bad. Not sure if it's this location but the sandwiches were awful and as previously stated the fries were not worth eating. Will never go to a Carl's Jr again unless there is a zombie apocalypse and I have no choice

I've always been a fan of thenCarl's Jr. Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Unfortunetly I made a "HUGE" mistake ordering the Jr. meal today. It was the worst thing I've ever tasted. The meat had to be a day old & the patty was burnt , the cheese was not melted & the fires were cold. Seriously, cannot believe you let this leave your establishment..That's what I get for going to the drive-thru. WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN..

4 stars for a fast food burger. 2 stars if they were a sit down restaurant. But since they are a fast food burger joint the western bacon burger was pretty darn good. The fries are off the hook and the burgers are huge! A little pricey for a sat food joint but none the less a good place to visit!

Out of the fast food places this is my favorite burger joint. I purchased a high school sports card for $25 that's good for a year. One of the items on it is buy a burger and a medium drink get a burger of equal/lesser price for free. My son and I love the Western Bacon Cheeseburgers. One secret, get extra BBQ sauce. So, I guess with this one review I'm rating two things, the HS card and Carl's. Both get 5 stars! My son and I stop in after hockey practice and devour two WCBs (western bacon cheeseburgers) each. That's the one time I can actually justify all the calories but, I'm convinced while Einstein had his equation: e=mc^2; my equation is more basic: fat=flavor. Sometimes you just have to do it!

This Carls Jr never messes up and is always quite fast. Considering it is a fast food restaurant the quality never fails to be anything but excellent. My dad and brother go here to claim two Western Bacon Cheeseburgers each (YUCK) once or twice a week. I'm not a big fast food fan, but Carls Jr is one of the few places where I will order a burger and actually finish it.

Tonight was the second time that I drove off without my food because I sat so long in the drive-through without anyone coming to the window. Fortunately the guy in front of me did the same thing, so I didn't have to sit there any longer than necessary. Pretty sad Carl's. And keep in mind I have eaten at Carl's locations all over the country and never have I sat so long waiting. Note to the manager: If you wanna stay in business hire some adults, or go in there and manage the place yourself.
