1 star for effort, they are trying to make it cozy. They don't answer their phone during check in time which is infuriating. The owner can not give directions to this place to save his life. He told me to look for his big toe sticking out the door. Clearly he was trying to be funny, but didn't help there is construction going on in town. Over flowing inside and outside with knick knacks, hoarders dream come true. It's not "dirty" per se it's very dusty, dark and dingy. The owner said it's a 10 minute walk to red rocks amphitheater. In reality it is a 25 minute hike and we hustled. If we were to walk at an average pace it would have taken us 35-45 minutes. It was however, raining so that prolonged the hike. The beds are terrible! My whole body is sore! Very, very, very over priced!!!!! $220 for 2 rooms with a bathroom that isn't even attached! Tiny old tv with one channel in the one room, decent flat screen in the second room. The yard is very pretty surrounded by trees but it's so full of crap it's kind of hard to enjoy it. It does take 1 min to walk to town which is a plus!
